Did this thing get halted? I'm showing no trades since this morning
Eye cracks me up! Still buying cheapies!
You bought a ton of "cheapies in the 40s, then in the 30s, then more in the 20s... at some point it might dawn on you that you're a sucker.
"i don't always buy the dips, but when i do, it keeps dipping" LMAO
Fool's gold slinger?
This thing is going to catch institutional eyes very soon, then it'll easily recover the $15m from Mexico (probably hit their bank account midweek), then they will probably recover $2-3b in treasure in Q4. I've been paying attention to this thread long enough to know this thing is gonna be yuuuuuge.
Watch and learn;)
Down 80% from its high from the "news"
Going to zero. Period.
How many of you wish you'd listen to me and the other sane voices here?
Groupthink amongst dreamers=nice writeoffs
I absolutely spoke with him, Emily. Direct message me your number and I'll call you with details. He seemed to have no idea how urgent the filings were and no plans to keep it on the current exchange.
I spoke to Bobby last week. He does not instill confidence. At best, he sounds confused about all of it. But maybe he knows exactly what he's doing by letting the stock go to .00001 where he can gain more control and then retain more of any recovered monies.
But they'll still never collect imo.
I hope you dreamers were smart enough to sell when this was near .01
Cause it's headed straight to .00 soon. Sorry captain, told ya so.
Emily seems nice enough (and I'm pretty sure she's a female captain) but she doesn't realize the principles of this company are like so many "treasure hunters" out there. Huge dreams, horrible real-life business skills.
Put a fork in this one kids.
Believe what you want Nate, or wait nervously for the end of the month holding out hope that they file. He told me they weren't going to. To me, Bobby doesn't sound like a solid businessman.
If they get dropped from the OTC...I think you know which dorection the stock goes.
I spoke with Bobby yesterday. He said they are not filing anything this month. It sounds like they are going to let it go to the graveyard and try to restructure later. He kept saying he has the shareholder's best interest in mind, but I don't see how. I sold everything today.
Which part is incorrect? How soon do you think they will have the money? Enlightment me, wise one.
You think UNDR will collect the judgment money this month? LMAO. It will take years, if ever. Most of the people on this thread need a major reality check. And a better understanding of international law. But whatever clowns.
You were right Emily! Wish I owned more than 700k shares. Shoulda listened to you. If dorks like captain hadn't sounded ultra-stoned pumpers, I would have loaded up more. But I'll take a small win. Congrats to all you big winners!
Up $12,000 from shorts today. Thanks dummies.
Hi captain. You know I'm right.
Oh I am here captain. Watching the futility. Penny or more guranteed in February... wait no, March,... oh crap, let's say April... Wait, I'm serious this time, It's may. We will all be rich in May! You are such a goofball captain. "The market makers are toast here" LMAO If you knew anything about MM's, you'd stop talking about how exposed they are. Cause they're not.
This forum is a bunch of asclowns trying to strike it rich, no actual understanding of corporate law or international judgments. But keep buying captain! Chase it all the way to bust;)
One thing I have never read on this thread- what was Madero getting in return for the $10m? Was it a convertible note? An equity position? Was it a loan? ANd if the judge rule in UNDR's favor, does Madero get what it was supposed to get per the terms of the original deal?
Calvin, where did you watch it live? Did they schedule a time for Friday yet?
As I keep telling you geniuses, this will never, ever get collected.
You're all goofballs looking for easy money.
Ever wonder why bigger investors aren't pushint this up? Cause it's garbage.
Keep dreaming dreamers.
It's going to the .001s fast. Better load up while it's still in the .002s capn!!
Love how you goofballs keep bragging about buying the cheapies.
Here's a little 101 for ya.
There will be no news until mid april.
First week of April this turd will be in the .0015 range.
But keep buying in the .003s capn!
Just so I can learn from you capn, does it makes sense to buy a bunch of cheapies at .005, then more when it goes to .004, then more at .003 all the way down to zero? And then you own 25 million shares of a zero market cap company?
But at least they were cheapies?
Ohhhhhh, now it makes sense. You're one of the least intelligent "investors" I've seen. LMAO.
Keep buying cheapies all the way to zero. You're a genius! Tic toc right?
I notice there aren't many cheerleaders bragging about how they just bought a truckload of shares from some fool at .0048 anymore.
Any second now the judge will sign off?
lmao
Capn sure has been quiet lately. Think he finally realizes everything I have been saying is right?
Keep dreaming dreamers. This thing is toast.
What none of these dreamers realize is that even if (and that's a big if) the judge signs off on this judgment, UNDR will have an extremely difficult time collecting one penny. The debtor is a successful int'l corp in Venezuela and didn't even respond to the multimillion dollar lawsuit, so they clearly feel no threat and have a way around it. Venezuelan law will apply for the enforcement of the judgment. Good luck UNDRs, you will hope and pray and cheerlead this thing all the way to zero.
But it is kinda entertaining to listen to these self-assured goofballs whip themselves into a frenzy thinking this is the homerun of the year. Groupthink is real.
So the CEO (and largest shareholder) is reporting to be very bullish and confident? And his "confidence" creates more buyers than sellers and makes him more money? This is a shocking revelation.
So Capn, you own over 1/3 of all outstanding shares?
You've said some pretty outrageous things on this thread, all with little to no factual backing, but this one takes the cake! LMAO!
I do find it funny that cap has no idea who he's talking to (and clearly no idea what he's talking about). Perhaps I'll send you a PFS pal, then I guarantee I won't hear another word from you. Little guys are the best;)
I'm just looking for more info. Is the judgment against someone who will pay up? If it's a cetainty, then yes the stock is undervalued. If it will never be collected, the stock is worthless.
This is from a guy with a $2m judgment against a former partner. I'd sell it for $25,000 to anyone. So, convince me this UNDR judgment has value beyond the judge's stamp, and I'm a buyer.
Question about this big judgment. Do we know it's 100% collectible? A judgment is toilet paper if you can't collect from the debtor.
