I think we are at 1 year today aren't we?
I wonder what kind of prices the private placement had? Do they usually pay a premium over the current share price? Or for that matter has anyone ever found out what these guys end up paying?
Thanks for the reply,
So what I am trying to understand is what is in it for an investor.
By going through a private placement an investor can realistically get a much better share price for say $50,000 than what they might be able to do on the open market.
Which leads to the obvious question of how much we might be worth, when we finally get some confirmation of this reverse merger.
How common are these private placements? The research I've done only states that they are reserved for "sophisticated" investors. Which I could read into meaning those who have soem $$$. Probably not typical of a stock that is going to be trading for pennies?
Hopefully this is a sign that we may be headed to triple digits and heading out of penny land sometime in the near future? Who knows?
I'm not sure I follow. I've been filled immediately every time I've added, anywhere between .012 and .016 over the past year. Now I realize there are only so many shares out there, but how do you know the price would be any higher if more shares were bought?
It just doesn't seem as if there is a great demand right now. Hence the theory that someone could buy a boatload cheaply if they wanted to.
Keep in mind I have no idea how many shares are actually available. (Hopefully not many) As I recall we have a pretty tight float at somewhere around 8 million.
Does a private placement increase the OS?
Not too familiar with the process, I'm assuming it is a fund raising mechanism for the company?
Makes you wonder what price these investors paid for their shares, especially when they can get all they want for a penny a share right now.
Any insight into what this means would be helpful.
thanks
What was that symbol? ISPL turned up as an invalid symbol. Any similarities with that ?
No reply from Rasche? Did you get any?
What makes you so sure that there will not be a R/S?
Does anyone really think that is an issue here?
I hear the "naked short" theory all the time as an excuse as to why stocks aren't performing.
I just don't buy it. Now don't get me wrong, it would be a good problem to have, creating a massive squeeze, but if you were still short, wouldn't now, (or the past few weeks for that matter)have been the perfect time to cover?
what is the significance of October 15th?
? Ohio playoffs?
Aren't those usually won by Cincinnati teams?
same here, I left him a message at about 2 p.m.
I called the number in NY this morning and they said they are not publicly traded. Not the same company we are dealing with apparently. This was the phone number listed 1-800-424-4220.
Just curious, not doubting your numbers, but where did you find the $6 million figure?
A 15 PE would be a fair multiple, hopefully we can get near $1.
I'm not sure I completely understand here either?
I thought Jeko purchased 90 million shares last November? Not sure what their role is.
Also, in terms of valuation, the site claims 20.3 million in annual revenue. With an O/S of 98 million, wouldn't that put us at around .21 per share. That is before you a multiple of 10-15, which would put us in the dollars range.
Not quite sure why we are valued at just above a penny?
Lifegear,
Are you sure this is the same company?
We've seen some odd connections with other companies in other press releases?
Any news is welcome at this point! I've had $$$ tied up here for almost a year!
I could use some good news, especially with the way WNSH has been going for us lately! It would be nice to get some action on either one!
Question is: Who is selling at these levels?
People who are just tired of waiting?
Very few got in lower than current pps.
Hopefully we get some news soon. I for one am tired of waiting as well, but don't plan on selling until RM is comlete.
carry on. good stuff
Reverse Mergers that happened today: check out COBN and especially TDWV. I'd be happy with similar gains!
Buyback would be chump change!!! At .0002 per share he could buy a bunch more back.
The 360 million, which I would have to assume has already been bought back, cost only a couple hundred thousand.
could be ridiculously low. Did you see something a couple of months back about this being a $30 million company?
Float is approximately 8 million, could fly much higher than a dime with the right numbers!
six digit volume. Wow! can't remember the last time that happened.
Maybe something finally starting to brew here?
please send to je8674@yahoo.com
Thanks
does anyone have Frank's e-mail address?
This won't start to move until after the 360 million shares are bought back. There is no reason for the company to buy these back for a higher price then they have to.
Someone posted the rules regarding such a buyback, I think it was 25% of the average daily volume over the past 4 weeks? something like that?
With that in mind we can speculate how many they might have bought back over the past 8-9 days. Any guesses? 200 million or more?
that was trading at half penny Friday and now it is .20? wow!
what is the catalyst behind this? any similarities to our situation with WNSH?
Thought we would have heard something by now!
Anyone have a contact with Jeko?
What is the deal with St James Capital's stock ?
I can't get any historical data in regards to its share price.
My streamer says it last traded at $1.36 per share, yet there are no bids or asks?
I've found bits of news from the company as recently as December, yet no indication of how its stock trades.
Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks
from your mouth to God's ears. Up 40,000% since Wednesday!
.0005 to .21! Unreal!
Low float on this one as well. I wonder how long they had to wait for filings and R/M news?
I have had a bid in at .0007 all day and they won't fill me, now I see the bid is at .0006 and I'm still not getting filled. Hard to figure!
Anybody else have scottrade? The volume just went from 42 million back to 12 million? go figure.
Trying to find some more info about this. CDCE hasn't traded yet today, but that is a big jump from triple 0-1.
I wonder how long this one took to happen?
here is the DTEK info.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/quotes.asp?ticker=SLJB&qm_page=29655&qm_symbol=DTTK
It was up 7900% at one point that day, and ended up closing up 6900%.
I'll take either one I'm not greedy. That would put us over $2 per share!
good volume today and nice price movement!
Maybe we are FINALLY on to something? I'll keep my fingers crossed!
What do they know about Winsted?
With all due respect, wouldn't you think that if that really were the case, then the people who have shorted this stock into oblivion would then be covering now?
A mass covering like that would cause the price to skyrocket IMO.
Blaming "shorts" just seems like a convenient excuse for most depressed sub penny stocks.
Don't get me wrong, I hope you are right, and I would like nothing more than to see this thing at a dime or higher.
I just can't comprehend why this stock is trading at these levels?
Nothing but good news, i.e. retiring untold amount of shares, and speculation of a buyout and it does nothing but drop????
You have a flat out scam like SLJB trading at the same level or even higher than this??????
What gives?????
This is frustrating!!!!!!!!!
Actually I did. He didn't even address that in his reply! He focused squarely on the accusations
Straight from the horses mouth. I'll give the guy credit for at least responding.
Here is my question:
[I'd be lying if I said I wasn't more than just a little concerned about the most recent article in the Orange County Register.
"the Securities and Exchange Commission opened a fraud investigation in June 2005 and even after the agency took Ellis to court in March 2006 to force him to testify, the SEC let Winsted sell tens of millions of shares at a time."
Can you give me a reason why should I believe that there is something legitimate going on here? The accusatuions are pretty severe.]
His response:
"wrong story and facts,Teh SEC needed my testimony against a firm,,not against Winsted,,They have not investigated the company,,this is why the SEC had no comment"
