https://gritdaily.com/cancer-therapy-oncovirs-hiltonol/ Looks pretty promising to me
Flagyl is trade name for metronidazole and cheap..10 bucks or so. Oral vancomycin is about 40 bucks. Vancomycin is not well absorbed when taken orally so usually given IV for systemic infections. But since c diff is in the gut, oral administration is just fine for that.
Gary, you need your antibiotic for C diff. Metronidazole or vancomycin usually works. I would also take 2 tbsp of pepto bismol (bismuth) after each loose stool up to 5 doses a day https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10421188/
In addition I would take a probiotic supplement to repopulate your gut with good bacteria.
I am astonished that geniuses like you and ex are spending all of your valuable time here instead of running a company that we can safely invest in. Certainly you have offered your expertise to management about the proper way to conduct business. As it stands, the company is making me so anxious, I could only nap for an hour and a half today after walking the dogs in the blazing heat.

The last 4 digits of my account are on the email. No teenager is around to show me how to black it out.
What are you talking about? You said this was safer than burying money in the back yard. You said all my financial dreams would be realized. You said I’d be able to buy the Cleveland Guardians. You said I could winter in a tropical paradise. You did! You did! 😉
Another request from Schwab to borrow NWBO shares for shorting today. And yet they won’t let a co worker buy this “ penny stock”. Any broker that can explain this?
German is not my primary language but in regards to your reasoning......Das ist ganz verruckted. It is only damage if you sell low. If you are deciding this before the MHRA decides then you are making a premature decision.
Schwab is persistent. Several months ago they asked to loan my shares (there is only NWBO in my account). I called them up and said no very emphatically. April 6 another email arrives asking to lend my shares to parties looking to short “selected stocks”. Maybe someone who has a longer background in investing can explain what types of stocks are targeted. Just seems unusual for little ol NWBO to be such a popular target.
Shouldn't you be out getting the fields ready for planting?
Nice try, but that quote is referring to the Optune device
.....and now I see that others have already pointed this out. I wish I had some more dry powder, because clearly this nemesis is here with ill intentions. It's a big universe and this entire drama is just a spit in the ocean, but there is no justification for flat out lying.
Since approximately 70% of antibiotic use has been used as feed supplements to promote weight gain for beef and to prevent infection in overcrowded chicken factories, which is where the resistance is selected I don’t believe there is much concern about selecting more aggressive cancers through vaccine use. The cancers currently evolve to evade detection and resist chemotherapy anyway. Maybe in the future there will be a catalogue of cancer antigens so complete that a custom vaccine could be “ordered”. In the meantime, I think we will have to rely on our individual immune systems.
And one of the inventors is J Kelly Gangei. He is the CEO of AmplifyBio, that offshoot company of Batelle, who is advertising for a senior process engineer so that the company can "change the world".

If this is from "Wall Street" then you are correct that they don't want anything to do with educating about DCVax. Not a word about dendritic vaccines. Posted 1-10-24

Merck and Bristol Myers have dominated cancer immunotherapy. Who wins oncology’s next era?
Merck’s Keytruda and Bristol Myers’ Opdivo have dominated the cancer treatment conversation for a decade. Both will reach the end of their patent-protected monopolies as soon as 2028 in the U.S., pushing the two drugmakers to explore commonly used ways of extending market exclusivity, like combination treatment and formulation changes.

But drugmakers are also working hard to find what comes next. Researchers have struggled to develop successor medicines that stimulate immune attacks on tumor cells as Keytruda and Opdivo do, with Bristol Myers’ combination drug Opdualag an exception to the rule.
The flurry of dealmaking around antibody-drug conjugates in 2023, headlined by Pfizer’s $43 billion acquisition of Seagen, is a sure sign big pharma sees these targeted therapies as a significant new opportunity. Radiopharmaceuticals, which deliver radiation directly to tumor cells, are also drawing significant investment.
Bispecific antibodies, which help immune cells find and destroy tumor cells, have proven successful in treating blood cancers like multiple myeloma and lymphoma. They’ve had less success in solid tumors, although they are still being tested in prostate and lung cancer.
After years of disappointment, cancer vaccines are finally making gains, too. The messenger RNA technology employed by Moderna, BioNTech and others can be used to create personalized treatments that stimulate an immune response to patients’ tumor cells. Key data from Phase 3 trials of Moderna’s Merck-partnered vaccine in melanoma and lung cancer could come in the next couple of years. — Jonathan Gardner

Captain, do you recall the software and company that will provide all of the data tracking from harvested tumor to vaccine production to delivery and administration? Was is something referencing autologous?
The portfolio includes Zalmoxis, an allogenic T-cell therapy as an add-on therapy to support stem cell transplantation. It was approved in Europe through a conditional marketing authorization in 2016 but subsequently withdrawn by MolMed after Phase III clinical trial results showed that the drug offered no benefit on disease-free survival.
We can do this all day Ex, but the sun is shining and its time to get out of here.

The article above just describes the biotech development in and around Columbus which includes New Albany,
My brother lives in New Albany. I asked him to check with his contacts about any possible dealing with NWBO. This was a month ago or so. No response from him yet. May have to bug him again and see if discovered anything.
I know 2 people born on Christmas Eve. One is named Christina and the other is named Carol, which is sort of fitting for the holiday. Just curious though, was one of the wise men named Robert?😜
Well doggone.....I am the 5th of 11 children. Our attempts to run an inherited family business are complicated by opposite views on a multitude of issues. So nothing said here bothers me. If people want to talk smack....talk away. If promises were made with incomplete information.......welcome to life. Just say, "I changed my mind, going to keep posting". Ultimately, none of the "experts" here badmouthing the company have a clue what the issues really are, and none of the optimists have a clue either. Lots of good educated guesses, but we are all just going to have to wait for the book to come out.
Paid advertising?? You can do better than that, I'm sure
Whoa, I said I had 3 different accounts. Schwab didn't specify which they wanted to use. In any event, I replied that they are NOT to lend any NWBO shares.
I have Roth, rollover and reg account. In their letter they say….shares are typically loaned to short traders. I dunno. Things look crappy until they don’t it will soon be 3 years for me since I started buying. Not a long but not a newbie.
Another email today from Schwab asking to borrow my shares. And all I have with Schwab is NWBO
My goodness, this is somewhat of a feisty frantic Saturday morning. Actually quite humorous. Personally I think Willie Nelson “Blue Skies” should be the prevailing attitude.
Buy low, sell high
Listen to Warren Buffet
Be patient
Captain and Danish,
I am a daily lurker here and avid craft beer fan. Captain knows I am not far away and I too would like to meet the Oracle of Denmark.
Picked up 4k more @.49 today. Not a long, not a newbie.....kind of a tweener
It's TURTLES-all the way down!
Actually, the human body is one fascinating piece of machinery. How all the different processes of blood clotting, tissue healing, reproduction, energy production, stem cells and cell differentiation, telomeres and this other thing about cancer antigen recognition; can't really convince myself that it evolved from nothing. And still can't imagine why we are here.
Thanks Loyal and Iron.
Regarding the 1st panel at the moonshot meeting; there was an attorney on the panel who was a greater than 5 year survival from GBM. Does anyone know with what and how he was treated?
