They have checked all the boxes so there is no reason why they would be denied.
You're going to see a lot of people come on this board and others and try to scare people about this and it's likely that they are being paid to do so
The company is extremely confident...
Fears come & fears go... Look at it this way:
They would have to have fooled a lot of professionals, including an independent audit and risk prison time for a lot of people.
THAT did not happen...this one is legit, and watching a stock every day will only make you crazy. Manipulation plain and simple...The TA is aware of the uplisting coming, and so are the MM's...they gotta bulk up because the float is small, and will get smaller once we uplist
In about 10 days we uplist...then your fears go away.
MM13, looks like you called it...thx! I was able to pick up some cheaper buys! I read the same with 3 and 5 day...so I waited. Hard to tell with Pinkies.
Lesson, watch for others who talk like they know how to read charts or claim to be pro's...stick to reality.
Thanks for the heads up!
Mister, If you are referring to uplisting to the OTC the requirements are a little less stringent, but they needed to remove the convertible debt.
As for up listing to the NASDAQ they have to maintain a close price of $2 for 90 days in order to be considered for the filing.
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/nasdaq-listing-requirements/
Mister: The company has specifically stated that and if you go to their Facebook page it shows that they are working on getting the QB up listing 1st.
QB Brings credibility and with that comes more investors and more platforms.
Actually, the Uplisting is a minimum of $2 close price for a period of 90 days. The QB brings credibility to the stock from the Pinks, and the company is performing very well so October is my timing for Nasdaq.
Stockrisk, I reached out to management and they said they have absolutely no plan of any reverse split. They said that this is a troll group that is spreading that type of information.
Based on the health of this company I intend to buy more when I can...
Trainwreck, I see them up listing by end of May to the QB and probably around end of October for NASDAQ.
As far as Q1 I think we have about 2 to 3 weeks before we're going to see the financials, but I expect that they will exceed forecast.
Short Volume is at 56%...there is confidence in further retracing.
Time will remedy this...
Best to all...Pick up cheap shares if you have some extra cash laying around.

LETTER FROM A SHAREHOLDER
March 24th, 2021
Dear IQST Shareholders,
As a trader with access to detailed trading technical information, I thought it necessary to share some insights into trading patterns for IQST from the last couple of days. You can discover most of this information using stock charts Level 2. I will allow you to draw your own conclusions on what this means for you as a shareholder in iQSTEL (IQST):
It appears that Citadel is shorting IQST stock hard. Patterns suggest they began shoring hard at PPS 1.50 and kept pushing till the stock was below PPS $1.
Although not confirmed, it is suspect that market makers like Citadel were instrumental in causing the trading issues on 212 Trading.
There was $5,000,000 in selling, with most of the pressure seemingly from Citadel.
They “stepped in front of the stock.” If I am correct, Citadel kept lowering the Offer to short the stock to keep it under $1.
Hedges or Market Makers do this to break a stock, and then they buy it where they know it is priced to make money.
This Citadel type of maneuver is a very old “Bear Short-Play” used over and over again. Most recently, Gamestop was an example on a much larger scale.
Market Makers and Hedge Funds like Citadel are looking for shareholders to “panic sell” and are the ones gladly buying up the shares that were sold.
A Beart Short-Play is a typical strategy when Hedge Funds or Market Maker analysts identify the fundamentals of a company look sound; however, they can capitalize on a potentially nervous market. They crush the stock, buy it, and hold for significant returns over a more extended period. In other words, they seemingly have confidence in the long game on companies like iQSTEL and are hoping for inexperienced investors will panic and sell to them.
There are strategies for fighting back against shorting stocks, as recently seen with Gamestop and AMC. It requires Diamond Hands and strong teamwork. However, this strategy will not work for every company, and this is no recommendation.
Did you play by the rules of long-term holding, or did you possibly fall victim to the Citadels’ of this world?
I will end this letter by reminding you of the key strategies for one of the world’s top investors, Warren Buffet:
Warren Buffett is one of the modern era's most well-known and successful investors, weathering even the most severe bear markets.
Buffet's philosophy has been to identify fundamental value in a company's long-run competitive advantage, along with several more specific criteria.
As a result, a bear market can be seen as an opportunity to acquire valuable companies' stock when their stock is down.
I hope you have a better education of what is occurring in the market and perhaps can better understand how to deal with these types of Bear Tactics on the stocks you hold.
Yours truly,
Fellow iQSTEL Long
PS Here is a cartoon that I found that makes the point.

Gigantor... I believe that this stock would be better off taking baby steps and solidifying itself out of the Pink area over to OTCQB, then let the price continue gaining momentum and then Uplist
I am good either way with this company because it does have a solid foundation.
Don't get caught short trying to wait this one out.
Chas1: Short-term: That’s when you sell a stock after owning it for one year or less.
Long-term: That’s if you sell a stock after holding it for more than one year.
Both are references to capital gains
Gigantor, DD has shown you and those who look the value of this stock...
When a stock with this much potential moves 20% down and more on such low volume the only answer is manipulation.
This is not a lack of interest, this is chat boards being populated by people who are being paid to have you 2nd guess your position.
If you have ever read up and watched Tim Sykes this is exactly their MO.
The short positions have fallen from 54% of volume to 34% of volume...the shorts are going to have to clear out by Mar 19th.
Come Monday, we'll see who was right, a d who was wrong.

