I'm surprised the status is still pink current. I have seen stocks that miss filings and it goes pink limited fairly quickly...within a couple of weeks. I hope they file soon, seems like they have a lot invested so far to see it go the expert market.

What is driving this stock price to even move?

Just over 8 mil share at .0005 ave pps. My initial purchase was Feb '21 during the last run. I punched it in a calculator and it comes out to 3200 loss if I can get them sold. My only regret is I never got to come to your mansion for the big party! It would have been great to meet all the cast of characters that make up this board. Cheers!

I'm hopefully done with this stock today if I can get my shares sold at .0001. This was the worst gamble that I have ever been involved with but I can say reading this board has been highly educational and entertaining to say the least. Even though I will have a $3500 loss I feel I will recover that quickly with some of my other plays. GLTA

Significant increase in expenses and only a slight increase in sales. Shouldn't have wasted all that money on the website and worthless marketing schemes. It did not pay off.

Ballas - Bankman are two peas in a pod. Only difference is Bankman has been caught.

If they are selling 60K to a distributer, then they are probably getting $30 a bottle (40% discount) which makes it $1.8 million in revenue. That is a good start. I'm still bullish on this company. They seem to have invested in some talent to make this company legit, not like most of the OTC which is a scam just to sell shares with nothing really solid behind it. JMO

UBQU is dying a slow death as Ballas continues to bleed (dilutues) the retailers. I personally will not give another dime to this crook! I have so many good stocks that I wish the funds that I spent on this gamble could have been invested in them instead. In the mean time, I will just hold my bag of Ballas sh$t and watch it dry up.

That is a great way to put it Joe! We the retail investors (milk cows) are getting "milked" for his well being. I feel like it is legalized stealing. I just hope that during one of James "king of dilution" Ballas's pump and dilution cycles the price will go up enough so I can empty my bag and run. Lots of CBD on Amazon. I'm not a fan of support Bezo's but I buy many things on Amazon because it is a trusted source.

I'm really bullish on this company and stock. Looking forward for their product to be commercially released.
