FROM THE PRESS RELEASE...............
The acquisition of APR is expected to be immediately accretive to Relief’s earnings and should provide Relief with a reliable platform for future growth, including established commercial infrastructure that will facilitate future therapeutic product launches in key European markets.
I believe these two big shots running this clown show better get some approvals very soon or there will be shareholder lawsuits as another issue.
A stock can not take 5 percent down on a regular basis.

What keeps RLFTF from selling product in India if it saves lives ??? Any answers appreciated here
Plenty of Opportunities and Times to sell LIFE SAVING AVIPTADIL
INHALED AND/OR INTRAVENOUS
hope that is not squandered....
Answering every question of every shareholder every day, or
answering questions posed by legal teams.
Clearly there is NO QUESTION that Javitt and Ram need to work together and cooperate fully if they want to be successful.
If they can not, God forbid, it may be goose eggs vs golden eggs.
Sometimes its sad how a little success can destroy a good thing.
Seems if the issues are over 4 million bucks, its not unreasonable to want a full accurate accounting of costs and or if its about press releases and or who is doing what......that needs to be somehow shared with Relief and agreed upon. It is reasonable.
Same for revenues going forward, et al.
Secrets, hiding info, and conflicting motives will bring em down.
Self inflicted damage is legend in business and personal relations.
THE COURTS ARE NOT AN OPTION........
Its a good time to make some detailed amendments to any previous agreements.

And from the release.........
Relief intends to continue its efforts to resolve amicably the pending disputes with NeuroRx over the Collaboration Agreement. However, if such disputes are not resolved amicably, Relief intends to take all necessary actions to enforce its rights under the Collaboration Agreement. While there can be no assurance, Relief believes that it will prevail in any such actions to enforce its rights under the Collaboration Agreement.
So is JJ looking to resolve this ?? No statement so far ?
Sadly it Looks like splitting hairs....
Hopefully the egos/power/money does not inflict too much delay and or damage. Resolution in court is not an option.
AMICABLE RESOLUTION IS THE ONLY OPTION.

Why..? T $ , Why does the FDA approve dangerous drugs with horrible, dangerous, side effects including death ??
Great Aspect of RLFTF is safety. Proven very very safe.. NO ISSUES.
No one can say that about any of the so called injections.

Thanks LJ for the logical solid sound thoughts.
AGREED.
And Looking for a bright future with RLFTF and
and positive developments long into the future.
Covid and its mutations on the rise again.....

India reporting the problem is not getting better. Ditto Brazil
One good WSJ article for RELIEF T. and that would be golden !!!!
Patiently waiting for FDA to save lives with RLF100 ........
BUT IN THE MEAN TIME, IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS NO REASON THAT
jj AND COMPANY could not sell the product in
other parts of the globe like second and third world countries.
Exactly...... AND lots of room on the up side from here
from global usage demand / distribution and mfg.....
Somewhere in that may be the byouts/mergers/consolitations with
ACER, BRPA, NEURORX, etc ........AND a RS.........
then the big mutual funds will be able to jump in.....
IMHO, Millions that have been infected with COVID remain with issues like loss of smell, taste, lung damage, etc.
AVIPTADIL MAY BE THE SOLUTION TO RESTORE THOSE FUNCTIONS.
EXCITED thinking about all the other potential applications like...

