Does this provide the response you need: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-21/chapter-I/subchapter-D/part-312/subpart-F/section-312.120
Hi plexrec,
Those are very kind words you wrote about my Stocktwits posts. It's too bad you can't post your own ideas or responses on Stocktwits. Regrettably I don't have the energy to post on both boards, and I feel that I should remain with Stocktwits because that's the environment I know and feel comfortable with. I hope you can solve your tech problem so you can join ST discussions. Good luck to all of us when TLR is released.
Here's a modified post of mine from earlier on Stocktwits. I believe it is consistent with comments made by Chris Missling in the past. If this isn't a duplicate of a similar thought suggested by someone else here on ihub, I think it deserves your consideration:
Regardless of how well Anavex writes their major upcoming PRs, past history suggests Anavex could be attacked by one or more malicious bloggers with an ulterior motive and a following. In preparation of such attacks, Anavex can set up a live link with the investing community, such that all hands are at the ready to provide real-time in-depth explanations that refute the blogger's claims. Hint: This event can be called something innocuous like "R&D day". It could have had a more direct name such as "Defuse the Adam bomb day", but that name might sound too defensive, so "R&D day" it is!
If my prediction is right, then it follows that all of Anavex's significant June PRs will be released on June 21st. Prepare for an active trading day.
Whatever Dr. Missling might be privately thinking, he agreed to bring the investors' concerns to the board of directors for consideration at their next meeting, which is what I requested. Even if the omnibus incentive proposal for 2022 received majority approval from the stockholders, making the related survey issues irrelevant, the majority of survey respondents requested the following additional points be considered:
1. Add forecast dates to the pipeline diagram.
2. Apply greater precision to near-term forecast dates.
3. Hire a communications manager.
4. Multiple individual requests and suggestions listed in the survey's "other" section.
Therefore, I expect the active items will be considered by the board of directors as stated in the letter. If Anavex wants future communications related to these points to be reviewed for Regulation FD compliance, then I agree.

If you want to see the response letter I received from Anavex today about the shareholder survey many of you responded to, check it out on Stocktwits. I posted it there about 5 minutes ago.
https://stocktwits.com/symbol/AVXL
I'm glad so many investors participated. When I started I was hoping for 50 responses. We now have 133 responses, representing more than 5% of the owned shares, and the day isn't over yet. I think there is a good chance of receiving a response from Anavex's board of directors. Stay tuned.
Today is your last chance to take the AVXL investor's survey if you haven't already. I'm Fedexing it to the board of directors tomorrow, and will cc investor relations. Please take it if you haven't already. Just click on the following link:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd48XkW__e091lttV7VMpvFDgzSeWUrqXRDQdetfRr6QA8QpA/viewform?usp=sf_link
The survey consists of 14 questions, and takes about 5 to 10 minutes for the informed investor to complete. To see the survey results at any time, you need to use the same device you used to answer the survey initially. Click on the link to the survey (above) - a screen should open saying you already completed the survey. Click on the link on that screen to see the results.
Thank you.
Yes BourbonOMC - I see the same thing in the survey results, with the addition that Alz results need to meet the stated endpoints. Thanks for adding your two shots.
We would certainly assume less risk by investing in weapons manufacturing, but we have chosen a riskier investment with the hope of a brighter future. The latter vision requires faith, optimism, and data. But until we have sufficient data to prove or disprove the prevailing hypotheses, we must continue to have faith.
It would be interesting, but I have other things to work on. Surveys are easily developed using Google Forms, but it takes time to post and manage. If someone else creates a clinical trial & OLE top line results PR prediction survey, I will be sure to fill it out. In fact I would be happy to pay 1sh AVXL stock to participate. The person with the smallest average deviation from the actual PR dates indicates which charity receives the stock pool.
Today's fantasy is next month's reality. Let's talk again at the end of June.
I think next month could be pivotal following completion and release of top line results for PDD OLE. If safety is confirmed, and dementia, sleep, & parkinsonian movement issues prove to be stablized or improved since the end of ph2 at least for patients with wild type sigma-1 receptors, then A2-73 may be acceptable for NDA submittal.
It depends. AVXL can certainly pay off 80:1, but we need to wait longer than 2 minutes. Over the long run (no pun intended) I would rather have Blarcamesine on pharmacy shelves than a trophy.
Zig - I noticed one of the responses on the survey was "I am having second thoughts about voting yes". So that AVXL investor now knows how to change their vote.
Wouldn't that be a hoot if that vote change affected the outcome?
PW - The survey results are automatically transferred into a spreadsheet. That will allow the number of shares for yes votes and no votes to be easily tallied. I will organize the data in as many ways as can easily done, and then I will make that info available on a cloud drive.
BTW - I decided to send the results to Anavex's board of directors as well as IR. The BOD transmittal needs to be sent in writing, which is why I'm sending it on Thursday.
To all AVXL investors who look at iHub only on weekends or just occasionally: Would you please take the Anavex business survey if you haven't already? Click on the following link to access the survey:

