More than a few pumped it and did not bother to post information on the board when they learned of the BK. Depend on no one but yourself for your investment decisions.
No clue. I am not sure who owns the shell. If you still own shares you can call your brokerage and inquire about the status.
The new symbol is sgcmf, but there is no more information available.
What is your point? Everyone knows this thing is done. bmrx has to deal with those products now.
Have you given up on IMJX? I notice you're not posting about it anymore.
I think.0000 curtains for this one.
What's the word on the squm shell?
I don't really expect anything. But it doesn't hurt to ask.
I think something is up. I had 300,000 sale order in @.01 it sat for more than a week and yesterday they were snapped up @the open. Needed the $ for another buy. Good gains today.
Hi,
Looks like the lawsuit hit some kind of snag lot of shares sold today.
Hi,
Little action on SQUM today any more info on lawsuits?
Nothing I said was directed personally at you. My point is that hitech is up front and shorting a stock is a legitimate way to make money. I think Mark Cuban wrote an excellent piece on this. He is upfront, aggressive and more than a little obnoxious but you know where he stands. In the time I have been following stocks on Ihub I have seen some of the most underhanded deceptive practices on the part of some posters. They try to gain people's trust, friendship and confidence all the while running a scam. So despite all the noise I'll take a guy like hitech at least you have an idea what you are dealing with.
I have no emotions when it comes to SQUME. That money is lost. I'm not sure what hitech knows, but he knows something. Only time will tell how much that is. Since our great moderators have chosen to abandon everything altogether and not even update the I-box I'll listen to what he has to say. I've got nothing to loose it is already gone.
One thing for sure I-hub is a treacherous place it definitely isn't just a friendly village of investors exchanging information. Plenty of people on here have some kind of angle. I like to see who and what they are.
If you have any influence with the mods tell them to do the right thing and update the I-box.
Hi,
Where can I go to find out more information on these lawsuits? They have to be public record somewhere.
Thanks
Hi,
Have you heard anything more about the lawsuit? Looks like you are the only one who seems to have any kind of information. SQUME= SQUM PK.
Glad to hear it, good to enjoy the fruits of your labor. If the lawsuit is successful I might be able to buy some fuel for my Prius. Be sure to keep us posted
How was the weekend on the yacht? Today is Monday, any news on the class action suit or the shareholders suit?
What obligation do board moderators have to update Ibox? SEQUME has gone bankrupt and inventory is being liquidated. Repeated requests to moderators to update Ibox have been ignored.

Calm down and let this thing work its way out, for somebody who has made so much money there is a great deal of venom in these posts. Crestview to my understanding owns alot of shares maybe even the majority since they have Nick's plus others.
As far as what occurred if Crestview didn't know how would I have a clue. Despite what you say I believe this thing is winding to a close. Shareholders seldom win in the best of situations and this one is definitely far from good. The so called accumulation on squme is about $200 per day. I've learned enough now to know all kind of resurrectionist show up to the funerals for these penny stocks.
Loanstew, jack of stocks, this will be my last post. This thing is about done. I am making a public plea that the moderators update the ibox and include the recent press releases and filings. No matter what you think these things are basic facts. The so-called bankruptcy strategy failed. SQUM is no more. I will give the benefit of the doubt that those who promoted squm believed in the company. You are not responsible for people's investment decisions but you are responsible for the I-box so at least update it for some semblance of an accurate historic record of this experience.
Some of your information is confusing. According to the filing by Crestview they have been given all assests, patents, stock, and etc. Here is Edgar filing. I feel like you have been badly injured in this situation and for that I am sorry. I also lost a fair amount of money and perhaps you lost more than just money in any case you have given out the information you feel somehow obligated to post. Now it is time to let this thing do what it is going to do. I really hope things work out for you.

Thanks for the response. I am a shareholder of record and have received nothing about such an action so of course I was interested. Time will tell. GLTY
I know you are on the board. Why are you ignoring my questions about this HUGE shareholder lawsuit?
Please once again I ask you to post the information on the stockholder's suits.
I hope that is all it is and not some trouble with their licensing process.
My mistake. Crestview is the owner of the shell.
How did you find out about this suit? Where do I get information? I am sure crestviews intentions are not honorable towards bmrx, I just hope the shareholders don't lose everything.
I can't stand the suspense. What is instore for us shareholders of record? That is besides useless paper, since it looks like bmrx is taking possession of all assests including the shell.
Well you guys got the last laugh on this one. Hopefully you will make some money here.GLTY. I wish I had not been so stubborn holding onto the other one.
Crestview capital thought so. Now they are one with BMRX a happy ending for some.
Why the misdirected potshot at bmrx and no substantive discussion of the stock for which you serve as assistant moderator? This a genuine question.
Great call. I guess everyone did not see it on Saturday or more correctly when it became public information on Monday.
I would like to know how anyone could have seen the filing as of Saturday. I do not think that information had been processed and in the public record. It is too late to panic. It is what it is and time will tell about some of the speculation on this board. I hope the very best for all stake holder and wish everyone a Happy Easter.
Monday will tell us how many people factored a bankruptcy filing into their PPS.
I would never tell anyone what to do with their money, but I would proceed with caution here.

Amazing.
I also have experience with small businesses doing business with large corporations. I also have seen things go horribly wrong and so have these corporations. In recent years many of them have enacted strict safeguards to avoid the destruction of small businesses. These safeguards include proof of the financial viability to continue as an enterprise. This is very important to prevent a disruption of supply and functioning for the larger entity.
In this case B&D/kwikset had to take on all the financial responsibility to make this work and that is no small decision for a company to make. This is why I still believe there is much more to this. This is not the same as some small company putting their products into HD, Loewe's, W-M, etc. This is the type of teaming relationship that has proven extremely successful for both parties, because it puts evenly matched entities working together. I have worked on this from both angles. This one was done right. Unfortunately without the exact monetary terms of the agreement it is hard to see if squm made mistakes in terms of pricing, which is how many small businesses lose and go under. I have the patience to see what happens. I do not believe BDK will delete this from their product line, despite your stated opinion that this is not a good product. Most feedback on the product is good, you never get 100% satisfaction on any product.
That is the question. These defaults have been costly in that manner not to mention clear projections for growth going forward. There are some serious red flags. A Crestview Capital(I am not sure this is the same) has had a very bad record with shorting stocks in these PIPE deals. We need some answers. Perhaps we have them and I just refuse to see them. It's just that the type of relationships they have with a company like B&D, Loewe's, etc are not your usual penny deals. They have appeared at conferences, TV, etc. This is a real product with overall good consumer reviews. In the end someone will profit from these products the question is will it be the stock holders? I am just thinking out loud here while I am still holding.
I think I have finally learned the importance of taking profits when you can. I bought shares on the high side and never sold one. So my losses right now are substantial for me.
This board at one point was a great place to discuss squm and dd concerning squm. It is now more like the atmosphere in a large stadium where the fans of rival teams are battling it out. The result is the loss of what could be a valuable tool at a time when it is important to objectively discuss what is happening. I would very much like to see civil discussion returned to this board. The ckys issue to me is no longer relevant. It would do us all good to let it go and move onto a balanced discussion on squm. Balance is the key word here this is a company still developing and the growth most likely will continue on a modest scale once this very serious situation is resolved. We need to pool our resources and start trying to get some accurate information.
