Vinc, hope your right. Personally, I don't think we get back there today, given the volume.
I have the boat waiting just above six, one will see.
I noticed the ad had an age limit of 22; guess that leaves out the kid.
Looks like he is going to have to keep his day job here.
Ghos, trying to do the same. Doesn't look like a lot of shares here available.
Got in this AM in the mid 6 range and will add into it over the next few days. Looking for a few million shares before they exit the BK.
I believe we will see some pull backs to fill the gap.
Nice find; thanks!
My money says we will be North of $0.05.
Stervc, ran across this company earlier today and spent the last hour digging into it.
At first when I saw the BK history, I nearly walked away until I started digging deeper, and looking at your postings.
Thanks for taking the time to dig through the support docs and provide your take on the company.
After reviewing the BK court docs I would tend to agree with your assessment of a creditor extending $3MM if wasn't something here.
Its folks like you that take the time to share your review that makes it worth the time to invest in a former BK sub-penny stock. A couple million shares here has my interest.
Thanks for sharing!
Hobbit couldn't agree more with the REAR view.
However, go to post 157738768 for a better understanding of todays POSSIBLE numbers for a better view.
The sale number you're looking at is not the whole story

Hobbit....this is the site
Cash.....Couldn't agree more with your take here!
That's why I'm not upside down here.
However, how many times have we seen any stock trade on the "what if? Which is why its a good reason to have a trading position for the time being. This goes much lower, and I'll be adding once more.
By the way, you know what we do with a Salmon here in the NW once it's landed and in the boat? Same thing we do with the kid once he is flopping around in the boat.....only a Salmon fisherman would likely understand here.
It got my attention this morning with a 28% pop at the open
sroks, thanks for the post......could finally get real here!
In regards to support on $TLSS at $0.02 or even $0.025, it is all based on a belief that John will turn this company around.
I'm here for the following reasons:
1) Trucking is a Covid play at this point in time
2) I like the management team and what they have done with the numbers
3) Can he up list the stock?
4) Will he announce a new LARGE customer?
5) Will Amazon be forced to come back around after Mr. T rains on the postal service
6) Will the kid be here for the next Salmon run this fall?
A $0.02 stock with all the possibilities, you bet your sweet derrière I'm going to play this one.
Son, what makes you think I lost my derrière?
If you had taken the time to look at my post, you wouldn't have found me in the stock at $0.20 for GOOD reason.
I could sell my entire LARGE position today and not be underwater with the fishes/RED as you put.
I keep a 20% position here for trading that HAS played out VERY well.....as for the Salmon, just waiting for the run here in the NW.
Win, this is well worth the time to review. However, you will need to review the last four months. Most of the information out there is old and it shows up as a furniture store.....which I have NO interest in.
Start here:

We have some well informed posters on the $VYST blog site. I personally contacted the company this week and confirmed the ETA on just the 400 model is now three months out if a customer was to go on line and place an order today.
I'm in the process of confirming lead times on the other models. This is a Covid play, with the potential of a price much higher than ten cents.
Your looking at a penny stock that is well under valued today....
Son, if we had all listen to you a few weeks ago, we would have sold our shares since you claimed we were heading to $0.01.
I'll check back with you next week on the 6 to 10 call. If I'm right, I'll be dinning on King Salmon!
As for pumping....take the weekend and do a little DD.
Fish On!
Just depends where you're fishing at right now.
You might want to cast a line in the other pond for a bit. I hear they are about to land big one real soon. Support today at a number size hook of $0.06. However, I wouldn't wait, since it may take a $0.10 in the next week.
Son, if I thought this was a pump and dump stock.....I wouldn't "be back".
My post related to not spending money for the hub quote; services.
As for following the money, simply informing a few follow investors about one of my other holds that is setting up for a big return. I always like to spread the wealth around when I see like minded folks.
Besides, some of us actually don't invest in just one opportunity.
As for TLSS, I'm long and strong on a VERY large position here.
I don't PM.....not real impressed with how this site works and can't see spending the dollars here for now.
If you're following the money; just go over and check out the recent post. You shouldn't be disappointed, its not a pump and dump stock based on what they have announced in the last couple of months.
Fellow Longs here!
Check out my latest post at $VYST......follow the money!
Enjoy!

