Koch and energysource aren't on my radar enough to occupy any of my time. Energy Source especially because they've been funneling money since 2016/2017 with no noteworthy success. Same with CTR. BHE saw the writing on the wall. Compass brought Koch on for a hybrid dle and Koch isn't even a technology provider, they're a bankroll and facilitator.
Plenty of brines in Utah, saltwerks is a good spot. I'm not all in on galvanic just yet, Mr. Wilson seems to have developed for a sale so time will tell what comes of it.
The doc did say he tested Salton sea. Exciting times waiting for the tangible news.
I'm excited to watch Koch jockey for position. Not quite sure they're positioned in the realm of technology due to SLI and I can see a scenario where Koch + ibat become partners.
I don't think companies can afford Dr. Burba. Would a lump sum make sense or would lifetime royalties make sense for a retirement.
I think you're reaching pretty deep. If Galvanic signed an NDA with IBAT how would they be able to release;
https://galvanicenergy.com/news/galvanic-ibat-testing-proves-smackover-brine-is-dle-compatible
If anything, the NDA(s) are signed with the other companies they evaluated. KOCH imo is starting to stray away from the Standard Project due to the inability for their technology to scale.
I'm not concerned with the tech, and now fundamentally to me the company has derisked significantly by bringing Mr. Flowers to the helm to free up Dr. Burba to QC science and technology. It's definitely reassuring the list of flopping technologies is growing quicker than emerging technologies. Position A.
I don't think galvanic wouldn't be touting ibat if they had more dle companies testing their brine. I think they evaluated many on paper and ibat obviously lol. Galvanic announced progress by EOY, soon as IBAT lands on smackover the clock ticks to becoming the #1 US producer within the year.
Time is our friend until its not!
Definitely not a buyout imo who and for what purpose no idea. Who's the car company? Crash rating? Why would they get bought? Tactical van single purpose waste of money and judging by what military does versus what I think they'll do I'd mortgage my house and invest on they'll do the opposite of what I think makes sense. I'm not touching this one. Solely based on how hilarious the vehicles look.
From my understanding an existing permit for exploration can be applied to be upgraded (0 idea time it takes for approval / denial) but oilfield brines are something different in my opinion because they've been operating for over 60 years
I crashed, it's a side project and definitely a reach. I wouldn't look too deep!
You're better with permits than I am. Can you help the group out with a fact check Utah exploration permit no. UEP-2020-27
Nothing quiet about what's coming, even in a flopping market. New bottom until next new bottom, company will determine if it's above or below current pricing. Glad to see ibat staying firm with not needing to advertise, gives me confidence that no cash is needed that hasn't been addressed and they're actively engaged in negotiations. Even with the one publicized conference burba sat in recently it was only a loud bang among the small group of us holding. Cheers
No, it's the second account someone made to impersonate me. People get emotional about their investments and can't accept that other people can have other opinions.
120 X 3 at 90%
Ibat is still widely unknown to the public, they unlike the other juniors don't pay for advertising and aren't marketing. Cheers and good luck
Welcome new ceo and 3 more units.
Means all we know from the company is they're in negotiations or having conversations with novonix, galvanic and Renault so far. One can only assume the rest of the little bird chirps but time will tell.
Uplisting seems to be getting closer and closer, clearly it will be a merge of some sort but with whom I wonder.
You know the website has been updated for quite sometime now? You'd think after all these years of how quiet ibat was you'd know exactly what's happening. Definitely wish you luck with all the rocks, I have a couple on the side. Will be a nice turn of events when market goes bullish again.
Good luck dude! I love the new website. Looking forward to hearing the results of the negotiations. Maybe e3 is more up your alley
I never cared to look. I'll start checking when burba fires the marketing team.

I think uplisting would be some sort of merger best case.
Galvanic highlighted they'll be selecting dle by eoy and aim for q1 production not sure who else they're evaluating.
Burba bombed the slr validation pr I hope he fires his marketing team. He also bombed the quote "many exciting announcements shortly" his shortly must have different definitions. They brought BMO on board, have been continuing to market behind closed doors (one of which Mr. Layton opened for us, ty for that).
Will be a fun experience when the market realizes all these experimental dle companies pumping IX don't work (eyes on lilac) and they get shown that green and yellow masterpiece.
Cheers, how's Aaron doing?
When you're the king of lithium and broke, you'd make Bolivia sound like a win too.
Have an amazing Thanksgiving Weekend folks!
I believe negotiations means negotiations. If burba was successful in 1983, and again at fmc livent and again at simbol and now again, he will be jockeying for the best option he sees fit for the company.
Was nice to read he was successful with all of the brine he tested, nobody else can say that. Tune out the noise enjoy the amazing weather.
Look who popped out of the shadows

Hard rock is a solid exit, brines is how I retire. You let too many distractions cloud ibat friend. Sip some and relax old friend.
Lawsuits are a smoke screen. To me it's an easy choice on who is building organically versus who is shining spot lights on intangibles. Not all brines are equal, until burba touches them.
Heard core is having quite the time crushing up some rocks. Sigma and Lithium America's are having an amazing time alongside Albermarle as well. Increasing brine production on evaps really doing some work in the space.
Not sure why you'd stray away from brine outside you just wanting to retire (should have in april) but the history lesson isn't required with brines. I hope you're not drinking the Albemarle juice when it comes to brines.
Ibat may be too volatile for where you're at in life.
Go get some long technology free walks and enjoy the weather!
I think they'll be sharing some amazing news long before Jan 2023. M/A is amazing news and galvanic is 1 of 2 oilfields ibat tested. There are still 2 other companies potentially being courted. It's been a hold and buy dips for 4 years I think I have a few more in me.
I thought DLE had to be specifically tailored for each specific brine...Thanks ALB going to continue to not listen to a word you push because ALb has no DLE yet are expert? Two, water consumption huh, quick and easy way to stray away lazy investors that don't read past the headline. This is great news for team ibat and dle. Can't wait to be on site
You're reading it correctly, Koch owned and operated. Looks like sli is finally making some headway!
Yah, the same VC group is bringing them to market as who brought IBAT when.
It's definitely easy for bigs to sit back and watch startups implode. We all knew it's how it would happen. I'd like to see Dr. B go with galvanic and start to put them out of business but I think we all know where he's headed.
Just after they stated dle must be developed for a specific brine. Who are they consulting?

This one is hard to not think hmmmm.
BMO scenarios are exciting, I loved that response to NMR well done Doc, keep that other ace up your sleeve for the rainy day. Big Chief getting all the leadership motivated, the teamwork is phenomenal.