LOCKDOWNS RESUMING IN THE EU
AND big places like BRAZIL are ripe for RLFTF.........
ALL IMHO.......
GLTAL
Checking other places today where the IF, WE, US, LET US, WHY
negative speculators and bashers turns up some interesting info
like the following from WOTAN.......
FROM : WOTAN ........on another board today..
My thoughts:
1. As of today, major investors have NOT SOLD! On the contrary, some of them even bought more. (Follow the Money)
2. Today it became known that a biotech company from the USA (at least I could read it from answers in the forum) bought shares for 10 million dollars. Whatever the conditions. If a small shareholder feels ripped off as a result, he / she should ask himself what the investors have to think that are listed under point 1? If that really would have been suspicious, they would IMMEDIATELY sell their investments.
3. The inhaler study is ongoing and is still sponsored by ISpy. Nobody can say anything else and everyone has to rely on the statement from RT and NeuroRx. What kind of people did these statements make? Raghuram Selvaraju, PhD + MBA a finance professional who has an excellent CV (see LinkedIn profile) and of course Jonathan C. Javitt, MD, MPH who is one of the 1% of the most cited scientists in the world! Can anyone here really imagine that these two would want to ruin your reputation? Especially with Javitt with his experience and knowledge (After all, he got several drugs and devices already been approved by the FDA) I can't imagine that one second. His son is supposed to be involved too.
4. Zyesami has left the impression, even among those of you who are not supporters of the two gentlemen or management in general, that this drug will find its place in medicine. I think you have to search a long time to find a drug that is so versatile.
5. Sometimes I have the impression that it doesn't matter what is communicated by Relief or NeuroRx, some people always try to find something to complain. The 28 day data almost exactly match the open label study and only the 60 day evaluation will confirm the result of the OL study or not. Everything else is fishing in the dark.
6. Apparently the tide has turned for the worse for some who have been around for a long time. I can't reassure you about that, let alone tell you whether that everything was so "okay" what happened to the stock price. But honestly, this is the stock market, small fish get eaten by big fish. Love it or leave it! Or does anyone here think that we are on the same level as the big guys? Does anyone here really believe that even for a moment Ram is interested in what a small shareholder would have liked to read as information in today's PR?
Just my 2 cents...
Relief has a lot of moving parts that might seem difficult to connect at the moment.
It seems to me, for certain, there is great potential for Relief to become a major new source of excellent treatment for countless respiratory or respiratory related conditions.
Additionally, despite the regular daily capital letter outcries of some self absorbed charlatans, there seems to be some rhyme and reason, to me, to a lot of what is being referred to on these boards.
Clearly, by design, most fund companies do not, or they are not allowed to purchase stocks of OTC companies, and or the stock of companies that is below a certain share price, esp below one or three dollars. Clearly that excludes Relief for a ton of interest by the big money and being bought by big funds.
So with an uplist to the NAZ and a reverse split, it could substantially increase the shareholder gains in the stock, esp longer term and with some approvals. Opportunities abound, IMHO.
Bollinger bands are getting pretty tight. Hopefully this portends some good news.
Technicals and MACD Line are looking good right now.

Dow is down over 500 and Naz is off over 400. Relief is down also.
All day long complaints in caps only sound like an endless
temper tantrum, but it seems the moderators do little to discourage the often hormonal negative rants.
A Disruptive New Medical Technology......and Aviptadil moving at the speed of light..........reminds one of some history with the medical community taking WELL OVER TEN years to fully use Antibiotics.

snippet
With the discovery of penicillin and the dawning of the antibiotic era, the body’s own defenses gained a powerful ally. In the 1920s, British scientist Alexander Fleming was working in his laboratory at St. Mary’s Hospital in London when almost by accident, he discovered a naturally growing substance that could attack certain bacteria. In one of his experiments in 1928, Fleming observed colonies of the common Staphylococcus aureus bacteria that had been worn down or killed by mold growing on the same plate or petri dish. He determined that the mold made a substance that could dissolve the bacteria. He called this substance penicillin, named after the Penicillium mold that made it. Fleming and others conducted a series of experiments over the next 2 decades using penicillin removed from mold cultures that showed its ability to destroy infectious bacteria.
Before long, other researchers in Europe and the United States started recreating Fleming’s experiments. They were able to make enough penicillin to begin testing it in animals and then humans. Starting in 1941, they found that even low levels of penicillin cured very serious infections and saved many lives. For his discoveries, Alexander Fleming won the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine.
Drug companies were very interested in this discovery and started making penicillin for commercial purposes. It was used widely for treating soldiers during World War II, curing battlefield wound infections and pneumonia. By the mid- to late 1940s, it became widely accessible for the general public.
Thanks, Great News !! The clear opportunities for other uses of aviptadil are off the chart....Cancer too, plus COPD, COVID, LUNG DISEASES, FLU, et al...
IMHO, Any one of these uses would be a run away blockbuster........

For those frustrated right now by the fundamentals,
the technicals are looking relatively good here....
Seems to me, that Relief has greater value than CYDY, and
CYDY is valued at considerably more than Relief.
