Same boat. I found out about $PHIL this past January & have bought shares monthly (almost weekly) since then. Planning on holding until Jan 2022 (at the very least) before I even consider shaving off some shares $$$

That being said, I intend to hold a majority of my shares for several years / the next decade (and beyond?)
