seems sho list for july stated 240 mill needed to be covered .. BUT SHO list in aug states everything has been covered ?????????????/

my friend is from a nyc station .. and is willing to review all this ..for us..
as his staff are not experts on this sort of matter . he needs something written up..with numbers, etc that can be verified also thoughts on ..why you think this happened? how does it affect the public trader etc .. little guy against big guy? do you think trading stocks is really fair for the avg. person? etc
He will then present it to his producer.. for a segment review..

you guys know I am not an expert on this ..so I can write it up ..
