What's with the big gap down today?
What's the summer catalyst here?
I left the Portland, OR suburbs recently. Its unlivable. Homeless everywhere, lack of police.
WNBD has the "intent" to acquire it.
No timeline for actual acquisition given. Wonder why? Are we talking 2023?
I Tweeted TDS about ensuring us of no intention of doing a RS, but they never commented back. They did respond on other items, but silence on that question.
RS most likely coming.
So obvious a RS is coming here, just like they tried on CLHI.
So is this a delay, again???
New tweet says he hopes to disclose the name of the tech acq., I thought the tech acq was to be finalized by April 15th? So it's just the name reveal, not the actual acq? What is the timeline for the actual acq??
Does LFAP go expert market if it misses that deadline?
Huh? This is going to expert market Apr 15th??
League should be launching in about 2 or 3 weeks!
Nothing saying no reverse split??
Schumer cannot introduce it on the 20th, Congress is not in session that week. They are on a break.
May 24th is a huge catalyst date here, though!
Only thought is Reverse split is coming. That's why no movement.
May 24th is a pretty big catalyst!
Looking like the selling each day gets less and less. Happens once a day, but that selling volume is decreasing.
WNBD huge catalyst April 15th! Breakout w volume. Major tech acquisition April 15th!
WNBD huge catalyst April 15th! Breakout w volume. Major tech acquisition April 15th!
WNBD huge catalyst April 15th! Breakout w volume. Major tech acquisition April 15th!
Date and time of conf??
So when are they done? This should be much higher.
BB sure got quiet on SYSX!
Gotta admit, I'm leaning more towards a Reverse split coming. TDS is silent after many questions about it. And they tried to RS their previous ticker CLHI.
It can get tied up at FINRA for months, just look at exactly what RSHN said today in their PR. After many months trying to appease FINRA, the RS was not worth the hassle, so RSHN cancelled it.
So FINRA basically rejected RSHN's RS request, just by never giving it the green light.
It will get cancelled just like RSHN cancelled theirs today it seems like.
New tweet: Pink in 48 hours!:
Eric Lehner
@WinningCEO
2h
$WNBD Hello Smokey - In the upload of the Annual Report, a Balance Sheet Excel worksheet was merged into the financial statement PDF that was not the final version. That was corrected fast, but OTC staff could not reflect that immediately, because of the queue; PINK in 48 hrs.
Well, he tweeted last week no R/S
April 15th tech acquisition, this really could skyrocket! Plus CEO said NO Reverse Split.
RS is months away, if it even happens, I'm in here.
WNBD huge acq being announced April 15th!
Official Tweet!! Argentum 47, Inc. Executes a Legally Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire United Kingdom Based "The Data Source (UK) Limited" - GlobeNewswire https://t.co/pDYA7qKgE0
Why is the audit such big news?
They stated many times Spera launch by this Thursday
Disagree, APYP announced a merger with SleepX, then a month later a filing for a huge RS out of nowhere.
How does one see "signs" of an RS besides it being announced and plummeting the stock?
VITX sucks at geography, geesh:
http://river-24.com/st_location/united-states/new-jersey/
New Jersey is a state located on the West Coast of the United States. It is the most populous U.S. state, home to one out of eight people who live in the U.S., with a total of 38 million people, and it is the third largest state by area (after Alaska and Texas). New Jersey is bordered by Oregon to the north, Nevada to the east, Arizona to the southeast, and the Mexican state of Baja California to the south. It is home to the nation’s second and fifth most populous census statistical areas (Greater Los Angeles Area and San Francisco Bay Area, respectively), and eight of the nation’s 50 most populated cities (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Long Beach, and Oakland). Sacramento is the state capital, and has been since 1854.
Did they say no RS? Been burned too many times on these huge mergers doing an RS.
What's the April forward event? Date?
