Sprint Freight.
Operating out of our office in Oak Brook is a new trucking firm called Sprint Freight Inc. Operating Authority granted 6/6/18.. Listed in the Illinois Secretary of State business data base as having the same accounting firm as Pro Star (as the registered agent). Under a UCR search, the principal paying the fee is the old truck manager for Pro Star... I have 2 emails in... I'll let you know when (and if) I find anything out to confirm if this company is the "new" Pro Star..
It's tough trying to figure this out... Zaric's social media account was recently changed to "lives in Ft. Lauderdale". The woman he lived with in Illinois (married to... unknown fact by me) had a child with... may be separated now or in the process of a divorce... She's listed as a director in Arrow Freight, President of Pro Star Auto Group and affiliated with Gtr Group. During one of my visits to Pro Stars headquarters I was told "I don't know what Jelena is doing with the trailers". When I asked what company are our30 2016 Vanguard trailers were registered to... So obviously she was involved in the operations of ProStar Freight Systems as well... to what extent I don't know. Perhaps some of this silence has to do with unraveling some of their personal issues... Still don't know for sure...
I did... His name was Humberto... I talked to him for about 5 minutes... He doesn't know Zaric ( never met him).. he said as far as he knows, Pro Star Freight Systems, Pro Star Auto Group, GTR Group, PM Global and Viking Transportation was " all the same"... He told me they were getting all the trucks ready ( servicing) however, he had no idea what name is going on them...
The shop was still open last time I was there which was Monday, May 14th. There were plenty of trucks at the Clay Street address and the Michigan Street location was pretty full. I'm reasonably certain we're never going to see the Pro Star Freight Systems logo or. Number on any of these trucks ever again... I think the safety rating disaster has a lot to do with that... ASN Holding LLC and ProStar Freight Systems and Hydrophi Technologies are all still valid corporate entities for whatever that's worth.
No, I don't think so at all. That was just a vehicle that he used to lease trucks to Pro Star...
Arrow Freight.... Looks like Arrow Freight is on it's way out... Pending administrative dissolution in Indiana.... Company "Not in Good Standing" in Illinois...
Reviving the carrier status... Yep... I'm not sure if it's as easy as just switching names like it was a decade ago. I also found a pretty curious that he didn't just move those Arrow Freight trucks over to one of his other existing companies (ProStar Auto Group or GTR Group). Seems like that would have been the easiest thing to do, however, it would have created legal issues with shareholders and quite frankly, his stock holding in Hydrophi Technologies.... As far as running into the same issues, it's very possible. I know that the guy running the Orlando Florida operations was left pretty much alone to run that arm of the company and he dropped the ball, big time. His mistakes cost us a bad safety rating and we were never going to be able to grow and make the amount of money on our shipping to make it work... But I also think he may have always been intending to do away with ProStar Freight Systems anyway... as soon as Rodger was out there were no more press releases investor relations company got fired and he never reported anything to the SEC other than that one 10KT... I would think if he was just going to stick with the trailer leasing business, 30 trailers wouldn't be enough... The going rate for leasing decent trailers around here is between 650 and 700 bucks a month ( ballpark). As far as the profits are concerned, who knows. We're all in the dark on that and it's really upsetting and it's a shame.
If Pro Star does come back I don't believe it's going to come back under Arrow Freight. Arrow Freight has always been the company's Zaric has used to lease the trucks to ProStar.. Arrow never applied for Carrier status so he may use one of the other companies he owns or he may be creating a new one... We'll have to wait and see. I was hoping to catch a name on the side of one of the trucks I looked at in Hammond... No such luck though....
No, none of them were new Volvo models. Also, on several of trucks I could see the "Pro Star" dirty sticker residue on the windshield visors after they peeled the decals off. There weren't any trucks that I saw that still had Pro Star Freight System on their sides either (also no DOT numbers).
I was just told today at the office in Oakbrook does not have any Pro Star markings on the front door or on the inside lobby at all... However, the office is still occupied and it does have a handmade paper "Arrow Freight" sign on the glass front door.
