Can someone suggest good trading software that doesn't require funding yet ANOTHER brokerage?

I need new trading (software) ..NOT a braokerage. Can someone plz recommend something.
I've always used Etrade PRO but they killed it & replaced it with absolute TRASH "Power Etrade" making us pay and subscribe separately to each & every exchange book etc. Power Etrade has about half the features also.
