Unfortunately, the OTC is like the Wild West and CEO’s can get away will a lot. Hard to know if something illegal has happened or if it is just unethical behavior. Either way we are all screwed at this point and still hoping there is some upside here but sorry I got back into this mess.
Is there anything to say positive here or are we just caught in a relentless negativity, seeing the SP continuing to drop?
This is greatly disappointing yet again, after putting a lot of money into this and recommending it to several people. Nash over promises and under delivers on a continuous basis.
HD - you mimicking what Nash says makes your stance questionable. Not that I blame you but we have to look at the source (Nash) who has been totally unreliable.
Hopefully, the acquisitions will come through and we will see some upward momentum in the SP but who the hell knows at this point.
Got the same response as well. Just an attempt to placate investors without any meaningful and significant action. IMO
Slim - I would really be interested in hearing your list of grievances, if you’re willing to post them here. Maybe you have in past posts but still would like to see them.
Sent email to info@xalles.com about the lack of communication.
I continue to be positive here primarily based upon the last conference call and what Nash said are the strategic goals for the company plus the increase in revenues. I don't think Nash would have these goals just to miss them like what has happened previously with acquisitions. He must be fully aware that a continued inability to reach objectives would have a very detrimental to both his reputation and the company. All of these factors plus what some people on this board have communicated has been in the direction of holding to find out what happens. The Q is not far away and hopefully the acquisitions will happen soon. My major criticism has been on the perception of lack of marketing and promotion.
It is obvious that Nash is ignoring basic marketing, promotion and branding. Not sure what is stated by only wanting to do PR's with substantial news. Does not really tell us what rises to the level of "substantial" in Nash's mind.
So far the Bears have been correct on this. Wondering how much the Q will help at this point unless it is backed up by the three acquisitions. Nash better come through with some major news soon.
HD, I am not real clear on what you want to achieve especially with someone now putting up a wall of over 4mil shares. Do you think that throwing more on the ask will help?
I am dumbfounded by the lack of marketing that this company has shown. It is as though Nash thinks he can operate in a vacuum and just hang shareholders out to dry. No way to know what will prompt him to do something with promotion. Maybe he thinks he can do whatever he wants to do and if the market catches on fine and if not fine. In other words a very low bar.
I am retiring and moving to France were I can certainly use the money for funding my later years in Euros. Will be great if this thing comes to fruition.
Let's hope that silence is golden.
We probably will never know the real reasons behind the acquisition with Loyalty Superstore not being finalized but it is definitely another misstep by Nash whether it was caused by him or not. Lets hope that he is not making any more errors with the 3 acquisitions slated to close this quarter.
I am sure all the longs feel the same way. For as much money as I have in this, it is rather painful to watch.
Come on Nash, give us something of real substance!!!
Not clear on what you mean by early, possibly not hear anything until mid-August? Clearly, a long freaking wait!
Would like this to go the .50 but don't know how long that might take.
Agreed, they just need to get more funding to keep the ball rolling. Hopefully, we will hear something soon. But who the hell knows...
When and if they announce a major contract this thing is going to fly. Been holding here for a couple years. Hopefully, they do have something big is the works. This has been going up as of late, it seems somebody knows something behind the scenes.
It looks like once positive news breaks this will easily go above .01. Common Nash... we are eagerly waiting for something great to happen.
By gosh your right but at least it closed green.
Good to see some green here but wish it would gap up and continue in an upward trajectory. Not much will happen until we get something from Nash. Just trying to be patient like all the longs here. Waiting for the good times to roll.
This freaking battle btw. bears/bulls is going to go on until we get confirmation. Come on Nash let's hear something. This is getting to be a real drag. Plus seeing this go into the crapper is not a good feeling.
Nash's lack of communication really shows a weakness as a CEO. HD - hopefully your pushing will ignite a fire under him. But I really wonder how much he will act to boost the SP. Historically, he has not done much.
I wonder how many die hard longs are here but in any case we are all waiting for something good to happen. Nash has his own timeline but he sure as hell could be more informative of current operations. With all the companies under the Xalles holdings there has to be news that can be given to the public.
All the previous talk that with an off take agreement the stock would increase in value. Wonder what is happening there and if there is any truth to that.
All I can say is that they need to start producing revenues and get more funding. It looks like $600k in notes are due in Q1 '24. The company has been completely quite and it's hard to know what they are thinking.
Sello - do you have any insights?
HD - a lot of what you say makes sense, but it’s still just speculation or you could say an educated guess. The reality is that a lot of traders who traded on speculation seem to have left the OTC market from several years ago. Hopefully more money will be coming back into the market and in particular to XALL once it gets noticed by showing increasing revenues and growth. Like you I am looking to ride this at least to the end of the year.
We have a situation with people on two different sides, is the glass half empty or half full. On top of that the manipulation that the MM's are doing. This is the second time I have been in this and lost money before. All indications is that Nash is above board and wanting to make a success of XALL. I have been persuaded to put a lot in with the anticipation of big things happening with eyes wide open that the whole thing could blow up. Always a risk and especially in the OTC. It has been frustrating that the company is trading so low and not matching it's valuation. It also is frustrating that Nash is doing radio silence and just sending out tweets to a limited audience of people that already hold shares. Definitely, more can be done to expand awareness of the company. It is going to be a long slog until the quarterly comes out and will it do much? Perhaps the next acquisitions will provide a catalyst, we certainly need one. I am not giving up just because the situation looks pretty pathetic and certainly wish it was different. Only time will tell if this really has any potential or not. In the meantime we are all stuck with this unless we sell out.
Looks like this will continue to slide down on low volume. Very disappointing that the company is not doing more to garner interest in new investors. Seems like most of the longs have reached their maximum including me.
Trying to get filled at .0042. Looks like we are all attempting to get a good deal on more shares.
Slim, do you really think the longs here will simply sell out because of your logic?
Would be good if Josh Harris said more about the company and how they plan to get a larger share of the market.
Sure is a lot of BS on this board. It is too bad not much of substance is being said. It’s going to be a long wait for Q2 report, hopefully more info will come from Nash.
It is not just production, they need contracts and revenue!!!!
Just wonder how much lower it will go with the Q2 report one month out. Somebody is soaking up shares. I am considering getting more if this gets any lower, too good to pass up.
This news should at least double the valuation. IMO
From where XALL is now that seems like a huge mountain to climb and kinda pie in the sky. Not to say that it couldn't happen but gives me images of the "Little Train That Could"
We don’t know how high this can go next year but many of the longs here think we will do quite well. Only time will tell.
All of us shareholders will just have to sit on our hands on the sidelines, waiting for something to drop.