I haven't confirmed that yet, but I may go sometime next week...
Thanks... I'm doing what I can to watch what we're supposed to own...
I'm not sure how to go about that. I did go down that road after being given a lawyer's name and telephone number who was supposed to be handling the mess with the SEC. That information came straight from the mouth of a guy who identified himself as "Alex" when I went for a face-to-face meeting with Zaric or anyone who was in position of authority there in Oakbrook last year.. however, I did and get the sense that his wife (or longtime girlfriend--I haven't checked marriage records) Jelena, has quite a bit to do with the operating of the company. At one point during our conversation I was really was really harping on our trailers wanted to know why they were registered to Pro Star trailer leasing and Alex replied to me he didn't know what Jelena was "doing" with those...
Sure thing... I was also intrigued by the fact that who are so many trucks sitting there with no markings on their sides. Like I said, there are plenty of ProStar decals on their windshield visors so I can assume that those are most likely still owned by Arrow Freight (Zaric).. meaning that since he wasn't paying loans on those trucks that's how he could afford to have them sit for so long... There were a couple of former Pro Star trucks with different identifiers on their sides. One was Jetset Express, which was idling outside of the 1850 Clay Street address and clearly had a old ProStar decal which had been taken off the side. Another one was operated by fors Corp which was pulling a trailer going northbound on the Indianapolis Boulevard after I had left ProStar. I pulled the U-turn and followed it back into the yard because I wanted to make sure I got the name on the side of the truck correctly... That one also still had an old ProStar decal on the outside visor above the windshield. I can only assume is Eric through Arrow Freight, at least some of those trucks to some other companies to keep the money flowing perhaps to pay for some of the necessary employees still working in Hammond, and the few that I know are still left in Oak Brook.. like you said, I was relieved too when I saw all the activity there although there's still no way of knowing if Zaric has already cut us out or is trying to cut us out or why he's done what he's done, for all we know all of this stuff going on is still part of Hydrophi Technologies.... I was planning on driving out to Goshen, Indiana, if I found nothing, just to see what I can see. ProStar Auto Group and PM Global Inc are supposed to be based there (through UCR registration filings and usdot information).
I have no way of knowing that... Like I've been saying, I'm trying to check on our assets that I know we are supposed to have.. Our truck center is still up and running. Although there were lots of trailers there, I would have had to have physically checked VIN numbers against my list of roughly 20, to prove ours were sitting there amongst all the others.... I also wanted to see if we were are still occupying and utilizing our 1850 clay building.... That was positively confirmed...
Hammond visit. I just got back from the Hammond, Indiana yard as well as the 1850 Clay address ... Still lots of Volvo's and trailers parked in the Michigan Street location there... Nearly every truck was void of a Pro Star decal and USDOT number (a few still had the windshield visor decal). Saw a few Pro Star Auto Group trucks and one GTR Group rig. The Clay Street address was packed with trucks, most we're devoid of DOT numbers ... There were a few Pro Star trucks there. They are using the garage on Clay Street as I talked to a mechanic (dressed in his Pro Star Truck Center overalls) who told me Pro Star will be changing it's name soon, he just doesn't know to what.
No, I don't know of any pakistanis working for the company... Mostly Serbians were involved in positions concerning the operations of the company... Roughly 75% of the dispatchers was based out of Belgrade and Nis... There were also dispatchers here in Chicago, mostly Serbs/Eastern Europeans who spoke Spanish as a second language... The Orlando Florida operations were mostly run by Puerto Ricans. Pro Star hired an awful lot of Cubans which necessitated us hiring some Serbians who spoke the Cuban dialect (variations related to Spanish)..
I regularly scan Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County, Indiana, state of Illinois criminal records and court cases, I have not found anything with HPTG, Pro Star, ASN Holding, Arrow Freight or Nikola Zaric's name yet....
