However, the PPS and even volume have not budged since this news came out. Further, based on the web site and comments in the quarterly report it, or more so the lack thereof, seems HCMC is no longer focusing on the vaping side of their business. Perhaps even getting out of it. Further, it may be determined the patent isn't even valid. Even if it's just 5M, right now they need to buy back and retire some shares but afraid a R/S is more likely at this stage. I've written off HCMC but too late to sell now. Good luck to all!

it would strongly suggest that they ALSO know more about WHY he was hired. Obviously not public info. and that would be insider trading. With that in mind I find it an even stronger sign for SRMX that they’re not buying!

and he being “one of the best in the business” I don’t think he would go to SRMX if he didn’t think / know there was a great future ahead. Regardless of the circumstances in which he landed at SRMX I think the connection with T-Mobile is a very significant indicator of things to come. ….just my logic / opinion

Regardless, there or not, they're certainly not marketing these items on their website as prominently as they once were. Not even listed on the dropdown under "Assets"??? ....just an observation perhaps meaningless?
