Question,
Were are you all finding the float and shares outstanding for this baby?? Can't find it, is there a legit place that has this info?? Thanks much!!
~Cyber
Has the new guy done ANYTHING but unload shares since being brought on board??? I understand that he owns a ton of stock and that the dollar amounts aren't REALLY that much, but I mean c'mon, shareholders have watched this baby be in free-fall for a LONG time and at least speaking for myself, I haven't gotten any "free shares" that I could sell to ease the suffering!!! Must be nice??!!!
Oh well....
Take care!!

DALLAS, March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Energytec, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EYTC - News) today announced that it had created and staffed a New Projects Division to be managed by Dr. Anton Prodanovic. The new division will have primary responsibilities in the areas of new acquisitions, prospect generation, evaluation of new research and development opportunities and data base acquisition.

Dr. Prodanovic worked for Exxon Corporation from 1976 until 1984 and then Mobil Corporation from 1984 until 2000. Upon his retirement, he was engaged in a broad consulting practice involving international oil and gas exploration and development, alternative fuels research and project evaluation (both domestic and international).
Dr. Prodanovic holds a PhD (Rice University), an MA in International Business (University of Texas at Dallas) and a BS in Civil Engineering (University of Sarajevo). He has had a prolific publications career and was a Fulbright Scholar. He has been a senior executive as well as a project manager, engineering manager and research scientist. He is fluent in seven languages and has numerous research collaborations internationally.
Energytec President and CEO Don Lambert said, "We are very fortunate to attract and retain a person of Anton's skills and experience. As we endeavor to build Energytec from here forward, we are focused on the '5 P's" namely, profitability due to people, place, position, and proprietary technology. Considering the acute shortage of technical personnel in the oil and gas business today, we are committed to engaging persons of vast experience like Dr. Prodanovic who can contribute mightily now and also pass on their knowledge and skill to younger staff in training. He will be invaluable as we evaluate new drilling alliances, new prospects, new acquisitions and many technologies we have identified for heavy oil development, enhanced oil recovery, bio-remediation, and downhole molecular alteration of oil, among others."

Can't even get a bump on a higher oil day! What a mess this one has been!!
~Cyber
My opinion only of course...
I'm afraid it's going to take a great deal more than a release to get this thing back to life again!!!
I've been wrong before with my investments, it's just part of the biz, but I've never been more upset with myself about an investment than I am about this one!! A couple years before the BIG oil spike we started taking our positions and I let myself get invested in 2 oil companies that were just flat out mistakes, for us anyways, maybe not everybody? Thankfully our largest oil holding(CRZO) and some other smaller position more than took care of my 2 blunders, but I still am upset that I let myself make such horrible judgement calls!! I don't mind being "kinda" wrong, but I was "off the chart" wrong about this group!!! We didn't have much in the thing, but I don't look at it that way! I was wrong and it was a horrible play on my part!!
Just a mess!!
~Cyber out
The above is my opinion only!!!
Hey Joyce,
Yes, it's been a sad situation here in my opinion!! I spoke with the CEO before I bought a few shares and thought him to be an ok guy? Such a small little company, small float and shares out., also not very many shareholders but 2 guys owning a BIG chunk of the company, all these things together plus other "stuff" made me decide to test the waters. I had been looking to see if either of those 2 guys sold any shares, but I have not seen anything? Have you? Has anybody?
I just noticed the web site stopped working so I will attempt to make contact with them some time this week and will pass anything I find out along to you and the other 2 shareholders in this company!!!
Hope you are well!!! (what dya tink bout nrgytek???? noticed you've steered clear of ragingbull as well!!!)
Take care!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, my opinion only, nothing more!! But again, can't imagine ANYBODY thinking different about this little mess?!!
What a stellar group this has been? They must use the same web-site provider as the old Energytec web site used??!!
To coin a phrase from my generation...
Nice! Not!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
Yes, my opinion only....(but does ANYBODY not agree?)

