USSE Conference Call
-Invented a brand new fuel source: neither diesel or ethanol, but a replacement of -both.
-They have a process that takes 1 bushel of soy beans and they produce 5 gallons of bio fuel. In addition to the 5 gallons, they also produce a natural gas, they have NO waste bi-product.
-Today was the first sale of the fertilizer that comes from the bi-product of the soy beans.
-There is more they don't know about the process than what they do.
-What they do know is great
-They can run gas and diesel engines with both bio fuels.
-They don’t know all the applications that their fertilizer will be used for.
-500,000 square foot plant, currently under construction 4 reactors.
-Yesterday they got the 2nd reactor up.
-Will give them 24,000 gallons of bio fuel a day.
-Numerous people have been there to witness this phenomenon.
-They will not announce any letter of intent. They will only announce things that are definitive.
-The price for soybeans went from $3 to $8. The price of corn has no effect on their economic models.
-Ready to go into a full time production.
-Notified the local EPA authorities.
-Getting the permitting for the storage of the fuels, capacity right now is 24,000 gallons per day.
-Many companies want their product and or secrets.
-If they make coal, they will get green certificates in return.
-Have one company that wants them to get into contract with them, it would reduce the emissions of their coal producing plants.
-Every kilowatt that they produce, they receive a green certificate. They are green certified.
-All their meetings with various corporations looked very promising, they have several agreements pending. 4 different locations for various products.
-They do not have a problem selling the fuel, electricity or green certificates.
-It’s a matter of choosing where to set up their sites.
-These green certificates have a face value anywhere to $50-$250 per megawatt.
-Green certificate is from renewable green energy. They fall under a recycle biomass product that is burnt to make electricity.
-Once they have all 200 tubes running that will give them 1 GW of green certificates.
-They have entered into some agreements that didn’t work out (ONYI), they will not happen again.
-They are on their way to get the first 4 tubes up and running.
-Investors bio fuel day April 24th. They will see the soybean from one end to the other in 8.5 minutes. ZERO waste bi product, no emissions.
-Everything will be seen. The natural gas is so green that you cannot even see it be burned.
-At $8 a bushel, they still have great profit margins.
-Their system is not dependent on the market. They have a buyer, several income streams.
-They hand out liar certificate, HAHAHA.
-He used to be John Rivera, now he is a Liar until people come out and check it out, lol.
-Put out a press release that they sold and delivered their first product. $8 for 5 gallons of liquid biomass and the gaseous biomass. $11.02 income streak. Nobody can touch that price because its so low!
-They hired an LLC to get them into the bulletin board and small caps.
-They know the importance of being a reporting company.
-The are engaging a CFO that looks legit, to be able to formulate the best way to enter into the various contracts (funding, accounting).
-Several pending items:
-Take or pay contract with the city of Adelia (?)
-Other contracts and letters of intent that will bring a MAJOR impact on the company as soon as the agreements are figured out there will be info on them.
-2 reactors finished, 2 in the process. Should be done in the next 2-4 weeks.
-They have a fully operational ethanol plant.
-They will be in the millions of gallon arena, they hired Escow to design these plants. 35% of the cost of producing ethanol is picked up from the excess cost of producing the fertilizer. Their fuel doesn’t have water and is not corrosive.
-Running generators on a 50/50 blend (bio fuel, off road diesel)
-No increase in the emissions.
-Bio fuel doesn’t freeze at less than -90 F.
-If its mixed with diesel it doesn't freeze either.
-128,000 BTU's per gallon.
-Don't degrade performance of engine, actually improves it.
-All benefits of bio fuel with no negative factors.
-500 to 1000 BTU tests, 1/2 to 1 BTU differences. Consistency.
-5 gallons for 1 bushel.
-They can use wet soy beans, decomposed soy beans.
-Put in final piece of equipment that was under development, the results were outstanding and they were able to get their bio fuel down to less than one micron.
-Emissions exceed ALL standards, temperature is cooler, overall picture looks GREAT!