I'm reasonably sure, but you can never be a hundred percent certain, that any federal charge has come down the pike. Something like that more than likely would have been publicized here (in the Chicago area).
I have no idea on any of that. But I will agree that this company has smelled since Zaric took over... Total silence while we've gone from 200 trucks hauling freight to zero.
During which time he's bought and enjoyed his Bentley and Lamborghini, picked up some new digs along the Chicago River downtown, traveled around the world and has wasted more time in night clubs with skanks than most NBA players....
Waiting for this child to grow up...
Correct Green, there has been no business activity since the end of December 2017. Several company drivers I follow on social media are working for other Chicago-based (Serbian) trucking firms... Others I follow on social media such as Dispatchers and Translators have also found other employment with nearby Serbian logistics companies as well as trucking companies which did business with Pro Star.
Just so you understand Green, after the merger and for up until early 2017, ProStar was pretty active until the problems in Orlando, Florida started. Which ultimately resulted in Pro Star's safety rating being changed to "Conditional." That type of rating here in the United States proves to be very detrimental and how much a trucking firm can charge for their services as well as actually securing enough work. Everyone in Florida directly or even indirectly responsible for the fiasco were fired... The expansion plans going into Houston were then scrapped as well...
As far as why Zaric failed to report any financials when the company was in operation and on the surface, seemed to be pretty healthy, remains a mystery. At one point, prior to the collapse in Orlando, that operation was every bit as big as the one in Hammond.
I did manage to get my number to him through someone during a face-to-face meeting but he is never called me... And as I have mentioned before, I was given an attorney's name and number who was supposed to be handling our matter with the SEC. That information turned out to be completely bogus.
As I said yesterday, the only thing we can do is to try to keep track of the assets we are supposed to have... He can't legally take those things from us.... So if any reincarnation of Pro Star (under a different name) occurs with those assets, we still have some hope. HTPG, by the way, is it still technically alive.
Not sure. I'm just trying to keep track of the assets we (HPTG-via our wholly-owned subsidiary Pro Star Freight Systems) own (should still own). We still should have 30 2016 Vanguard trailers somewhere .... We still have the truck center... And we still own the property at 1850 Clay Avenue (although Zaric missed the fall property tax that was due last year)... The spring installment is actually due today....
So, PM Global is inactive now... We all know PSFS is inactive as well. Arrow Freight, the leasing arm owned by Zaric is very late on their annual report to the state of Indiana, so I don't know if that is defunct now either. It's hard to believe he could let those trucks sit idle for that long... Even though ProStar Auto Group is still an active carrier it looks like they haven't been on the road in months. Zaric also controls GTR Group, but as it stands now, there's only a few of those trucks moving.. a couple of the Cuban drivers are now operating for White City Logistics which used to be based out of the same office building that ProStar was in and several of our old employees work for White City, but I don't think Zaric really has anything to do with them... other than leasing a few trucks and trailers to them...
No one's talking. Even ex-employees won't email me back... PM Global went inactive just a day or two ago... Arrow Freight application with USDOT Was dismissed last week for lack of insurance (90 day window)
Looks like it...
I couldn't say definitively yes or no. But if I had to bet, I would say no... Pro Star is not ML Logistics..
Latest UCR application for ML Logistics shows they're operating 8 trucks.
No... I don't have it in my files as an owner operator either.
It just means our company is still technically active. The fact that the annual report was filed on the 28th of March of this year I suppose is a good thing (it's better then the company being dissolved), since Pro star has been shut down for a few months...
No, I don't think it has anything to do with the stock price. Since there are no market makers, there is no orderly trading activity. A broker, or two, can match trades at any price. As long as we're on the grey market and someone is willing to sell a hundred shares at .0001 and someone is willing to take them, the trade is going to go through.
If this link doesn't work, just go to Florida Secretary of State business search... then type in Hydrophi Technologies and click search..

This is not a response to your description of our fearless leader.... Who knows what the hell he's doing.... I did notice, however, he filed an annual report (for Hydrophi Technologies) with Florida near the end of March this year...
