AMBASSADOR Q & A, PT 1:
Hello Ambassadors, This is Leandro and it is my pleasure to take questions from our group:

Q. Has there been any interest from institutional investors?
As the recent news has suggested, we are in talks right now with a couple of large Investment banking firms negotiating terms and plans for uplifting the company to NASDAQ and getting the funding to take the company to the next level of our growth plans.

Q. How did the deal with Vonage come about? Was it a contract that was tendered for or were iQSTEL approached by Vonage because of their footing in Centra/South America? Also, is there any further opportunity for the deal to be expanded past what is planned later in the year?
A. We offered Vonage our services, and since 1st day of communications, they showed interest in using our services in Latin America. In this first stage, we are doing SMS business. However, we plan to extend to VoIP around Q3.

Q. When can we expect more info on the LOI between smarttank and the F500 company?
A. Yes, we plan to update everyone soon about this project.

Q. Would like more clarity on the uplisting plans. Will it be this year? Or what the time frame is and how long is the process from the application. I hear it's about 2 months.
A. As you can see in the blue button on the website home (“Up-listing”), we already started this process. We will do as fast as possible while preserving the best value for our shareholders and the company.

Q. What is the name of the exchange you plan on uplisting to?
A. NASDAQ

Q. Would love a launch date and projected rev of global money one?
A. The revenue projection is in our Fintech business plan, and it is public information available in the 8-K https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14514336&guid=obfaU6FKju9iY3h. As shown in the recent press release, we expect to launch by the end of June, and the projected revenue can be an additional $128M.