Ya, some opportunity??? I can't even get the website to come up? Steller...
As always, my opinion only...

With all due respect, the price drop here is for pretty obvious reasons... Oil down from $80 to under $60 and then absolutely ZERO news from the company gives the "appearance" that the company is dormant. Understand, I am NOT saying the company IS dormant, I'm just stating that to the regular investor, the appearance here is that very little is going on. For Pink Sheets and OTCBB stocks, fair or not, no news is NOT good news!! By no means am I saying they need to put out "fluff" pr's, but come on, this company has been in a "developmental" stage FOREVER, it's time to start creating some ACTUAL value here! I'm afraid our stock price here will stagnate AT BEST if the communication from this bunch remains what it has been??!! Honestly, I'm really concerned it will continue its slow and painful inch by inch drop if things stay the same??!! TRUST ME, I hope I am SOOOOO wrong, but I've just seen this before so many times! OTCBB stocks CAN make it and they can have success, but management teams for these type of stocks have to understand they are constantly in an "image battle", again, this may or may not be fair, but it's just the way it is! Some management teams realize this early on and do a great job proving to shareholders they can become a "big time" company deserving to trade on a "real" exchange, but then you have some that choose to ignore this duty and it can be extremely frustrating as a shareholder to watch because you know the company has great potential, you know the "story" has great potential, but ultimately, you have to have a management team that is committed to creating shareholder value, AS WELL AS developing a great business!! Again, while it may not be fair, but these smallish OTC companies have to be good at doing BOTH!!
Unfortunately, I can't get the "request information" feature of the CWYR website to work, so if you have questions, I guess sending them by old fashioned mail is the only way to get it to them??!
I hope for all of our sakes that creating shareholder value becomes at least one of the priorities for this company!! Until then, I guess all we can do is watch and continue asking questions of the current management??!!
Anyway, I wish us all better days ahead!! Also, HAPPY THANKSGIVING to each of you!! Have a great day!! Take care!!

This was posted on RagingBull... I hope the poster doesn't mind me "cutting and pasting" it, but it was a post in response to one of my questions, so maybe that makes it ok??? Not sure what the chat board "code of ethics" would state in this case? Oh well... Here it is....

