I have not... Yet... I believe I have enough facts and information for 2 separate criminal complaints.
The stock fraud matter(s) are different issues and would not be rectified by Zaric buying the company with another one of his companies... False and/or misleading press releases were issued and the stock price was affect and individuals bought shares based on those releases...
If Zaric causes this company to become dissolved, bankrupt or drains it of it's assets in anyway, I will see to it he gets charged criminally. And if Roger, who was CEO until April 2016, gets caught up in that, so be it.
I am waiting to see what happens to our company before initiating any action.
If anyone wishes to reach out to the SEC before then, do what you feel is right.