-All investors of USSE on Dec 1st get 1 share of the share? As of April 1st the transfer agent has been terminated, the divy will be received by the middle of April.
-Does the company own the liquid things? No Adams county owns it, same with the T dock. They have exclusive use of it though.
-Paper work for long term lease.
-Storage tanks don't belong to them, they were there before they came, they want to get them leased so they can put their products in them.
-Enough tanks be built to hold 10 million gallons.
-Plant has been modified to run 330 days per year.
-They have a dream that they want to be fulfilled, they want the US to be energy efficient, stop the importation of foreign fuel into the states, they want the farmers of the US to receive a fair price for them.
-They are not impacted by the economic conditions of America. They want to take the first 10% of income for battered children, women… They want to help clean up the O zone layer…
-They want to bring the cost of fuel down so anyone can drive any car without worrying about effects or costs.
-Liar certificate, is funny as heck.
I got from a different board Jay Karrel did a great job

Avalon Oil & Gas, Inc., (OTCBB:AOGS) and its partners have commenced field operations designed to provide a measure of the productive capabilities of this property prior to acquisition.
Initial activities have been performed that included a workover of one of the wells to lower the bottom hole pump assembly, along with related modification of the surface components of the pumping unit. This work has been completed, and fluid was recovered with an oil cut showing signs of improvement, although mechanical complications have arisen that have limited production from this well over the last week. These complications have been addressed and this well is expected to be put back on production late this week.
A second well is currently undergoing workover operations to repair or replace the existing downhole pump, as well as provide modifications of the existing surface facilities. A third well has been placed in operation in its current condition.
Upon completion of the current work on the second and third wells, production is expected to continue for a number of weeks in order to monitor the oil cut, total fluid production, and saltwater disposal capabilities of the property.
Avalon owns an undivided twenty five percent (25%) working interest in the property. A due diligence evaluation is also underway on the property.
Avalon and KROG are continuing their focus on enhancing operating synergies in the Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Louisiana and East Texas region through acquisition of other mature production in the area. The area immediately surrounding these new properties consists mainly of independent producers.
About Avalon Oil & Gas, Inc.
Avalon Oil & Gas, Inc. is an oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition of oil and gas producing properties with multiple enhancement opportunities.

AOGS OILD NEWS LOOK AT CHART BOUNCE PLAY!
wwwAvalon Oil & Gas Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Working Interest in Grant Parish, Louisiana
Avalon Oil & Gas, Inc., (OTCBB:AOGS) announced today, through its relationship with KROG Partners, LLC ("KROG") , a Kilgore, Texas based operator, that Avalon, KROG, Avalon's advisor, William Anderson DBA Anderson Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Anderson"), and another partner have jointly agreed to acquire one hundred percent (100%) working interest in a six well production property located in Grant Parish, Louisiana from a Lafayette, Louisiana based company. The letter of intent provides the opportunity for Avalon and its partners to conduct a sixty day test of the productive capability of the property, as well as customary due diligence, prior to the acquisition.
The property consists of five shut-in wells with production potential in the prolific Wilcox production interval and one salt water disposal well. These wells were drilled in the early 1980's by an independent producer. Avalon believes that there is significant oil production potential in many of these wells, and that a minimal workover program is required to return the property to production. The salt water disposal well is also anticipated to be capable of disposal of significant volumes of produced water, resulting in highly economic production of the anticipated 10% oil cut in this property.
Avalon and its partners will commence operations shortly on the testing, which includes lowering one of the pumps in a wellbore, in order to assure productive capability prior to acquiring the property. Upon successful test results, Avalon will have the opportunity to own an undivided twenty five percent (25%) working interest in the property, subject to a proportional reduction due to the retainage of a twenty five percent (25%) back-in by the existing owner upon payout of all of Avalon and its partner's capital costs. A due diligence evaluation has also commenced on the property.
Avalon and KROG are continuing their focus on enhancing operating synergies in the Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Louisiana and East Texas region through acquisition of other mature production in the area. The area immediately surrounding these new properties consists mainly of independent producers.
