PM I agree. This was a surprise. Believe tho upcoming cash needs for applications/submissions. But selling at .62 - ugh.
Poor Man: At the one-yard line. So to say…
IMO the absence of ASM speaks for itself with regard to the company’s perception of the strategic materiality of a JA. I can see that concern being trumped by some ultimate development - MHRA approval being the obvious - however the timing of that possibility does not seem to suit management’s ASM obligation. So here we sit.
No bc there has not been a public offering. Also whatever is “TLD” is subject to interpretation.
Pity. Clearly
BSB: thanks. Have a great day!
He is an individual investor. GLTU
Stonk- I believe it is a misinterpretation of IWAD’s post that the company is presently selling or willing to sell Class C shares to individual investors. I was confused about this point and he kindly clarified for me that this is not the case.
CO thx for clarification of newly authorized Class C shares.
flip, see PM post 498475 with regard to investment series nomenclature
Don’t mean to challenge your post but I cannot read the two posts consonantly
Best
If 5/10 had not cratered the SP (if you buy that theory) this Class C could be at $1.50+ or more. Just sayin…
Is there a change in majority voting status with the Class C plus management? Or perhaps including estimated Friendlies? Sorry if this is a poor question but it seems important.
CO/PM or others would you mind providing a brief explanation of why 25x preferred being issued/available to issue suggests BO in the present context. TIA
Age 70 here. Got plans. Let’s go.
Thx flipper. More excellent dd you are generously sharing.
Iron Mike - hey back off on flipper. Even if something s/he thinks is likely to occur doesn’t happen does in no regard suggest that s/he should ignore all other considerations and sell out. Seriously you typically bring usually reasonable balance/skepticism/call what you will but this challenge you know is just BS
Thanks SeniorPlatinum. Good to hear from someone not perseverating here daily.
Thx BB my friend. Need that kind of considered optimism from time to time.
Congrats both
Thanks diver. Very interesting.
Lock and daniel: The time that has passed in waiting for an article is a sore point for many, me included. However you are leaving out a credible factoid when you argue that article could/should have been in the works and the delay is not excusable for that reason. (It is a fair inference that this is your ultimate criticism). Specifically, shortly after data lock the company announced TLD would be released “within weeks or months” (words to that effect - I don’t recall and the question is immaterial to my point). Quite clearly the company did not intend to publish. The statement is imo credible for a very likely true reason: the company did not announce TLD as predicted and thereby opened itself to strong criticism.
So by deduction I conclude that plans changed, and specifically, that the plan not to publish became a plan to publish. And, from this apparent change in plans, I conclude that a publication is highly likely to be positive since publication of poor/adverse results (as a general proposition) would not be a reason to delay TLD and incur shareholder wrath.
So I believe that these events ultimately bode well, although the longer the delay the increase in possibility of a different result/black swan/financing issues etc.
GLTL let’s get the damn show on the road!!
bio thanks for the correction and additional info - my misunderstanding of the point under discussion. Helpful, as usual.
Management has privately denied that anything is held up due to FDA acceptance of non-control arm data.
Judge I was gonna say the same thing as Soj said but I am without basis in the dark art of TA. Soj, thanks!! Judge, Your Honor, I know this is not “thin air” but your reading of the tea leaves … I mean technical analysis.
Higher RSI forever or at least for a long material period of time!!!
Soj/Ike. Depending on the terms of the supplier contract. Which presumably was drafted with anti-hostile takeover considerations in mind.
antihama your reply is well outside of my very limited subject matter expertise however it seems to me that comparing Sotorasib (a targeted treatment and application) and DC-direct FDA approval is not an apples to apples but more an apples to alligator comparison what with the complexities of the P3 trial, historical
controls, pseudo progression, limited immunological precedent, and other material confounding factors. Aside from the resources brought to bear or not.
I’d happily settle for 2x of the Sotorasib approval process (4 months).
Hopefully you’re on to something here.
Thanks for your illuminating reply. Have a great evening.
Hope it would be great if you’re right. However, the meaning of the PR is identical with or without the “to date” qualifier. Hard to infer much from that in this case IMO.
antihama if I may ask: Why was end of July your prediction for BTD (if that happens)? In other words, what happened or was communicated in May 10 that prompted this prediction. TIA very much!!
Hoff- thanks for providing your more nuanced and thorough information on these application questions. Best wishes
Iron Mike: before 5/10 I would not have given your thesis much of a likelihood of occurrence. While I have only acquired and not sold, I cannot by any means at this time have any confidence that you are wrong. I’m any event GLTA! Further, let’s get the da** show on the road!
Speaking of ASM, does anyone know on what basis the company might justify not holding within 13 months of the last ASM? I am not opining in the affirmative but I do not know and have not seen a proffered justification or suggested exception.
Americans look American wherever we go Hair, clothes, stride, attitude (seen as arrogance) shoes.
cintrix-fidelity is zero commission for otc at least in retirement accounts. I find TD’s customer service far superior but they are $6.95
Hi kab- yes know that’s in the k but that is old info. Thanks!
PM: Didn’t mean to pile on I see others have made the same point. Best regards—
Poor Man love you and your posts and agree with you on much but with respect to looking backwards at warrants granted as part of financing - I 100% assume and expect those deals were the best available alternative so I am not sure I agree with the premise of your criticism.
Thx and ignoring cashless that’s better than I thought. Enjoy the holiday!
Dennisdave thanks very much. Can you pls remind me what % of outstanding shares are held by known insiders?
Captain or anyone - is there any way to estimate of the overall (average) price to exercise the warrants that are being converted?
Appreciate your conviction. Glad your are here.
