Anyone see that segment around 2pm on CNBC? Talked about Google going to be making 1 acquisition per month and they were all in the mobile applications sector. They are looking for applications similar to what Qnective (QNTV) offers; could see a major move in this stock shortly as interest picks up in this niche now.

Qnective, Inc. (QNTV.OB) – Enabling VoIP for Mobile Communications
Gartner, Inc., a $1.6 billion dollar company traded on the New York Stock Exchange is the leading information technology research and advisory company in the world today. Just several months ago, Gartner concluded that end to end mobile IP may account for half of all wireless phone calls made in the world within 10 years. In fact, Gartner researchers see VoIP as “a huge and direct challenge to the $692.6 billion global mobile voice market. Another leading research firm, Disruptive Analysis, predicted that VoIP for 3G users would exceed 250 million by the end of 2012.
One of the hottest new technological challenges is to implement VoIP on a cell phone. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a general term for a family of transmission technologies for delivery of voice communications over IP networks such as the Internet or other packet-switched networks. While the emergence of VoIP, or voice-over-Internet protocol, technology has already helped push down the cost of making a phone call, now it’s starting to have a deflationary impact on the world of mobile communications.
VoIP works by establishing a high speed broadband connection through a router and a VoIP gateway. When a phone call is made, the router sends the phone call through the Internet. The VoIP gateway then transmits the signal into a digital format. Once the signal reaches the recipient, it is then converted into an audio format that can be understood by the recipient. However, just like a computer or a website, your device needs software to make the process user friendly and to convert the data into a discernible audio format.
Qnective, Inc. is a software producer which is focused on designing, developing and marketing innovation software for VoIP applications within the mobile communications industry. At this moment, hardly any high-quality VoiP applications are available for mobile telecommunications. The company was incorporated in 2005 in the United States but most of the company’s current operations are in Europe. One of the most impressive characteristics of Qnective is the company’s Advisory Panel, consisting of various internationally renowned telecommunications specialists such as Jose Collazo, Paul Barry and Joseph Nançoz. With over 30 employees, the company has completed a product line which is being deployed in the market place. Qnective believes that it currently provides the highest quality suite of software solutions for VoIP communication for mobile phone users in the market place today. The goal is to provide mobile phone users a platform with unlimited time allotments for a small fixed fee.
The current product offering is comprehensive.
Qmessenger - Qmessenger is a software solution, which facilitates instant messaging on mobile end devices and Windows PCs. Qmessenger offers the opportunity of reducing costs, since the content is sent compressed using the data channel.
Qtalk - Qtalk is a “best of class” software solution enabling VoIP communications on mobile phones and Windows PCs. Qtalk is applicable in a multitude of networks (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, Wi-Fi) and while distinguishing itself with its user friendly handling.
Qtalk business, Qtalk secure and Qtalk secureServer provide software solutions through different levels of security and encryption depending on the end users’ security needs.
Qnective, Inc. is an astute company which is well positioned to take advantage of the massive opportunity developing for VoIP applications for mobile communications. With only 65 million shares outstanding, Qnective trades at a valuation of about $10 million. Nestled deep in Qnective’s public documents is one corporate goal – to capture 4% of the GSM marketplace within 5 years. GSM is used by over 3 billion people in the world. Do you see how huge QNTV is going to be!
