Management have total confidence we will make it through this process. That's obvious from anyone who sees their presentations, reads their SEC filings and press releases, or speaks to them on the phone!
They own hundreds of millions of shares!

Longs will not abandon this company as we face imminent approval!

The narrative that matters as it's the truth.

Nobody cares what you think.
The shorts are idiots!
Giants do not merge with ants.
Yes for no more than 10 million dollars. No way we would merge with them when our market cap will soon be exponentially higher than today which at 500 million happens to be far larger than any private valuation of Oconovir.
I agree exciting times are ahead!
Regulators do not pick which drugs an applicant should bolt onto their application. I think this is a highly unlikely scenario as well as any merger. We didn't merge with Flaskworks so why would we do that with Oconovir? Not happening.
Obviously the discussions of combination trials are with big pharma. You are aware that Merck are already doing such trials with DCVax at UCLA?
If the company currently has no funding for additional trials, while discussions are underway for such trials, then logic suggest the company will have a large cash infusion by big pharma in order to fund such trials. Along with revenue from 1200 patients a month at Sawston, for then approved DCVax-L on Glioblastoma, it seems that the future's quite bright for our company.
I can see BP putting down several billion dollars to fund combination trials on a few non-GBM indications as well as agreeing on revenue sharing for future sales.
As a reminder from the 10Q:
Very few C shares have been given out as nearly 9 million remain. That’s nearly quarter million in common shares. I agree with your assessment that large investors continue to fund the company, regardless what the price of common are today, because like us they are confident in DCVax approval outcome. Given the disclosure of discussions with Big Pharma, I expect their confidence has only increased.
We are all in the same situation with management who own hundreds of millions in shares. Some of them transferred shares they control into a GRAT which they wouldn't do this year if they didn't expect the share price to increase. At every turn management delivered positive results. More often than not it occurred at times we all did not predict but I am a long-term investor so will stay the course through this volatility.
I am down so feel your pain but remember we made it this far while the company has been even more derisked since NYAS which was the last large take down of this stock.
"Breakthrough" says Ivy League!
"Landmark" says patient advocates!
"It is amazing" says Astrazeneca!
MHRA Manufacturing Approval!
MHRA Pediatric Trial Approval!
Global Patent Protection!
Combination Trial Discussions!
Hold onto your shares as the gaslighting has never been so intense.
Shorts want to collapse the price so they can go long before approval.
Les said applications will be made at all four regulators.
The world needs more ditch diggers!
Merck are running trials with DCVax while the FDA helped design the Landmark Trial.
Your conclusions are lunacy.
I heard the opposite.
Teenage pregnancy has done immense damage to our society. I shudder to think what will become of your grandchildren when your own hellspawn still reside in the back of your double wide.
I will be on an island no doubt while you will be living in a van down by the river.
It's not a dream but a future outcome.
Partners will buy C shares from the company as that injects the firm with cash.
What are you going to do when a BP firm puts down 8 billion to fund several trials and establish minority stake in Northwest Biotherapeutics?
Broken record.
Did you read latest 10Q MD&A section? If not do it again.
Nobody cares about your opinion, dumbass.
When it rains gold grab a bucket not a thimble!
My 40 million dollar retirement plan requires the price to go up a lot higher hence why I encourage others to remain steadfast in their position. There are those who want the price to go down. Viking isn't among those group of criminals.
I agree Leif Erikson!
I cant control the price of the stock as I already have my 560K shares which I am not selling under any circumstances.
If people sell now then that's their own very bad decision.
I am envious of those with deeper pockets like ATL who are continuing to buy.
I am not selling nor are those who I suggested buy NWBO.
We are seeking the final manipulated shakeout before approval.
The possibilities are endless once we get the good news.
I dont think a dividend should be considered but modest buyback 50-200M shares sends a positive signal to all the investors who got the company across the finish line. Unlike a dividend stock buybacks increase the value of all shares by making them more rare. That's lasting value that compounds over time, as new investors find our company, well beyond a one-time dividend payment. I believe we will see quarterly dividends but that's probably 5 years down the road.
Very bullish video. He looks very confident in his presentation.
He seems to be fascinated with my bum?
Cheeky monkey!
The company released TLD at a scientific conference which didn't violate the journal embargo.
The company could not have stopped the attack on 5/10/2022. FINRA was not going to halt trading. They are seeking redress in court.
Your arguments have zero substance.
Why are you not attacking Adam Feuerstein who spread lies evening of 5/9/2022 which set the stage for manipulation at market open on 5/10/2022?
Consultants that do not deliver for their clients do not remain in business as consultants.
Every trial has an independent CRO which are not internal hires. If management were bad at setting terms for contractor, then holding them to those contractual milestones, then we wouldn't have an MIA!
The CRO are likely gathering post trial survival data for NICE QALY analysis whereas it's their responsibility to assure the Trial Master File remains ready for inspection.
If there was a problem with the CRO it would have been disclosed in the MD&A section where management gave the above updates.
The product has not been approved yet moreover if the trial had insurmountable flaws then the amended SAP would have been rejected, PIP would have been denied, MIA never would occur, and management would disclose the inability to move forward as not making that disclosure would be criminal fraud.
In fact they had success at every step of the way regardless if we as shareholders had a few stumbles along the winding road.
Please answer this question. Do you own shares in a fraudulent company?
I agree with you as well as that C share poster. Straight shooter with upper management written all over.
NYAS was shorting NWBO? Really?
How many negronis have you had this evening?
One can constantly focus on the negative which isn't a rational outlook for investing or life generally.
Since 2020 the company has had a monumental slew of achievements yet you gloss over those so casually as if you don't want the company to achieve approval.
We do not know why management released top line data in 2022 instead of 2020 though the stock was far more derisked by 5/10/2022 than 09/10/2020. I am sure those details will be known after approval. They were not material otherwise they would have been disclosed already.
