Judges ruling is out.
I'm not sure I understand.

"Plaintiff is awarded specific performance and the Parties are ordered to comply with the SPA to close the transaction."

So we won the right to purchase the company? Pay $100 million for a company worth $100 million that potentially has tax liabilities and mortgages?

Is this a win, or am I reading it wrong?
