My point exactly, Prochef.
Who the heck sells below $5.25???
Makes no sense.
Yeah - news dropped this am.
Way to go, Guys.
My thoughts exactly.
Where the heck was the news on the offering? Didn't see that anywhere. . .
I understand how supply and demand work to affect price in a stock that is being traded on an exchange under normal circumstances.
My question is - in the uplist process - why weren't we made whole with the split? The opening price should have been $6.75.
Then it goes up or down from there.
WTF?!?
Can someone please shed some light on why this didn't open up at $6.75. With yesterday's close and making us whole on the split - this is where we should have been.
Not sure I'm understanding this whole thing or why we have lost 40% overnight as a matter of process.
Also - I called ETrade to find out why LXRP shares are 'frozen' instead of converted. They tell me they need to hear from Lexaria about the split in order to update the portfolio.
Could it be that there was a last minute pricing disagreement between Lexaria and Nasdaq? And that maybe the split is less than 30 to reflect a $4.30 uplist?
Anyone who can speak to this - please do. I'm completely baffled. But I'm hearing that no one can access their existing shares on any platform. . .
Let's discuss.
Thank you.
I've been a naysayer lately because of Doc's silence.
But the more I 'investigate' UNVC - the more I'm finding the CONFIDENCE that Doc recently asked us for.
I understand what's been said in the past, but IMO - Doc's always been waiting for the bigger pieces to fall into place.
We might think he's driving the ship here, Folks - but there's actually a much bigger ship that's driving him.
How long do you think Rite Aid has been planning their rebrand? And how many times (in such a Corporate American bohemoth) do you think things been delayed?
My DD tells me - as many times as Doc has been tweeted 'soon'.
Think about it - Walgreens acquisition (partial), major changes to executive team (CEO, COO, etc), then COVID.
Now is definitely the time.
It HAS begun. . .
That article in TradersMagazine.com is from September 2020.
This post is legit.
Price action and volume are legitimate concerns that many of us have right now.
We are, after all, a very long way from $4. There aren't any new investors flocking to the mess we're all participating in. It's just scared money selling to the staunch hopefuls.
Even with a purported piece of our pie over $200M - I can't even find record of an office building or employees anywhere. . .say nothing about financial documents required by NASDAQ.
Not to mention - a complete lack of PR and direct communication with shareholders.
For all the stuff that's supposed to be brewing here - information should be leaking through some cracks.
Why isn't it???
I get this sentiment, entirely.
But in actuality - the exchange itself or an independent financial advisor could use company financials to determine an AUDITED share value that meets requirements.
Voila!
$4/share.
One of the most interesting things about these times is that longs are clearly losing patience.
Historically - Doc posts something nondescript and the audience erupts into cheers of joy.
Now - you can see the $UNVC enthusiasm smattered with real questions about the company and Doc's transparency.
Direct listing/acquisition aside - can anyone offer a constructive guess as to why Doc won't be candid about the actual day-in/day-out business of his Conglomerate?
Anyone else have serious concerns about a guy who always says 'trust me'. . .
. . .but never really touches on the reasons why we should???
The 'Doc Cult' makes me feel icky every time they praise him for the avoidant, unprofessional tweets.
Agreed!
He was active on LinkedIn recently - commenting on others' posts.
How can he remain absent while share price tanks and longs lose confidence?
Good leaders won't even let fires start.
This one is now raging because it's been stoked in-part by Doc's silence.
That's a great, legitimate question!
Good thing there is a board like this where people can have an open dialogue!
Just what I was about to reference!
Why would you name-drop an exec who's been dead for 10 years?
Yes. 4 dollars can also turn into 20 dollars - when there is a feeding frenzy of buyers who are responding to hype.
Can we please have some actual dialogue to this point? I'm a UNVC investor too! And I'm trying to be realistic. . .
If uplist happens anytime soon - how will we be met with a feeding frenzy of buyers?
Seems it would take weeks/months of solid PR and accompanying financials to inspire the masses to care about UNVC - much less buy shares.
As of right now - everyone who already knows or cares about UNVC - is already in it!
How can everyone be overlooking one simple piece to this puzzle?
Supply and Demand.
Pennies to dollars is great news, but who will be there to buy when there is still a serious lack of real company information and PR for the masses?
Guys/Girls - the people who know about UNVC are already in it! And we're all gonna be sellin'!
$4 can turn into $0.50 real quick. Know what I mean?
Attention all longs!
You so confident? Screamin' deal.
Buy me out:
250k at $.032/share.
How's that for locked float?!?
So - let's say there is a patch that has been tested. Patent-pending or not.
Who's gonna manufacture it?
BioRemedies appears to be a small-time retailer.
And UNVC is only a holding company with a crappy mailing address.
We can't even be certain what it's holding?
Or can we???
We all might be holding bags.
If Doc wants this company to become a force to be reckoned with in the Health Care arena - he needs to pony-up on PR and start telling people what UNVC is all about.
I think the word is transparency.
How 'bout a legit website or 2?
Right now - the only people who know about UNVC are holders and hopers sending messages back and forth - thinking about some job-quitting rainbow.
With each passing day we are moving further away from a timeline that makes sense. And I'm still p*ssed that someone left the word 'Corporation' off the Medicare app.
The jig is almost up, Dalton.
Is uplist a pipe-dream?
Start talking about your legitimate, paradigm-shifting, profitable company.
Very well explained! Thank you, Guys.
This is exactly the type of dialogue I have been trying to find here!
3700% over several years?! That's awesome!
So - surely, another 13,000-14,000% is no sweat for an imminent uplist!
Especially with the 2 awesome pieces of PR we've seen in the last 6 months!
Go UNVC!!!! It's all so obvious!
BioRemedies doesn't respond to inquiries about their products.
Can someone please offer a legitimate explanation as to how the UNVC share price will suddenly move from $0.029 to the $4.00 minimum required by Nasdaq?
All the longs are talking about getting rich, but isn't a reverse split the only way to cover such massive ground in a short time frame?
I have contacted BioRemedies twice now about a ballpark release date for the UNVC patch.
No response.
Hi Everyone!
New UNVC investor here, and liking this message board because there is real dialogue. Needless to say - 'holding and hoping' isn't my credo, so with that, I must say: 4C brings up some interesting points!
If we just back up the truck for a minute - in the near term, how will we even get to the minimum PPS required for uplisting to Nasdaq?
Is it as simple as underwriter endorsements? Or does it need to happen organically? Reverse split?
On another note - why is there so little information out there on any of the UNVC companies? Especially considering that one of them claims $280M in revenue for 2019.
We've seemingly passed the moment of great timing (which would have been August), and I'm a little worried that our address of record sits in a strip mall next to a Chinese restaurant.
Don't even get me started on questions about who actually manufactures all these syringes and patches for us, or who on a team of 3 guys manages all of that.
UNVC has been around long enough that I think the reward potential outweighs the risk, but who else is wondering about all the logical details?
Not a naysayer here guys - I'm in this thing for what I hope is a wonderful ride. But cryptic tweets and claims of Doc PM-ing people just ain't enough, you know?
Let's hear some more thoughts and answers to these questions, please. Thank you all!
