Leaked Primary Investigator Meeting. (link)
HGEN announced data the same date as us and has not applied for EUA yet as well. There is no conspiracy, just drama and panic drummed up by a few.
Its very similar to the old "when was the last time you beat your wife?" trope. You've never beat your wife, but now we're all thinking about it.
"Why haven't you submitted for EUA?" Well that takes time, but now we're all thinking about it.
Dammit Clay. I hope you get burnt tomorrow.
Bodhi? What do you mean? Explain.
I hope the SP responds in the morning. Unfortunately some people will just read that they haven't filed with the FDA yet. I might be one of the few that didn't think they had yet. I'm sure they'll PR it when they do.
Looking forward to the report on 60 trial data "imminently".
Greeeen! Anybody have order book, if it was steady or some big buys?
Almost 1700 people viewed my youtube video of Javitts interview, which I'm surprised by. But apparently no Swiss.
Javitt Fox Business Interview Youtube.
I only caught the end. JJ was explaining VIP and what it does, that their next trial will look into Covid Lungs / Long Haulers. At the end the host wished him good luck and that the FDA would give them the green light for EUA. Anyone catch the whole thing?
Also the difference between this conference call and the last is that they were prepared. JJ obviously read a prepared statement which would have been vetted by the lawyers just like any business would do. In previous calls he was just speaking off the cuff which isn’t great for the technical guys to do, that’s why they got in trouble with the 28 day results. He got mired in jargon and technical details that we didn’t understand and people freaked out. This time they learned their lesson and had a clear and concise message. Also VERY early on JJ got his wrist slapped for saying things they couldn’t legally back up because he’s not a PR guy. They fixed that as well.
Random internet dude VS lifelong doctor and researcher with a long career at the fda plus a room full of lawyers and investigators. My money is on them.
Today's call transcript if someone wants to sticky it for future reference.

I think JJ just called out Vanilla on the call, LOL!
My guess would be that a PR drops Monday at 8am and that will go out to everyone.
You Could be entirely correct. I’m no expert by any means and probably barely an amateur!
Tryn2. I think 3 things are affecting that.
1. The huge float relief has compared to the very few shares of BRPA.
2. I think everyone has already maxed out what they were going to spend on Relief.
3. Now you can buy Relief, Acer, BRPA, BRPAR, and BRPAW. Relief has already gone up a ton compared to their previous-august price and most of these have not and are more volatile based on their float.
That’s my take anyway. I wouldn’t sweat it. That being said. I no longer think we pop to $5-8 anymore like I did in august. But I think $1-2 now based on dilution and their other places people can invest now.
dmsrz8. You're not searching for Relief when you use ser-ag. Actually click on the 84m that Blackrock bought. Its for credit suisse.
You have to search for relief as the issuer and then click search and you'll find nothing of the sort.
Fair point. We will have to see if there are any big moves either way today that may be the clue as to news on Monday. I'm not going to be able to relax all weekend.
What do we make of a conference call like last time when it wasn't great news?
Welp, nothing to do but add 25k at this price.
They used to do do the free throw underhand. Watch some old basketball footage, or the occasional oddball that does it under hand.
Relief and Acer Sign Collaboration and License Agreement for Worldwide Development

We did it! Good job everyone! Haha
PR has been removed
Haha nice. I Emailed Global news and told them to get their act together.
Its almost like they are listening and addressing our concerns!
I know less than zero on the matter. But as a lay person I would think that if you start mixing in data from a different situation that wasn't part of the double-blind study you would end up with different results that could be skewed in the companies favor. For example, doesn't the company control and work with who gets EAP? You could cherry pick people for that program and then introduce the data into your double-blind study to juice the results?
Just my take, but again, I'm a lay person and know nothing.
Zyesami EAP ongoing and added 1 hospital (clinicaltrials.gov update):
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/history/NCT04453839?A=5&B=6&C=merged#StudyPageTop
Well I emailed NeuroRX about EAP ending, at the contact Email provided on Clinicaltrials.gov. I'll let you know if they write back.
Aren't all offerings slightly below current market price? Ones I've seen recently are all at a discount to the large purchaser.
Here is an example I'm familiar with.
July 29, 2020 5:49 AM EDT
Boxlight Corporation (NASDAQ: BOXL) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the public offering will be approximately $30.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
Boxl opened at 3.05 and closed @ 2.85 on July 28th. the day before this was announced.
Without bias you would assume that this healthcare-dedicated investor knows what they are talking about (more than any of us). And is either willing to gamble 10M on the outcome. OR they have seen at least some of the trial results and are willing to gamble on an EUA. It bolsters my confidence in my investment that someone who is knowledgeable has also put 10M down on the same bet I've made.
"today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a single healthcare-dedicated U.S. institutional investor"
I think it also lets us know to be patient and that even if the data is ready, they are getting other things in place before they release the data, IE letting this investor in.
Added 18k! Couldn’t help it!
Stop loss raid and almost 10M shares bought immediately on the dip. Someone big wanted in before we get news!

Seems like people buying insurance for the weekend as they've done previously when we've been expecting news.
FDA March 5 meeting is about the Flu unfortunately.

I was hoping maybe we'd make it on to the schedule. but that was far off hope.
Green! (aww man, nevermind)
Merck's trial info only goes through 29 days. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04317040
To be honest, my only education in trials is from following Relief since August, but their entire trial, and especially endpoints, seem pretty vague.