Buyer's Impressed
I have a friend who spoke to Mr. Lambert recently and he said that Don said that the buyers were "very impressed" with the FAXs from the WI owners and that he's very confident that the deal will happen on the 29th.
SURE HOPE HE IS CORRECT!!!!!
Take care all!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
The above is my opinion, or my cut and paste job, or my question, or my etc..., nothing more....
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
I'm going to post this over here also because apparently I'm too much of a "whack job" to respond to over at Raging Bull? I guess that's what I get for actually wanting to discuss EYTC without ripping on other posters in the process? So be it...
To anybody,
I totally agree that there doesn't seem to be ANY logical reason to oppose the Wyoming deal! Do we have any knowledge, other than a lack of negative posts from the naysayers here on ragingbull, that the fax, email and phone call campaign worked? I have heard from more than one WI owner that said when they spoke with EYTC they were told that there was close to 90% in favor and supporting the deal??!! My question is will this actually allow EYTC to proceed with the deal? I guess I just don't understand if the recent "movement" was initiated by the company, or was it WI holders and shareholders deciding "enough was enough" and it was time to speak up and show support for the deal AND Mr. Lambert and his team!!?? Did the company say that if a "vote" was done and the majority were in favor of the deal it could proceed sooner, rather than later?
Either way, THANK YOU to everybody who did fax, email and/or call to show support of EYTC and their efforts!! Of course we sent in our support, but our positions are probably not even a "bleap" on the company's radar, so again, thank you from the "little guy" to you all that are LARGE investors!!
I guess I'm just wondering how much the company has officially said "on the record"? Can anybody shed some light on this? Has anybody chatted with an EYTC official in the last day or two on these matters?
I know this is a lot of questions, I'm just trying to understand where EXACTLY things stand at the moment...
Thanks to anybody in advance for your help!!!
Also, I want to take a second and wish each and every one of you a VERY HAPPY Thanksgiving!! I hope each of you is blessed to get to spend your holiday with your friends, family and loved ones!! Finally, to any of the families making the ultimate sacrifice this season with a family member somewhere around the world fighting for our country's freedom and way of life, thank you so very much and may God keep your family safe!!!
Take care everybody and God bless you all this Thanksgiving!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, "some" of the above is just my opinion, but the stuff about brave family members defending our country's safety this Thanksgiving, that's PURE FACT!!!!!
Hey John, good to hear from you!! I too have read where folks have said we got close to 90%, I was just curious if we knew if that was "good enough"??? Was the company even behind the "movement" to send in the faxes and emails, or was it just shareholders and WI holders hoping it would make a difference? Like you said, nothing from the company other than what folks have been told over the phone. WOuld be nice to know if all the support made a difference or not?
Some larger volume today, but hard to really tell what side of the market caught the most pressure, buyers or the sellers? Regardless, it was nice to get back to even by the close of the market though...
Anyway, best of luck to us all and happy Thanksgiving to everybody!!! Take care!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, the above just my opinion, nothing more...
Question for you Joyce and/or others????
First off, thanks to everyone for organizing and showing support for the Wyoming deal, which is also in my opinion giving support to Mr. Lambert and his team for the hard work they are doing on behalf of us all!! So again, MANY thanks to everyone!!!
My question is this, do we know if all of the faxes, calls and emails actually did what they were intended to do? Did the good folks at EYTC tell anyone that if enough support was shown the deal could go through? I'm just curious?
I actually had been in contact with Flo for completely different reasons and we are suppose to talk again sometime this week, if and when I talk with her, I will ask her for an update and will report back here if there is any new info!!!
I hope you are all doing well and best of luck to us all!!
Happy Thanksgiving!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, just my opinion, nothing more....
Hey Joyce,
We've already pledged our shares to support Mr. Lambert via fax yesterday!! As usual, over on RagingBull ragepotato, or whatever his id is, felt he needed to take control of things and told shareholders NOT to send faxes in at the moment so to keep it free for WI holders. You know what, that's just crap!! I sent a 1 page fax with about a paragraph worth of typing and from start to finish the process was probably less than 3 minutes!! I'm quite sure the fax machine will NOT "jam" up! So, I would simply say for shareholders to send in their report WHENEVER you want to!! I'm not sure why ragepotato feels it his job to dictate what folks should and should not do, I mean last time I checked, we still live in America!!
Fax the support letters ANYTIME you feel like doing it folks, just keep it reasonably short, but I have to think the good folks at EYTC won't mind some cheers for their support! These are going to be one fax I'm quite sure they will LOVE to receive!! Joyce, thanks for getting the ball rolling, it needed to be done!!
Luck to us all!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
Yes, all of the above is just my opinion, nothing more...
Hey Joyce, old & others,
I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for Don!! First, he has people ripping on him for not doing enough (heck, even I was getting a bit frustrated about the lack of communication), then when he finds what appeared to me to be one sweetheart of a deal for Wyoming, a property that was very "unproven", and it gets blocked!!
The thing that REALLY hacks me off, but nobody wanted to talk about it over on RB when I brought it up, is I have to believe there are FAR more folks in favor of this deal than oppose it!! Yet a small group of folks, because they got organized, were able to squash the deal! I just REALLY think we shareholders AND WI holders who are in favor of the Wyoming sale need to band together, show our support for the deal by faxing or mailing letters to EYTC stating we support the deal AND, this is important, in those letters request "copies" be forwarded on to whoever the potential buyer was/is!! They need to see that there is MUCH support for the deal!! I may be wrong, but if we could prove to EYTC and the potential buyers that 80%, 85% or even 90% of those involved ARE in favor of the deal, they MIGHT get over their "cold feet" and we could MAYBE still get Wyoming done??!!
