Looks as if we have a member or two from the .0001 boards. Pumping this must be in the air. Hello Rev. I have some freebies from the days when it sold for .30 per share. Not many here if at all remember the 17 for 1 forward split. I owned the stock from Carver Corp. (CAVO) Anyone else around from those days? Would love to see .30 to .40 again.

It seems to me and IMHO you are stating that it seems to you and in your opinion you have attributed certain beneficial things are happening to enhance the pps and thereby enhance the co as a whole. Is this what you are saying? If so could you give us your opinion as to when we may expect to see an end to the demise of the pps!

Would you not agree there is potential for this company to belly-up so to speak given the downward trend? Also there is the possibility the sales of products will not be as favorable as is posted on this board.

I do not wish to argue----as a matter of fact I will not argue on a board such as this. I have read many of(not all) your posts and was trying to understand your opinion here.

And no bid---Care to give us your take on this as well as the missing pumpers. Ask is .0001. Maybe pumpers are gathering to give us a completely new version of the company mission-----Whole sale dilution---oh please do not even bother to deny all the dilution! Even the good rev seems to be missing! 9.4 billion shares traded within about 15 trading days---that is equal to the last known O/S.

There is something I do not understand. Perhaps you might explain it to me! Volume traded this month alone exceeds 8 billion share traded. Out of approx. 9.4 billion shares o/s that leaves only about 1.5 billion shares in reported o/s to be traded. Am I missing something or have my math skills gone into the hereafter? What say you?

50 billion a/s and 9.4 billion o/s plus TA gaged!! Bid remains .0001 no matter what takes place!! Yellow and red flags showing everywhere as dilution seems rampant yet pumpers and promoaters will not admitt to anything as if such were to be admitted they would have to move on to another stock. This is my observation from the sidelines.....To think I was once tempted to buy into this bed of roses as the promoaters and pumpers would have us believe. In reality is appears to be odorous in the most obnoctious way. My opinion of course.

Thanks for posting some factual and honest information as to A/S and O/S of ARIO. It is very difficult and almost impossible to get a straight forward idea about this stock other than a "silver tongued" version. The positive outlook here seems to be based on some mighty non-conventionial values other than what newbies are used to dealing with. One would wonder what agenda is being followed.

I also applaud the efforts Janice Shell is contributing to this board. That being said, I do wish all a prosperious attempt to make some money here with ARIO.

However, if it were in the 504D arena alone the failures were taking place I am sure much would be different.Even the Christmas album was late in production and therefore not in distribution as was promised. I am saying that for whatever reason can be summoned the company has not performed as was promised. Even the New York project has mostly been farmed out.
Please review all the prs for the past year and then evaluate the company and the performance rendered. I think you will find a path of -----you decide!

No disrespect is meant and all is in my humble opinion!

IMHO

I normally do not post much but just read the mail. I entered this stock Feb. 6, 2007. That is one year ago. My first purchase was .15 per share.

I do not see any upward motion yet, only excuses made in behalf of the company and those responsible for the failure to deliver on the promises made. No amount of hype is going to send this stock pps any higher, only dedicated commitment by those officials of the company will in any way have an impact on this issue.

Now having said all this, I realize the importance of positive attitudes. But lets not substitute reality. The reality is--this company is now and has been failing to perform.

I need no response to my post, but if one feels that a counter post is necessary in order to try to justify the company position. feel free.

I have not sold one share of my stock and plan to hold it.

Good post. In my humble opinion most folks on this board agree with you. It is simply amazing one individual could redefine the statements made by so many of the official representitives of the various corporate entities envolved.

To date, I have found little or no valid truth backed by any credible source at all by this individual. This, of course, is all in my humble opinion an should not be considered an attack on anyone!!

Well said "53chevy", as I believe most shareholders are tired of being brushed aside and tantilezed with promises of future events that appear to always end up with issues pinned to them. Tme to produce results of a positive forward motion to show life exists within NSHV.

It is hard to get excited about requesting a recording be played when the company has seen fit to treat the shareholders in a less than appropriate manner in my humble opinion.

Sometime in November 2007, there are some 5million restricted shares NPYC shares that become unrestricted and become part of the float. Do you think NSHV will also wait until this has come to pass before telling us anything? Also, what impact do you perceive as this happens?

I do not know what to expect next, but I continue to hope for the best.