AMBASSADOR Q & A, PT 1:
Hello Ambassadors, This is Leandro and it is my pleasure to take questions from our group:
Q. Has there been any interest from institutional investors?
As the recent news has suggested, we are in talks right now with a couple of large Investment banking firms negotiating terms and plans for uplifting the company to NASDAQ and getting the funding to take the company to the next level of our growth plans.
Q. How did the deal with Vonage come about? Was it a contract that was tendered for or were iQSTEL approached by Vonage because of their footing in Centra/South America? Also, is there any further opportunity for the deal to be expanded past what is planned later in the year?
A. We offered Vonage our services, and since 1st day of communications, they showed interest in using our services in Latin America. In this first stage, we are doing SMS business. However, we plan to extend to VoIP around Q3.
Q. When can we expect more info on the LOI between smarttank and the F500 company?
A. Yes, we plan to update everyone soon about this project.
Q. Would like more clarity on the uplisting plans. Will it be this year? Or what the time frame is and how long is the process from the application. I hear it's about 2 months.
A. As you can see in the blue button on the website home (“Up-listing”), we already started this process. We will do as fast as possible while preserving the best value for our shareholders and the company.
Q. What is the name of the exchange you plan on uplisting to?
A. NASDAQ
Q. Would love a launch date and projected rev of global money one?
A. The revenue projection is in our Fintech business plan, and it is public information available in the 8-K https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14514336&guid=obfaU6FKju9iY3h. As shown in the recent press release, we expect to launch by the end of June, and the projected revenue can be an additional $128M.
Ambassadors, I will complete the rest of the questions early next week. We have been working very hard here on growth and executing the plan accordingly. I genuinely appreciate every one of our shareholders and send a major thanks to our Ambassadors!

Gigantor, I have to disagree - the language usex in the PR is good, and while I would like to have seen a bit more specifics, this is a great sign.
"Management is confident iQSTEL is structurally and operationally prepared for a NASDAQ listing and ready to establish an investment banking partnership that can leverage its experience and relationships to execute an iQSTEL uplisting."
That is Big
Best to you!
Here's a simple test for you to determine if you're an impatient investor:
1) do you put something in the microwave for 60 seconds and find yourself stopping it at 58 seconds?
2) do you put bread in the toaster and pop it out yourself instead of waiting for it to pop?
If you said yes, you may be better at daytrading than long term investing and probably should move on, because if you want real gains on this stock, it will take time...and some on this board sound like the are Yes to both of these questions
Best to all
I am a realist. But to those who say that it's impossible for a stock to make millionaires out of people within one year I say read the following:
https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/03/06/5-stocks-turned-100000-into-3-million-in-1-year/?source=eptyholnk0000202&utm_source=yahoo-host&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=article
Adamski, that is what a sexy chart looks like. A huge sharp spike with any penny stock is usually a death spike, so smooth and steady is what you want with a quality stock.
IQST has had a few bigger jumps, but has a sustained momentum.
IMO, next week should take us up futher. Financials that show bigger than forecasted guidance will bring $2+ quickly.
Best to you!
Once we have the initial $2 close/sustain, then the company can file to uplist to NASDAQ and that can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks and potentially be shorter providing all questions and concerns are answered by the company.
Hypothetically, we could be on Nasdaq about the time the 10K hits.

We need the 10K, on time, and the numbers will tell the story. 2021 is this company's breakout year.
Revenue is the total amount of income generated by the sale of goods or services related to the company's primary operations. ... Profit is the amount of income that remains after accounting for all expenses, debts, additional income streams, and operating costs
Yes I am...and will likely pick up some more this week on dips.
I approach all I do with a sense opf karma. If I pump or bash a stock for my own gain, I am going to have issues down the road.
I am all about transparency when it comes to stocks...people have lost their shirts on pennies, largely due to being amateurs, but for me that is no reason to take advantage.
My best to each of you and hope this hits for all!
200 Mil is huge...keep in mind CAGR (Cost After Goods Retailed)
Knowing the entire cost of the mfg process (cost to produce) will determine profit, which in turn relates (or can relate) to dividends.
That is more important than how much the 3 years of sales brings.
Think about it this way, if you sell widgets for $10/each, but it costs you $9.99 to produce, there is not a lot of profit to be had, at least until tax time when you write off capital expenditures, labor, etc.
Just making sure the info is clear to all.
Best to all on this one!

"NOTE 3 - GOING CONCERN
The Company’s financial statements are prepared using accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America applicable to a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and liquidation of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company does not have significant cash, nor does it have an established source of revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs and to allow it to continue as a going concern. In addition, the Company incurred a net loss of $3,501,963 for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and has negative working capital as of September 30, 2020. These factors, among others, raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern for a period of one year from the issuance of these financial statements. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
I am in this company, and was getting ready to go more, but will hold off and stay as is...the ongoing concern of the company, as well as debt is troubling...they are signaling the company could be bust by 3rd Q 2021.
Thoughts people?
MACD showing a strong reversal. Monday will likely be the first strong pullback.
This was a fantastic week, and will go higher in time. Next week, buy the drops and co0ntinue to build the base.
Best to all!
Bpink, it has to close and sustain at $2, then they can file to uplist.
It will happen, but probably not this year...that is unless they pop with stellar earnings.
Pullbacks typically occur under a few instances:
1) trading sideways when volumes slow, which occurred at the end of today
2) large rise without news
Now, I am long on this, and will weather the retraction, but I have to acknowledge that both of these have occurred.
That said, this wasn't a P&D so that is good...and this company will pop in the long term just on fundamentals, but i expect to see us retrace back to low .50s to high .40s
Best to all on this baby!
Al, make sure you have stop limits set ad this climbs...
A pullback is setting up...protect yourself and buy back in on the dips
Xylan, just for you
From that article on ABC...
"Even with the increase, the company’s market cap stands at roughly $24 million. That valuation clearly shows some investors are slow to understand just how powerful this emerging cloud-based services company can become. However, an update from the CEO and an article published to Yahoo! Finance on Thursday is boosting this under-the-radar company’s exposure. It indeed offered some education about IQST."
