Maybe I'm reading too far into "IBAT will immediately begin mobilizing the MDLE plant to the customer’s site where it will be integrated into existing production facilities."
And
"The Customer is a significant producer of metals and minerals including the production of battery grade lithium carbonate."
There are only 2 carbonate producer in the United States. Both are Western United States- Albermarle at Silver Peak & US Magnesium LLC in Utah.
My take is since US Mag is a private company they want to keep it that way. I imagine there is nothing definitive until acceptance testing meets agreed criteria. EOM April is my guesstimate on production update.
Unit is on-site.
There are only 2 carbonate producers in the Western United States. Us Magnesium LLC. and Albermarle. Albermarle is not using DLE to expand Silver Peak so.
I'm not sure if I am the only one to read IBAT release that the customer us an existing carbonate producer in the Western United States. Permits in place, unit in site. Factory acceptance testing starting / has commenced and initial production expected by EOM April.

Absolutely nothing. Anson is paying sunresin a lot of $ to pilot their not so kenetic column. Utah has some valuation issues that doesn't make investing in lithium attractive.
I have read you are adding pumps and evaporation ponds to keep up with demand. What exactly do your plans include. How much of a financial investment are you putting into these additions?
-The expansion project includes new wells and evaporation ponds to increase lithium recoverability, sustainability, and consistency. We estimate a capital expenditure of $30-50 million to complete the expansion.

PERMIT UGW450012
https://documents.deq.utah.gov/water-quality/facilities/us-magnesium/DWQ-2022-016854.pdf
Permit No. UGW450012 is being issued to insure that existing facilities at US Magnesium
are operated and monitored to minimize the discharge of contaminants from the operation.
This permit modification also contains a Compliance Schedule which lists site
investigations that will be completed at future dates, and also scheduled dates for submittal
of a proposed Phase-based design for a Retrofitted Waste Pond that will incorporate a
stable earthen barrier and a low-permeability subsurface barrier wall to minimize discharge
of wastewater.
There is no debate. Good luck
Gross. Exxon knows ibat works that's why they bought galvanic. Take a geratol and relax. Or sell. Either way you're off the deep end on this one old man.
Have you asked yourself who are lithium carbonate producers in the Western United States yet? I have to assume not. Read this

"The Customer is a significant producer of metals and minerals including the production of battery grade lithium carbonate."
No thanks, USmag is way too attractive... existing infrastructure...high quality brine "waste pools" & permits in place = home run.
E3 is a joke, I am shocked you even think that is a scenario.
In perfect IBAT fashion we will probably be updated once commissioning is complete and production has begun. Which imo will be announced by EOM March.
You becoming unhinged is the bullish signal. Have a great weekend
I can only take you to the water, cant make you drink. Sorry about your Sayona shares
Its longer than your dick too, heres the last time I help you with DD. You're welcome, please do your self a personal favor and take a vacation. At your age, you shouldn't be stressing yourself.
https://www.hcn.org/issues/55-12/energy-industry-take-a-toxic-tour-of-the-great-salt-lake/
Youre really that out of practice. It's ok, even after you square dancing all over your dick the community will still come through and keep you informed.

It was the discord that discovered it, a lot of great people sleuthing. Anyways, here is a rabbit for you to chase. You're a smart chap https://usmagnesium.com/
E3 is not where unit 1 is going.
You're welcome TC
The permits are in place. You being unhinged is not healthy, sorry you are experiencing emotions with your trades.

When you sell the price ALWAYS goes parabolic. Please do the group a favor lol.
E3 won't be commercial, not by ibat or any other company the quality isn't there and it's too expensive.
Permits in hand at USmag you should know this.
No doubt dilution sucks, production by June, unless comission is happening as we speak.
Ahead of upcoming valuation, here is the Jeffries Valuation of Simbol. Welcome new CEO and CFO. Glad to see IR brought on to support the team.

Sweet I'll get back to trolling

Place your bets
-ibat walks on exxon takes the better deal
-2024 exxon subscribes
-160k within 24mo in chile
Shaw is going to enjoy the business
Last piece of dd I'll share on ihub. Glad I came back to troll.

"The complaint alleges non-payment of wages and benefits, appropriation of property and interference in outside employment. The Company is objecting to the complaint, has retained counsel to address and filed a countersuit alleging the counterclaim defendants diverted Company work to themselves and interfered with contractual relations. "
Bwahahaha
How is Koch doing with compass lately, what a great call that was, perfect rebound from SLI lol, whoever made that call needs to be fired. Exxon fanbois are going bonkers to find out who they're talking to when we've already known since exxon scooped up galvanic.
Exxon needs ibat more than ibat needs exxon, I'd love to see ibat walk and hope they do if the conditions aren't right.
Position A.
Best of health to those who have issues currently.
Little over a year ago some issues arised I think you misfortune benefits the bold and wise so thank you for that.
Exxon is under negotiations for a contract with a company that has over 11 NDAs and owns the moat to the the world's only commercial capable DLE.
Enjoy the discord, it's a wealth of information
It's only because you trade on emotion. One day it'll set in, the great choices in the rear view and your reality in the windshield. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas.
Sure, what you want as a submission date?
I'm down, the slag on ihub tends to not list all the goodies but I'll drop my Christmas shopping list next week. Great idea dude!
Nak has been denied by 3 administration's. The pebble mine has been passed by every single major miner and as the ticking time bomb to BK continues to rotate clockwise the major miners are benefitting from the current lack of progress they've made over the past decade. Nak is a nope, not even for 500 Mr. Trebek.
Little late to be announcing they're closing their positions, also not too late for a beautiful December dippity doo!
Yeah, I can't help but laugh. The lengths marketing is going these days to explain they're not ion exchange haha.
Anyone get word on bolivia selection? Halfway through December and I don't remember a specific date they were going to announce.
Happy for you! Not much room for good trades atleast in the lithium space, let alone the market. Tesla stepping into buy territory if I do say so myself! Sigma has been great, I'm glad I got out of all of Australian miners, rock and brine the share structure is definitely not my cup of tea! Canada has treated me well.
Permits in USA overnight or a slow transition, let the good times roll!
It’s called direct lithium extraction, or DLE, and figuring out how to make it happen commercially is the multi-billion dollar question that could, in a manner, change the world. https://t.co/5AXFNvEIAS

You've surely found yourself a nice cliff full of rabbits, atleast wear a helmet maybe lash a rope.
Not surprised Vulcan had some hiccups, atleast they can drag people along with geothermal energy.
The market is exactly as you'd expect after a global pandemic and it appears like the second and third order effects of policy and decisions are starting to set in. 2023 should be brutal.
LIACF has been a bit on a tear. I bypassed the predictable pattern due to recessions closing in quickly. Congrats on your runner! Hope you're ready for the Merriest of Christmases.
Who was it? I must have missed that.
I'm hoping they take all the time they need to make sure they're not bent over for future units. Everyone else has 1 project, ibat was built for multiples and first project details will weigh heavily on future units so. Take your time team IBAT!
I am not on either side of the spectrum with galvanic. Not for not against. I see galvanic wanting a fat check as they just quickly developed and want a solid pay day for a quick business flip. My interest lies in ibat, any size any type of brine so while galvanic would be amazing, so would any other brine on earth. The announcement of on-site project date matter more to me than with who, and what type of brine.