Folks, I absolutely HATE what this small group has done, I think it's disgusting!! Unless they can prove there are other offer(s), there is ONLY one reason to block this current deal, in my opinion that is!! But again, as much as I can't stand what they did, the few behind this mess have shown they are organized and unless the rest of us can do the same, start working together as oppose to what goes on over at RB, the small group of bullies will simply continue with their actions!!
Joyce, I am so sorry to hear about the financial difficulties you are facing at the moment, it's just not right!! You are VERY correct when you say we need to get Frank off the board and then we need to show support for the ONLY Wyoming deal on the table to BOTH, EYTC and the buyer!!
Yes Joyce, I think you should try to get those folks over here, but somebody has to get this "support rally" of ours organized!! I promise I would be 100% behind it, but it would have to be somebody like Shooter, or even you, to bring it to the RB posters (which as much as I don't like it over there, we WOULD need to get some of those folks on board with this) as pretty much anything from me gets squashed over there! I did notice that last night Shooter brought up "trying to get something rolling" and even thought it was pretty much exactly what I had said, folks took it much better from him, that is why I say he may be the person that "most" folks would trust and/or listen to?
So anyway, the silent majority needs to "man up" (or WOMAN up) & "step up" to show our support of Don and EYTC, I don't think we can afford to be passive any longer!! Most of us are nice, decent folks who have been sitting back hoping some good would come, it did, but then it was yanked away! We can't afford to be "nice" anymore, again, in my opinion!!
One last thing, I don't know what the "break up" value of EYTC is, but I can say that USUALLY bankruptcy is a HORRIBLE option for shareholders, who are almost ALWAYS completely wiped out!! As I mentioned in a post last night, I have seen a couple companies declare banruptcy and the shareholders "survive" (Covad Communications is probably the most known), but I just don't know if EYTC could do something so current shareholders would not lose everything "if" they had to file for bankruptcy protection!! But again, it is usually HORRIBLE for shareholders, so I REALLY think we don't want to let that happen!!!
We got to band together folks!!
So, there it is, can we get anything going???
I wish us ALL better days ahead and that this fiasco will one day soon come to a POSITIVE ending!! Take care!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, the above is my opinion, nothing more...
Hey old,
Yes I had seen that, but as it states they were "seeking" what their obligation may be, so I was just curious if anybody knew whether or not they had found the answers? I don't know, as I've said many times, I don't want ANYBODY to lose money here!!
The bankruptcy thing is also interesting... I mean I wonder what the ACTUAL "break up" value of EYYC actually is?
It's rare, but I have seen a couple companies where shareholders were NOT wiped out when a company filed bankruptcy, but it sure doesn't happen much at all!! Covad Communications was probably the most known company that was able to file bankruptcy, yet not wipe out the stock holders. Mayve that is a possibility here "IF" they had to file?
Lastly, don't you think they would try to sell everything that wasn't bolted down to avoid bankruptcy? I mean I would think so, I mean SURELY they could raise more funds from other assets sells if needed??! This is why I am so curious about just selling another asset!!
Like you said, who knows, all we can do is wait!!
I wish us ALL better days ahead!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
Yes, the above is just my opinion...
Hello my friend!!
Trust me, I don't care about that type of stuff! I don't know what makes them more upset, the fact that I want to talk about alternatives for raising cash, or that I refuse to get in a mud-slinging contest with them?! You are TOTALLY correct, it is not worth the grief to post on RB! Again, I don't blame you one bit!!
My friend, I DO have faith in Don! Remember, he DID find the answer, at least for our immediate problems that is! Unfortunately, there seems to be a minority of folks who want to be bullies and as shareholders we really do need to come together so this minority of folks is no longer dictating the direction of the company!! I am not a WI holder, but from what I can tell, this deal is the only deal on the table, so I can think of only one reason to try and block such a deal, and it's absolutely disgusting!!
So anyway, as I've been TRYING to find out over at RB, but with little luck, is what exactly are the terms for the puts? Are they like the interest that is paid on bonds and "if" the company can't pay them, will the be considered "in default"?? Or, does the company have at least SOME "wiggle room" before that have to pay? Don't get me wrong, I don't want the put holders to lose ANY money, I'm just wondering if they can delay the payments, for say a month or so? Just enough time to either calm down the Wyoming buyer by proving there are far more folks in favor of the deal than oppose it, OR giving them time to sell one of the other assets??
Anyway, let's just pray Don has some tricks up his sleeve to keep this thing aflost!!
Again, really nice to be here!! Take care!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
Yes, the above is only my opinion!!!
Hey Joyce and old,
Hey you two, hope you are doing well!! Joyce, totally agree with you about the other site! I tried asking a simple question and have waisted more time on stupid posts! Heck, I'm upset I've let myself spend so much time arguing over there!
Need shooter to head over here, if we could do that, I would remove the "bookmark" I have for the EYTC/RagingBull site completely!!
Anyway, let's hope Don and co. have something up their sleeve to handle the puts coming due? I may be wrong, but I just don't know how they can survive this without selling something? I guess we will know soon aye??
Luck to us all!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
Just my opinion, as always....
FOLKS, WE HAVE A DATE for our next shareholder meeting!!!!
May 10, 2007!!!
I'm going to try to paste the link, but there are others here better than I at this!!!