The survey consists of 14 questions, and takes about 5 to 10 minutes for the informed investor to complete. The survey's results will be sent to Anavex near the end of the coming week (probably May 12).
To see the survey results at any time, you need to use the same device you used to answer the survey initially. Click on the link to the survey (above) - a screen should open saying you already completed the survey. Click on the link on that screen to see the results.

If you changed your mind about the proxy vote, you can change your vote as described on proxy document page 6:
Q: How can I change or revoke my vote?
A: You may change your vote as follows:
? Stockholders of record. You may change or revoke your vote by submitting a written notice of revocation to Anavex Life Sciences Corp., 630 Fifth Avenue, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10111, Attention: Christopher Missling, PhD., Chief Executive Officer, or by submitting another proxy card before the conclusion of the 2022 Meeting. For all methods of voting, the last vote cast will supersede all previous votes.
? Beneficial owners of shares held in “street name.” You may change or revoke your voting instructions by following the specific directions provided to you by your bank, broker or other nominee.
101 responses and climbing. Thanks iHub!
In case you haven't responded to the survey, please consider it.

OK Powerwalker. On your advice I will keep at it. If anyone wants to complain about the repetition, it will be ignored so I advise that you not bother!
24 iHub members out of 94 total AVXL investors stepped up and filled out the Anavex business practices opinion survey. Thanks to all of you who participated. Since I generally hang out over in the stocktwits AVXL room, I don't know iHub well. I still want to reach at least 100 responders. Do you think 24 responders is about the best I can expect in iHub, or should I continue posting here?
For anyone who hasn't responded yet, please click on the link below to enter the survey. If you took the survey, and you want to see the results, then... Using the same device you originally used to answer the survey - click on the survey link above. A screen should open stating that you already took the survey. A link on that screen will take you to the survey results. Thanks - Trainguy1

