Seriously. My guess is that's it's someone who plans to sell at least 1 year from now to lock in long term capitol gains. Maybe they know/think something is going to happen. GS said not to expect anything here until mid 2025.

It's obvious that all these GVSI bashers were once pumper clowns themselves, until GS bashed a "stock" they were in. And that is what brings them here today!

Let's also not forget that GS is above the OTC and will be only dealing with a company that has realistic intentions of up-listing to a major exchange, such as nasdaq.

That's true! The Roth IRA is a retirement account meant to benefit low earners. You can't even open a Roth IRA if your income exceeds a certain $ amount. That's what makes these accounts perfect for trading in the otc. You can start with almost nothing and turn it into millions. Peter Thiel's Roth IRA started with millions of shares of PayPal pre IPO probably valued at no more than $10k. That account has grown to over $5 billion since then. Not a single penny of those profits will ever be taxed!

This is an intentional delay imo. One reason being that the market is crap and has been for the last 6-8 months. There is no amount of pumping that is enough to run anything up significantly. Why waste $GVSI on a shitty market? Another reason I believe the delay is intentional is because of the capitol gains reason. Lastly, if GS can, he will rid this ticker of all the 2-tick flippers humanly possible. How? By making them wait patiently, and then letting it go into EM and then making them wait even longer. Another reason that he has stated himself as to why a delay is actually good is because it gives the merging entity more time. In my opinion, the delay is intentional.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all these ~13.5 billion shares spread out over like 10 other exchanges? I saw some post back in April that mentioned the number of EEENF shares trading on the OTC was around 1.2 billion? And then there's ~8 billion locked up by institutional investors?

So could it be pissed off hedge fund managers who are these whales? They're retaliating against the retail investors so they go after the OTC which is mostly retail. That could be why we saw every single stock we owned in the green in early Feb. They flooded the OTC with money. All the triple zeros gone. Now they're throttling the share price to their benefit. How much longer?

This is going to go ballistic soon. I thought there would be a massive bloodbath today and that we'd close down 40-50%. The fact that we were down that much this morning and then rebounded and at times were only down 2.5% are telling me that something is doing a damn good job keeping this stock from tanking and it's not retail traders.
