Delgado is the wild card. He can continue to pilfer the company or start filing the necessary SEC documents and reporting on the collection process.
Interesting. A filing to sell as many as 200,000,000 shares.

In order to file a petition with the supreme court, would the Bolzans need to post a bond?
Nothing has been stopping GDSI from collecting since winning the initial judgment (at least outside of Brazil). Anyone have any clues as to why we haven’t heard of any monies being collected yet?
Thank you, now we all should all do the same.
I’m not sure about the legalities of shareholders touting a stock but all I’m suggesting is we post the company published press release. This news is way bigger than the current price and volume.
GDSI is unknown.
I agree that the toxic financing and failure to collect any funds to date are negatives, but what’s holding this down is other than a handful of shareholders no one knows about the news.
Unless you follow the stock, the press release won’t just magically pop up on potential investors screens.
Delgado needs to do a better job as the CEO of promoting and broadcasting this fantastic news.
Any suggestions on how we can help get the word out? Post the press release on multiple investment blogs, or send it to penny stock promoters? I’m open to suggestions. This stock should be north of $0.10 and I have too much time and money invested to just wait.
Eqinvestor, I’m a long time GDSI shareholder and have been following the court case, appeal, and this blog. Over the years your predictions have been extraordinarily accurate beyond what I would consider reasonable for a casual observer. Are you at liberty to say how you are affiliated with the company? Are you a former employee, a friend of Delgado or an associate with one of the law firms?
My gut says something is up.
Do you have an opinion why they haven't collected anything up to this point? Legally they could have started the collection process after the judgment?
Also, do you think the Bolzon's appeal to a higher court and if so, does that stop the collections outside the USA again?
Agreed, but why?
1. The Bolzan’s have no assets in the USA? Possibly
2. Delgado has an ulterior motive for holding down the share price?
Couldn't have gone better.

Where is the Appellate Court? Hopefully not in Tampa...
Is it criminal for a public company to be using a false address and not have a working phone number? I’ve sent a letter to the company twice only to have it returned with no forwarding address. I’ve also called the phone number listed to find out it was reassigned to another unaffiliated business.
I think we can all agree that regardless of how you feel about Mr. Delgado, he is not doing us shareholders any favors. He seems to be lining his own pockets at our expense. If he had faith in this company, he would do the right thing and wait for the payout like the rest of us. Especially considering how many shares he has.
What do you think about emailing the SEC?
There seems to be so many questionable financial decisions made solely to benefit Mr. Delgado, I think it deserves investigation.
I don’t know how much satisfaction I will get, but I’m going to email the SEC and request a review of GDSI. Maybe if enough shareholders do the same, a review of GDSI and Mr. Delgado would be opened?
The email address I was given is FrankE@sec.gov
Delgado $820,000 Bonus???
Page 25 of the latest 10Q
"The overall change in operating expenses is mainly due to the bonus paid to the CEO of approximately $820,000, as well as the increase in consulting services during the six months ended June 30, 2021"
How can he justify this? I guess as the only officer and only board member he doesn't have to.
Why do you think BSF agrees so easily to extensions?
Because other than me, you and the other 6 people on this board nobody knows about this little penny stock with a huge potential.
Mr. Delgado should be doing some PR work and promote his company. It's actually a pretty good story. I wonder why he's not ???
What's your guess on any collections during the appeal?
Trust me, I hope you are right!!!
But a public company with No Sales, No Office, No Phone, and No Board of Directors is lacking proper leadership. I want GDSI to succeed as much as anyone but clearly Delgado needs help.
I think some of the investors on this board are drinking the Kool-Aide, I was for a couple of years…
If Delgado has done all these wonderful things; bringing the company's financials current, settling all the outstanding lawsuits from previous management, acquiring a company that has an aircraft safety patented system which is about to get FAA approval, and winning a $192M court case why is the stock $0.03?
More importantly, what if anything is he doing about it?
It is difficult as a shareholder to have an opinion other than negative about Bill. I am not an accountant, but it appears from the 10Q that a company with $0.00 revenue spent $12,000,000.00. Where did that money go? Not towards the lawsuit which was funded by an investment firm.
DD,I appreciate your posts and look forward to hearing the update from the horses mouth.
I hope you have Mr. Delgado’s personal phone number because the company phone number has been reassigned to another business. When I could not reach them by phone, I mailed a letter which was returned “Undeliverable”.
I am starting to think we are in trouble and believe the general opinion of Mr. Delgado!!!
It's the first I'm hearing of it.
Do you have any reason to believe it is?
Then it must be true....
From the 2/18/21 press release...
The company is in the process of formally engaging Brazilian counsel to commence collection efforts on the Rontan plant and associated assets controlled by the Bolzans.
I was surprised to see they are trying to appeal decisions made in 2019 & 2020. Isn't there a time limit?
Thank Goodness !!!
Judges ruling is out.
I'm not sure I understand.
"Plaintiff is awarded specific performance and the Parties are ordered to comply with the SPA to close the transaction."
So we won the right to purchase the company? Pay $100 million for a company worth $100 million that potentially has tax liabilities and mortgages?
Is this a win, or am I reading it wrong?
I thought Rontan had to file in response to GDSI's filing?
You don't think both sides get an extension???
I know that....
There seems to be another filing by GDSI which showed up on docketbird after 5:00
What's this new filing on Docketbird?
25912/01/2020NOTICE by Global Digital Solutions, Inc. re [258] Order, Terminate Motions
Does the Judge wait for Rontan's response before deciding on the latest GDSI filings?
That's terrible news and hopefully their attorney doesn't know as much about the law as you.
So much for the right to a speedy trial.
Do you think Judge Middlebrooks would allow another stall tactic?
Is it safe to assume that BSF does not make these decisions unilaterally. Why would Mr. Delgado or maybe parabellum agree to a continuance.
After I asked who he was I did look him up. Not knowing anything about him, as a partner with KPMG has to carry a certain amount of respect with the court.
Thank you for given us your perspective on the events.
Who's J. P Trouilliot?
The latest filing was not what I expected. I thought BSF was going to file a compelling argument to deny rontan's motion?
Maybe that's coming Thursday, and this was filed by the 11/10 deadline in accordance with the judges order.
This seems very good.
