I’ve worked for multiple ac companies and have always been able to take my vans home. One had multiple offices and the you’re right the public address had almost nothing to do with us service guys as that was mostly dispatch. The non public address where us service guys would meet up didn’t see a lot of traffic except on meetings days. Otherwise it was from home to customer and grabbing supplies as needed.
So someone more in tune so does that mean by them saying all acquisitions are paid for does that remove the dilution concerns of having to use stocks that was being talked about last week?
I’m still here. Sitting and waiting. Picked up more last week.
To help warn others I would presume. The lawyer letter made it clear this is just a shell, and any real dd questions here go unanswered.
Did you read that letter on 3/17? Might want to read it. Pretty bad news to anyone who takes the time to read it.
A reverse merger huh? So a company that has no legit sales channel and no real assets is going to take itself public and then it’s going to become a real company?
Can you find any news reports about the planned Mexico thing? Only things I’ve been able to find are all the same copied press release. If this was legit you’d think there would be all kinds of green magazines and journalist writing about it.
Surely there’s got to be bots. I mean the lawyer literally said in his opinion this is a shell company, and that’s grounds for throwing money at them?
Interesting. Thanks for the tip. Yeah, wasn’t really sure what the difference was when I set it up as I had only set it up for this stock. I might look into switching it to have that ability. Once I decided to buy in and realized I couldn’t just load in funds I ended having to do a wire transfer, and it took my bank all day to get that done. It needed up costing me .27 a share so that’s good to know going forward.
Fidelity appears to be the same. Funds have to be settled on anything less than a dollar. Forgot about that then the other day when it was dipping tried to add in money real quick, and was reminded.
I posted a bunch of concerns the other day and no one has been able to really answer or respond to them. I saw a bunch of links posted earlier but I would like to see pr that are not just company statements that have been aggregated out.
Breakout based on what? All the dd I showed the other day says run away run away. Like I asked in that post what is any one basing a buy off of? Surely not a picture of a couple private labeled battery packs which I reference back to my post that they have no avenue to even sell them on.
I kind of have to agree with you. I've been watching this for a while as it's a cheap solar play, but I can't find anything that makes me believe it's legit. All the "news" is just press releases that were likely self submitted. Their big project in Mexico has no news. No media outlets or anyone talking about it aside from the press release. Financials are not current, and there's no financial info on their site. The last news update on the website is from 6 days after they acquired the website. You pull up the address and it's a shared building. Now nothing necessarily wrong with that, but a 3 year old image does not show them as a listed tenant when the website was registered a year before that. That also leads me to believe they don't actually have a crew. So I guess that are contracting everything out and playing middle man?
Secondly, the ceo came from a company called Auxilium Energy. That company as well is sketchy. They incorporated in Oct 2019 and then the ceo leaves in March. Their website has not been updated since 2020 and is nothing more than a landing page.
I think everyone can get my drift. If I'm missing something I'd love to see it as a legit penny stock I agree sounds good, but I just do not see anything that says this stock has a reason to do anything.
I will say that within our city Facebook pages there’s a lot of people asking about solar and how they are handling this. Without making assumptions I will say a battery backup system is needed for the solar to work when the power is off (at least here in Texas). This could really push solar sells with the additional battery systems which SIRC is in a prime position to capitalize on in their markets.
Talk about a garbage link. Our power issue here isn’t political. No one here is blaming the windmills, or solar. Everyone is blaming our power regulator for their complete and utter failure. They failed to spend the money to properly winterize the windmills, and they are being called out for it. Can’t say I blame them them for not doing so. Why spend billions on something that has never happened in my life time or my parents? Most everyone is completely happy with the green energy we produce. You take away almost 20% of any states power capabilities and they’d be in trouble. Any one blaming our situation on politics should be ashamed, and let’s keep this it off this board as it’s not helpful. Solar and windmills have their place and will contribute to do so.
How much do y’all think the market as a whole being done yesterday and barely up at the moment has here in terms of why it possible hasn’t moved up with the news?
Find it very hard to believe this company is legit at this point. All the news seems almost 2 years old, and they don’t even have a website.
“hybrid fuel systems and technologies”...”develops products and services for the medical marijuana and hemp sectors”
Those aren’t even remotely related. That said if they actually had anything you’d think there would need all over.
If there’s anything I’m not seeing I’d love to know, but seems the only thing being brought up is some crypto coin which is kind of pointless. So they own several million in some coin, that doesn’t make them a viable company much less investment.
I’m showing $2.76.
$2.00 Cheers!!
Wow, I put the phone down for ten minutes and we go up .10 breaking past the dollar! ??