I guess this means, at the very least, this little company plans on being around for a bit??!!!!
This was released early this AM, so I was hoping that we might have some more news coming!!
We haven't had very many good things happen to us as of late, but I'm going to consider this a good thing!!!! Again, at least they are planning on being here for awhile!!
Luck to us all!!
Stay healthy,
~Cyber
As always, ALL of the above is just my humble opinion, nothing more...
Hey Vic, glad to know there are some folks here with me!! I understand the "potential" here, I mean that is why we are all here, for the potential!! However, looking for financing has been the delay for quite some time and my concern is if they couldn't get favorable terms when oil was tapping $80, how is now going to be any easier?
Just seems if the numbers (or potential numbers I should say) are really as strong as they seem, the last 6 months to a year SHOULD have been the time to land partners, investors, etc. without too much trouble???
I'm just saying I wish they would get into gear as it just doesn't seem like much is happening fast here??!!
Hopefully they have some offers for the financing and they are just trying to choose the BEST one??!!
I wish us all the best!!
Take care!!

AS always, ALL of the above is just my humble opinion, and/or questions, nothing more....
I have about had it with these smallish oil and gas companies promising the world but not even able to deliver a small suburb!!
Nice annual report out, I swear it looks like they just copy the same things in EVERY report and just change the date up at the top!!
In my holdings, I'm down on 2 stocks only and BOTH are crappy small oil companies!!
I've tried emailing the company, filling out the little request info thing on their website and I haven't heard anything back!!
I mean what is up with this crud!!
If it sounds like I'm hacked, it's because I am!!

Hey Joyce and everyone else, I finally got signed up on Ihub so I could talk with some other investors in CWYR! Anybody hearing anything?? Seems like they should be "striking while the iron is hot"??? I like that the 2 "big wigs" also own quite a bit of the outstanding shares issued, plus I like that the shares outstanding is low as well!!
So, that's why I like it here, what about others??
Any posters know anybody at the company?
Do we know what their plans are?
Just looking to get some chatter going and hoping we can keep it productive??!! Unfortunately, the EYTC board has really changed a lot over the last several months. I don't mean to be bringing up another company, but I know there are a few here have positions in both companies...
So anyway, I wish us all the very best with ALL of our investments!! Hoping for good days ahead!!!!
Take care all!!