Not letting HPTG die off just yet, I suppose...
Thanks... It sucks the Zaric just wouldn't run the company on the level...
As far the trailers go, they were purchased by us ( Hydrophi Technologies/Pro Star) and listed in the USDOT data base as owned by us. Those trailers were leased out to owner operators who drove for us but, didn't have their own trailers... Several months later, the trailers were removed from the data base as owned by the company... In the spring of 2017, I happened to meet with a Pro Star owner operator who told me the trailer he was leasing (a 2016 Vanguard) from the company was registered to Pro Star Trailer Leasing.... A company owned by Zaric... If we owned (or still own) that company, it's not an issue... But if we don't ( or never did)... That's quite problematic for him.. I have the VIN numbers of 17 of our 30 trailers in my files...
No, they haven't been operating since the insurance was cancelled in January...
Most recent information I have from Hammond, Indiana is from Feb 10, 2018. The Pro Star trucks were still parked deep in the lot, buried in snow (haven't been moving all winter).
Our logo and USDOT numbers were still on the sides of the rigs at that time.
Still watching PM Global Inc, GTR Group (connected to Zaric via spouse/registered agent/address) also their phone number is shared with Pro Star Auto Group for any shenanigans relating to our assets....
I have not... Yet... I believe I have enough facts and information for 2 separate criminal complaints.
The stock fraud matter(s) are different issues and would not be rectified by Zaric buying the company with another one of his companies... False and/or misleading press releases were issued and the stock price was affect and individuals bought shares based on those releases...
If Zaric causes this company to become dissolved, bankrupt or drains it of it's assets in anyway, I will see to it he gets charged criminally. And if Roger, who was CEO until April 2016, gets caught up in that, so be it.
I am waiting to see what happens to our company before initiating any action.
If anyone wishes to reach out to the SEC before then, do what you feel is right.
I doubt it... But I can't say for sure... updated info from the USDOT says 20 leased trucks and 20 drivers. Some Pro Star employees have "switched" over to PM GLOBAL. Their address is one block from Pro Star Auto Group... 465 Steury Ave. Goshen, Indiana...
My guess is the office staff stays in Oak Brook...
Thanks, Wealth... I was clued in on the email info last week and waited to see if it was just employee specific or if it was going to be all addresses... It seems it's all addresses... It is obvious that Freight operations (for PSFS) have ceased as well...
I know most employees have switched over to PM Global Inc. I saw one of their trucks on I-90 pulling a DD Logistics trailer last week. The question for us is what happened to our 30 trailers, Pro Star Truck Center, as well as the ownership of the property on Clay Street in Hammond, Indiana, and any other assets owned by Pro Star..
Pro Star Freight Systems
As of this morning, any and all emails being sent to a email address associated with Pro Star Freight Systems is being returned as undeliverable.
Ok, good luck... Please ask him who gave him the legal advice that running PM Global Inc. out of Pro Star's office, with Pro Star office employees, dispatching etc.. while simultaneously pulling Pro Star Freight's insurance and refusing to update the MCS-150 form (resulting in out operating authority to be pulled) was a good idea and that we'd never find out...
I remember some of us kicked this around almost 2 years ago. JMD Aviation Holdings was formed in Delaware about 6 months prior to the note in question.
Their corporate address is listed as their registered agents' (U.S. Corporations Inc. 300 Delaware Ave. Suite 210-A Wilmington, DE) . USCorp Inc. is the agent for literally thousands of corporate entities... The Delaware Secretary of State requires a fee for current company status.... There are no company contacts listed.
Do you have any information on JMD Aviation?
Interesting.... Time to dig that stuff back up again...
Thanks, sorry about the depressing stuff... But we all should know what's happening with our company good and bad... From where you're at, I think all you can do is
scour the internet for information... Unless you're going to Orlando on vacation soon... Then you could just check and see if we're still running some trucks out of 9721 Boggy Creek Road..
No, I don't think so ..
