50 mins call wait time to buy this. Does anyone know why some stocks you have to call Ameritrade instead of using the website or app?
Whosurmaster: Thanks. I've been trying to buy it since .0030. Very frustrating.
Ameritrade won't let me buy this. Says I need to use a broker and to call in. Can someone explain why I can't buy from the app or online? Anyone else having this problem?
Jnk: Ameritrade shows it at .0282
To DIONAEA: Good story!! Glad you're back on top!
If I sell some shares then buy back in at a lower price, can I rebuy the same day I sell? Or will the funds have to settle first?
Is TDA still not allowing trades on this stock?
Let me know how you like E*TRADE vs. Ameritrade. I hate that I have to calculate the number of shares for OTC stocks. I should be able to enter the dollar amount and the app calculate the shares.
Will E*TRADE allow immediate access to deposited funds for OTC stocks?
I'll be back: Are you selling all of your shares in the morning?
What are AS shares?
Where do you think the price will be in a year for this stock? What do you think the company's long term goals are for Big Token?
Where do you find information on this stock such as the date for the ticker change or any other relevant information?
Would have been nice if this stock's price would have increased in the same amount of time that TSNP increased. They had a reverse merger 3 weeks ago. Stock price was around .0029. Today it's 33 cents. I'm sure there are many millionaires after that jump in price. We're going to have to continue being patient.
jvdeve:
"No complete loss, a stock that gets SEC suspended with no bid and ask also keeps on trading, you will have people panic selling but believe it or not, you will also have people buying the blood."
Exactly!! There can't be selling if no one is buying.
brojazzy: I believe they did buy it, but have been hearing the same story for years that something great is coming, but it never comes.
New trading platform suggestions. Anyone have suggestions for OTC trading other than Ameritrade? I do not like Ameritrade for several reasons listed below and would like other options that don't have these issues. By the way, I only use Ameritrade for penny stocks.
Issues with Ameritrade:
* Cannot buy market price by dollar amount. You have to buy market by stating how many shares you want instead. Makes no sense to me when you don't know what price you'll get per share.
* If using limit buy, it doesn't automatically calculate the shares, which I find extremely handy.
* When using limit buy, it could charge you multiple fees ($6.95) until it purchases the amount you requested. One trade of mine took 6 attempts to purchase the full number of shares which cost me $6.95 x 6 in fees ($41.70). This fee amount in penny stocks can equate to a lot of shares.
* When using limit sell through their app, it doesn't state the number of shares you have. You have to back out, check your number of shares, then go back in to sell.
I hate not being able to buy this dip. Just deposited into Ameritrade, but of course, it won't post until later this week. Ugh!!!
"money2013": Why do you say GAXY will crash?
Good to hear. I hope they're able to take every bit of cash they have left. It's shameful what they did.
I agree. Anyone can say anything, good or bad. The product seems like a winner, but there is definitely a lot of fraud in the stock market so I definitely want to hear from both sides.
boston127 Why do you say the company can't be trusted?
Thank you. No, I have not reached out to them through their social media. I will, however, continue digging so I can verify their legitimacy. If my posts came off "unfriendly" it's only because my initial post for a valid phone number resulted in me being attacked. It's difficult to be nice after that so I apologize as well.
I hope these companies are legit and that they are close to commercializing. To see many of you hanging around for years is a bit discouraging especially if the "jackpot" is always a week or so away, however, I wish you and everyone else good luck.
So your evidence is Twitter? You talk about speaking with the company yet when I asked for a valid phone number, I get attacked on this board. Give me the phone number for RSAMMD and I'll set up an appointment for a tour. I'm heading to Namibia for two weeks as soon as we're allowed to fly internationally so a trip to South Africa is no problem. Matter of fact, I'll send them an email to inquire about a tour since that's the only contact information they give.
Protext lists their address in Boca Raton. I've checked the city's website of active businesses at that address, but they're not listed. That address has 200 businesses listed, but not Protext. I'll try to call the city
of Boca Raton tomorrow or Friday to point me in the right direction.
All I want to do is to verify the validity of these companies. No one should take issue with that. You can literally buy 10M shares of their stock for $3000-$4000 yet I'm being attacked as if you guys have millions on the line. Something's just not right with that kind of response.
I never said I was here 3 years. I referred to the other guy holding on to his shares for 3 years hoping and praying for a return on his money. I've been watching this "back and forth" show for weeks and when I asked if anyone had a valid phone number for Protext, I get investigated and my name gets broadcast to the message board?!? I find that interesting instead of the person just answering the question, which no one has yet answered. The most interesting of all is the issue some of the people on this board take with me wanting to find out the truth about this company. I'm being attacked because I want to know? I'm being called a liar? Something just isn't right about that at all. Then for another person to say he's spoken to both parties affiliated with both companies so I'm supposed to walk away from that with, "Yep, it's valid. Joe Schmo spoke to them. Who's Joe Schmo? Who knows, but he's spoken to the important people of each company. Did he tell you how to talk to those people? Nope, just take his word for it. Yeah ok.
Just call the number listed for TXTM. You can even call the number for Plandai. No one should take issue with anyone wanting to know if a company is valid before they throw their money at it.
And yet you addressed nothing substantial in my post? Why do you have a problem with my post due to me only posting twice? You have every opportunity to counter what I say with information yet you haven't. Have you tried calling the company? You stated I posted twice about Protext. That's because I'm American and it's easier to verify an American company than it is for me to verify an African company. That's why I had my coworker do that leg work for RSAMMD. I would love for this to be legit, but nothing is telling me it is. You can ignore the obvious because of your own hope, but I'd rather have real information to go on. So again, good luck to you. Being here 3 years, you obviously have the patience to keep holding. Hold away.....
Stop the Insanity: I believe you're correct about these companies. I did my own research and cannot find anything substantial. I've called several numbers for Protext and I do not believe they are legitimately a company. I had my African coworker reach out to his family member in South Africa to dig into RSAMMD and he said there are no good credentials for this company. I, too, believe this entire thing is a sham and I appreciate you being persistent. Good luck to all and I suppose building enough hype combined with fake PR could bring volume leading to a slight increase in stock price. With millions of shares, that could lead to a good return.
Anyone have current information for ProText? I called the number listed (516-802-0223), but that is NOT the correct number. I'm wondering about the address now if it's legit.