Based on the state of the stock market, I think AVXL just might receive quite a few million more no votes on proxy issue #3. If that climbs past 50%, then Anavex will need to report something real good afterward to soften the general mood, otherwise the survey results could go into play when the board of directors starts thinking about next steps. I hope the company does, in fact, get the opportunity to soften our mood, but it's prudent to plan for the alternative.
The two things I want out of the survey results are:
1. I want Anavex to understand why investors voted the way they did in case initiative #3 doesn't pass.
2. Assuming IR doesn't read and report to management any of the common concerns voiced on investment boards, this is a way to get those concerns to management.
84 AVXL investors have filled out the Anavex business practices opinion survey. If you are one of those 84 - thank you. I want to reach at least 100 responders. If you want Anavex to understand why you voted Yes or No on proxy issue #3, or if you want them to know your opinion about milestone forecasting, then please take the survey (only once). I plan to send the results to Anavex Investor Relations before May 16 so they understand what key business points we retail shareholders are concerned about (prior to the shareholder's meeting). The survey contains 14 questions, and takes about 5-10 minutes for the well-informed investor to get through. Please click on the link below to access the survey (it's located on Google's servers). So far, 73 AVXL investors have filled out the Anavex business practices opinion survey I developed. 16 of the respondents identify with iHub, and 55 identify with Stocktwits (and 2 identify with Other). I think there must be at least 27 more iHub investors who are interested in indicating to Anavex why you voted Yes or No on proxy issue #3, and indicating your opinion about milestone forecasting. I plan on sending the results to Anavex Investor Relations before May 16 so they understand what key business points we retail shareholders are concerned about (prior to the shareholder's meeting). If you want Anavex to know why you voted Yes or No on proxy issue #3, or you have an opinion about forecasted dates, or other business issues, then I encourage you to take the survey at the link below. Currently the proportion of respondents is out of balance: 81% from Stocktwits, 16% from iHub, 3% other sites. I hope iHub-only members take a few minutes to take the survey? The more responses received, the more likely Anavex IR will pay attention to the responses.
Please only take the survey once. After you submit your responses, you can click on the link above (on your same device) to get to a page with another link to the results. This can be accessed any time as many times as you want after completing the survey.
PS - I am still looking for people willing to post this link on the other investor sites listed in question #2 between now and May 15 (except Stocktwits - it's already there). Please let me know where you are posting it.
Final comment: Sorry - I can't modify the survey, otherwise the results collected so far will be lost.
Thank you.
DID YOU TAKE MY ANAVEX SURVEY YET?
I decided I should come over here myself to ask. I encourage every AVXL investor to do so. It contains 14 questions, and takes about 5-10 minutes for the well informed investor to get through. I plan to send the results to Anavex Investor Relations prior to May 16 (before the shareholder's meeting) so they understand what retail shareholders think about Anavex's business side. Anavex responded already. He confused me with Fireman, but you get the gist. Do one of you live in or near NYC, and can hand deliver a letter to Anavex? Here is Andrew's response:
Your request must be done with an official letter to the company with all your contact information included in the letter.
I also suggest in your letter you include who you are, what organization you are with and provide details regarding your request. With all due respect, after reading your email, I am guessing you are a fireman fighting fires, HOWEVER, I have no idea who you are, what fire company you are with and how to contact you (other than email). I also do not know what a sling load is.
Please note, I am suggesting you send a letter to the company headquarters, that being said, I have no idea if legally, medically or morally the company can or is allowed to do anything for you. Your request would be reviewed and considered by Anavex management. scientific advisors and possibly lawyers to ensure Anavex does not violate any rules, policies & procedures and laws. I just know that the starting point for you is a hard copy letter with details regarding your request.
If I am correct in my assumption in believing you are a fire fighter I want to say THANK YOU for your service. Although I am not a firefighter I have 2 very close friends and numerous acquaintances that are firefighters and I am well-aware it is a dangerous job that I have all the respect for.
Please be careful in your current situation and be sure to send the letter to Anavex as soon as possible:

Hey Fireman,
I forwarded your post to Andrew Barwicki (investor relations). Maybe Anavex will set up an ad hoc trial. I hope an air drop will be coming your way.
I am also optimistic about some big news coming out next week because:
1. If there wasn't big news, AVXL would find something to present at AAIC.
2. To be considered a catalyst-rich half year, I think we need a strong catalyst to start this 1/2 year, especially before the staff leaves on vacation.
3. We really need to reach the next SP level before the next big market drop so the treasurer can bring in the money needed to manufacture and distribute 2-73 and start a couple of new trials.
4. Most of all, I'm an optimistic guy.
The one thing I differ from you on: I think it will happen before Thursday. Good news should come earlier in the week.
Thanks for the response. I could use help recruiting some of the power writers you identified. Anything you can do would be appreciated.
AVXL - Do you want to help develop a Wikipedia article about Anavex?
To all of you with more than a passing interest in Anavex who also enjoy writing non-fiction, and who want to improve their knowledge and other people's general knowledge of Anavex, please take note: Some of us from Stocktwits are starting to develop a Wikipedia article about Anavex. We could use some ihub masters. Like most Wikipedia articles, it will contain encyclopedic information about Anavex for perspective patients, employees, investors, and anyone else who's interested. If you are known by others here or on Stocktwits, and you would like to contribute to this undertaking, send an email to AVXLwiki@gmail.com. I will send instructions about how to proceed. Whether you like history, biology, chemistry, people, or drugs, there is probably something for you. We need writers, editors, researchers, those with Wikipedia experience, and fact checkers. There are some esteemed people already on board with this project. Anavex is aware that we are doing this, so let's show them how we can finish something in a timely fashion! Thanks
