We would all love for that to happen
However, the PPS and even volume have not budged since this news came out. Further, based on the web site and comments in the quarterly report it, or more so the lack thereof, seems HCMC is no longer focusing on the vaping side of their business. Perhaps even getting out of it. Further, it may be determined the patent isn't even valid. Even if it's just 5M, right now they need to buy back and retire some shares but afraid a R/S is more likely at this stage. I've written off HCMC but too late to sell now. Good luck to all!
