This is the way I see it. Between now and Jan 15th a platform is build. In terms of Share holder base / PPS based on demand and supply . Then PPS will be driven by the perceived Valuation of the new company + Sector + Whatever the catalyst they can provide. There could be other factors also. Sorry! it is hard for me to predict any PPS. Let us hope for the best. Good luck to all of us.

Fair Market valuation should be at least minimum 1B ($4.15 per share) when we are waiting for final data / Approval from FDA. Right now our shares are trading around 53 cents giving us Market cap around 127M USD. RVVTF got many things going. Lately we are getting lot of coverage. When we start getting more visibility. Hopefully we will start to get more volume and fair PPS. JMHO!