Stervc, thanks for posting the RXAir 400 units of 10,000 within 45-days.
When I contacted the company this week, I asked them how long it would take to fill our order. Response; November (CLOSE to 3-months)
Given 45-days on a July 22nd PR would leave me to assume they should be taking delivery of the 10,000 over the next 2-weeks, perhaps even last week, units started rolling in. This would mean the odds are HIGH that the first 10,000 are sold out.
Bad news, how many new customers are going to wait?
Well if you ask the right questions on how to kill the virus, 3-months.
I contracted a number of companies and not ONE had a unit that had the UV-C lighting. Some were actually a joke.
Good news; it is reasonable to assume your sitting on a undervalued stock right now.....enjoy the ride!
Cheeeze.....
You are correct, saw the same report today.
It's not difficult for most here to see where this is going....well, except for the boy child.
Question
I reached out to the company this week to confirm lead times on some equipment options prior to placing an order for one of our companies.
Before I post their response, I'd like to confirm if anyone here knows the number of RX400 units (10,000) that the July 22 PR was for. Also if we know when the order was to be filled. I'm thinking it was 60-days.
Once I confirm, I'll post what I learned. If I'm correct, the ETA I was told "potentially" supports some of the post here as it relates to forecasting PP. However, I'm not interesting in pumping the stock since I'm long with a nice position and don't wish to mislead anyone here.
Can anyone confirm count and ETA???
Thanks!
Looking for one more down day tomorrow. If so, I'll be adding in a big way. If not, I'll be happy with what I have.
I would look at anything below $045 as a huge gift and would move the bucket/holdings around.
I know.....if true, this stock will run!
Keeping a VERY close eye here. I grew up with a dad who only had one leg.
One day he asked a kid to pull off his shoe. Only one problem, the whole leg came with the shoe when he pulled it off.....the expression on the kids face was priceless.....one legged ass kicking is likely close to happening!
Interesting.....could this be another birdie knowing something ahead of the masses, or has the eagle landed.
I was looking to add on a possible dip this morning, thinking a few shareholders got home last night to see the drop and look for the same exit.
However, with the big jump at the opening....I have to wonder if someone got wind of the eagle???
NO volume today, looks like a number of folks are happy in holding......Watch and learn, this will move quickly! This will be more fun than watching a one legged man at an ass kicking!
Capt.....water under the bridge.
Given what I've seen in the last few weeks, I have been loading up the boat. Time (weeks) will tell.
Son;
"Shortly, we will be issuing a shareholder update detailing the specific restructuring measures implemented and the results achieved to date, as well as discussing the Company's go-forward plans."
I'll lay you odds that the statement has been finished and is in legal review......
Live and learn.
Who's your Daddy!
Capt
"A link to some website that doesn't have any RX400 units in stock to sell means nothing."
Don't get me wrong, given the history and how long you've been here; you have every right to question the post here.
However, in this case an “out of stock vendor” does raise questions and likely does "mean" something.
I believe there are good answers to the questions. After all, I like the fact that companies currently can’t keep up with demand.....that my friend is a good thing.
You came on this site and told us that other companies have equipment that competes with the RX model, while also claiming you knew nothing about the product.
However, with a little digging we found that the equipment has been reviewed and doesn’t fair well when compared to RX units.....and for that matter, may not even treat Covid-19.
So we have suppliers that currently have no product and manufactures claiming they have the answers, when they don’t.
The next phase with this company will be to show sales. I believe that is about to happen, in a REALLY BIG way.
I have to wonder if Greg is perhaps a little too busy filling orders to show you what he is actually doing on a daily bases. OR does it have something to do with any legal action going on behind the curtain as it pertains to stock MM issues here. Given what the company has revealed with equipment, the stock price is ONLY a buying opportunity right now.
I for one like to see a company taking care of business as oppose to trying to tweet out to the shareholders daily.
Ask yourself, if you bought into this stock a year ago without what you see today, why wouldn’t you be backing up the boat here?
Better....Buy
several 1,000,000 share buys between 23 and 25
Son, this would be when you buy, in case you need some help here.
Son, watch what happens when dumb seller sell off under a 30% drop.
Interesting
I get a canned email with no real information versus a well done, several page detailed break-down on the equipment. As an "average" consumer, I know which one I would buy.
Well Done, looks like I need to add more shares.
If you are correct, this may explain why it showed up on the 2019 as an asset.
I'm also thinking this is being booked on this statement as a liability due to the up listing.
Not seeing this as some are posting.
Flynn, I agree!
What gets my attention, is how this was booked in 2019.
I have analyzed a number of businesses, and have been impressed at what John as done by reducing expenses, paying off debit. Going from a treat of closing their doors with $50K in the bank to $1.4mm.
Holding my core account. You don't want to be caught without shares when they release the next material change; wink!
Place your buys for the dip.
Derivative Liabilities:
Note that the 2019 6-months ending shows rough ($62mm)
I wouldn't be so quick to believe that John as somehow taken on a new liability here.
After a "quick" review, this statement shows a large decrease in expenses and a continuing reduction in notes.
Quick Highlights:
Cash went from $50,000 to $1,431,000 (Not bad!)
Accounts receivable little lower; customers appear to be paying their bills
Prepaid Expenses; jump $523,000 (asset) or 42%, (Not bad!)
Security deposits jump 172%, guessing this is new building leases
So in 6-months, John has increased the bank account by nearly $1.4mm.
In other words, not closing the doors.
Bring us a new service contract, we are off to the races.
Monday could have an interesting open....
I agree based on what I've read as well.
I sent a follow-up email today with a list of direct questions related to UV-C. I also asked, how could Vystar equipment have received an FDA approval, if Molekule claims of ozone are correct.
It just so happens I understand the effects of ozone and the does and don't of using it. To have Molekule state that they don't use UV-C for this one reason, would appear to talk down Vystar.
The response I got back was interesting, in simple terms, it was a generic response.
When I reached out, I provided them a link to the story on how their equipment failed and IF they had made improvements since the 2/2020 story from the NY Times.
You be the judge, they not only didn't address my questions, they provided something that only took them 10-mins to respond with from the time I sent my email.....looks more like "canned" response their attorney prepared:

Hello (Dropped),
Molekule’s PECO technology has been demonstrated to capture and destroy airborne viruses, including testing of proxy viruses for novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and influenza. While we have not tested on SARS-CoV-2 specifically, Molekule devices do meet the performance criteria recommended by the FDA guidelines for use in reducing exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in healthcare settings. That said, no air purifier can promise to prevent you from getting a virus. We strongly recommend that you review information provided by the CDC and other official sources for information and resources related to COVID-19.
For more information, check out our video on Molekule Research: Frequently Asked Questions about virus testing.
We are pleased that the NARB panel for our appeal has determined that Molekule has properly supported the claims that our revolutionary nanotechnology destroys pollutants at the molecular level. Furthermore, the panel found that our technology is effective to address air pollution, that our technology will break down even the smallest of allergens, like pollen, dust mites and dander, and importantly, that our technology successfully destroys VOCs, mold, bacteria and viruses.
We are pleased that our core technology claims were upheld in the process and look forward to continuing to deliver groundbreaking air purification technology to those who need it most.
Please read our full statement here for more details: https://molekule.science/the-full-story-behind-molekule-advertising-claims/.

Bottom line: I'm going to dig deeper to review the different products. A process I've done for over 40-years in commercial development.
New York Times review on Molekule.
According to what I've read, only UV-C kills the virus.....I'm digging into this deeper. However, if my assumption is correct, than I believe the NY Times review about their equipment not passing grade has merit. What I'm also reviewing is if the equipment has been upgraded since the February review.
Now, you may ask, why take the time?
Because if I find out the email below is a false statement and this company is telling customers that UV-C is bad, and VYST is marketing a UV-C equipment, I'd think the company would want to know.
I got this email back from them:

Hello (Dropped),
Thank you for reaching out to Molekule. I apologize for the delayed response. I understand your concern about wanting to know more about Molekule Air. I'd be happy to assist you today.
UV-C light has a higher frequency than UV-A light and thus transfers more energy when absorbed by matter. Unlike UV-A, UV-C light has enough energy to change the chemical composition of many substances, including DNA. Many purification systems use UV-C (germicidal UV), which is not only unsafe to see, but can create ozone (a lung irritant) from oxygen in the air and is only good for disinfecting surfaces. We, on the other hand, use UV-A light in combination with our PECO-coating (which is coated onto our filter surface). Our technology uses a proprietary process, photoelectrochemical oxidation (PECO), which has been shown in extensive testing to perform better than UV-C, UV-A, or even older generation photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) system.
Molekule's new medical-grade air purifier, Air Pro RX, has recently received 510(k) class II medical device clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Molekule devices meet the performance criteria recommended by the FDA guidelines for use in reducing exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in healthcare settings. This air purifier is intended for medical purposes to destroy bacteria and viruses in the air and is well-suited for use in operating rooms, emergency department waiting rooms, isolation units, and any critical or high-traffic area in healthcare facilities to provide additional frontline protection. The FDA 510(k) medical device clearance comes in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, in which the potential of airborne viruses are becoming of increasing concern.
PECO technology in every Molekule purifier meets the rigorous performance criteria outlined in FDA guidance for use in helping to destroy SARS-CoV-2, the COVID-19 virus.

X-I'm a semi-retired developer. Spent over 30-years developing and managing office, industrial, retail and apartments.
What I'm seeing going into existing buildings is questionable at best. It also does nothing that the occupant can see to take the landlord/tenants word that the air is being cleaned.
I'm in the NW and fall into the camp that this virus has been way over done. That said, I believe the media has done an excellent job at convincing the masses that the death rate is so high, they know need to protect themselves.
I reached out to the company that Capt posted here and got a written response to my questions within one-hour. What I got back was more than interesting and in fact "may" line up the Wirecutter's article.
I'm going to dig deeper and go back to Molekuke to confirm if in fact their machine is not the right tool here.
As to my interest in buying a unit;
1) I'm a large shareholder here and need to confirm what the entire market looks like.
2) I'm looking to place the UV unit directly on the POS counter to show customers that the air they breath when ordering their meal is being cleaned. Something you can't do with an in-line model.
I also plan to post sales information on the unit so the average person has a better understanding. Who knows, maybe even help the company sale a few units......
Capt, thanks for the link.
I've reached out to the company to confirm, since I happen to be in the market for one.
Their website doesn't confirm Covid or SARS, or if the equipment is medical grade. If I was them, given the current hype in the Covid market, I would have this all over MY website, assuming it kills the virus. Not saying it doesn't, just surprised it doesn't come right out and say it..........maybe I'm missing something here.
More directly, is the UV light a UV-C.
I was impressed with the general outline and product information.
Your correct about the general population likely not knowing. However, given the depth of the market, I highly doubt that this maker or VYST will be able to handle the demand that is presently taken place.
