Having an updated website is all well and good but where are the installations of kiosks and customers?
If CashX could start producing real revenues and expand their kiosks we could have something but unfortunately they have shown no evidence of this happening. We are left with nothing but promotions without any customers actually buying. If CashX was such a successful idea why did they need to go with Xalles in the first place?
Probably doubtful that Nash will ever address shareholders directly. He obviously doesn’t care that the sp is hovering just above trips as long as he can continue to dump shares. Will he ever find something of value to bring to Xalles? The annual report was a big nothing as far as effecting the sp, Traders must be very apprehensive to say the least.
Unless Nash comes up with some major advances all we can look forward to is the same BS.
CashX seems like just another shell company without any real revenue. The fact that they can’t come up with more kiosk locations just validates this view. The business model apparently is not being accepted by potential customers so there is no reason for stores to install them in their locations. Simply an idea that is shown to be not viable in the real world if they can’t capture customers. Would like to be proven wrong but this is how it appears.
It is only Nash that can turn this around and he is either unable and or unwilling, thus far, to take the necessary actions. We are just stuck in this mess and it’s extremely difficult to see anything positive right now
Yeah been waiting and holding for years for this to get going…. Come on Isaiah make something happen!!!
Probably these two latest acquisitions, even if they go through won’t do much for the SP. And all these shell companies seem to be just for show and not producing revenue. Xalles is just one big game of cards designed by Nash. The man seems to have no integrity. I would certainly like to be proven wrong, and see some kind of turn around here. Is it even worth continuing to hold shares? I am sitting at a big loss here.
How will you know if the SEC or FBI taken any action?
Nash’s actions are very disturbing but the biggest disappointment is the continued dumping. It is continually keeping the sp down with no end in sight. Even any positive news whether true or not will be offset by dilution. All Nash is offering is a huge can of worms. Too bad the only thing shareholders can do is watch the mess happen. HD - good luck on your efforts to take him to court.
Shocking there is a little green here this morning. What the heck in going on? So used to this being driven down.
Not certain how to regard this news. Is there a positive here. Really would like to know how much revenue is being produced.
You certainly could be right about CashX kiosks. No reason at this point to believe anything that Xalles says. Just a total fiasco.
Hard to have any confidence here when this is just more dumping and downward sp. Wonder if it is Nash but who knows. Anyway, he is missing his self imposed window of releasing the financials by the end of the month. Big surprise.
All predicated upon these businesses becoming successful. But as we have seen Nash picks many companies that really have questionable business models, little to no real revenue or customers. Really wonder what his criteria is for selecting companies. Certainly, is not showing a significant history of success.
How can we believe anything that Nash says at the point? He has a long way to go to build any credibility.
Just keep waiting, thinking that Nash could come up with some revenue producing companies but really he has such little to offer. Just more scrape off the bottom businesses that have not shown any success. Besides, what companies want to work with him when they look at how under performing Xalles has been. All these so called incubation companies in Xalles that merely sit there, not producing revenue and just stagnating. Or at least that's what it looks like. At least Woosender appears to be making some revenue but who knows if Nash can close the deal and at what cost to SP? Maybe something will happen in the future to create a run but based on this history, it is a real long shot.
All well and good to have the ability to purchase the production machines but where are the contracts to provide the products? What is the timeframe to see a revenue stream? So far, OWPC has been lackluster and a pretty bad investment. Really need more positive news.
Hard to find anything on the internet regarding Fluid Tech and no web site. Nash really must look under a lot of rocks to come up with these flops. Then make them sound like successful cutting edge businesses. What is the point? Certainly, a stretch to think that they really can be anything other than struggling ventures with little to any future. Just seems like more BS.
Ok TOM you’re so hot on CashX. Do the research and provide the addresses of the installations since this has been such a raving success. The question is if CashX was able to do all that with a successful business model what did they need Xalles for this in the first place? Certainly Nash’s marketing, advertising, and distribution is not the case. Otherwise, CashX would be expanding exponentially. It seems that the technology is not being accepted by consumers. How many companies fail from lack of market acceptance? The answer is tons and to date this seems like just another one on a long list. Come up with something tangible TOM before you criticize others here.
Nash has a long way to go as integrity. Without audited financials, we really don’t know what is the actual status of Xalles. But that is probably not gonna happen with a CEO who has hid so much from shareholders. Hard to have any positive expectations at this point he is at a low bar for producing results.
CashX is so successful in North America with their one installation, hell why don’t they just expand worldwide? Just seems like a bunch of B.S.
CashX has been such a great success.they can’t come up with one more than one installation. What a joke. Amazing what these companies can get away with.
Maybe not a matter of if Nash will dump more but when. Maybe he wants to see if he can drive Xalles to .0001. Obviously, he doesn’t care one iota about shareholders
Stockholders might have a chance here if Nash quit dumping. Without funding, it’s the easiest way to raise capital but sure keeps away potential investors. What is so great about a business model that has shown such little success? Nash puts on a show with little substance.
These PR’s make things sound so great but the outcome is typically no where near how they sound. Just a lot of blue sky fluff. Sure makes me feel foolish for falling for Nash’s deceptive tactics. Without audited financials we have no way of knowing what is actually happening. Simply at the mercy of Nash and the MM’s it seems.
If they continue to dump shares they will drive the sp right into the ground. Not much to look forward to here. Nash has made this total train wreck and shows no sign of turning this around.
As much as I would like to see Nash pay for all the lies and deception. I simply don’t have the financial capacity to hire a lawyer to go after him. This is probably what he figures that shareholders don’t have the means to go after him. So if anyone does that would be great because he certainly should be facing some consequences. So much of the OTC seems to be one type of scam or another but this one has been real can of worms. Hard to know what is real here anymore with all that is happened. Any new people who are reading this board are probably steering clear of Xalles.
Is there anything to be positive about anymore or will this just continue downward? How many longs are willing to hold on for a potential run?

Have you been in contact with an attorney and what is his view on the potential of winning a lawsuit?
If this is Nash just dumping, it is obvious he could care less about the effect on shareholders. The lack of communication about where things are headed probably means the sp will continue going down. Hard to have any optimism. To say it’s disappointing is an understatement.

Hopefully, they have a marketing and advertising effort to drive people to the web site and actually purchase plus a distribution plan to get shelf space at locations. Simply having a web site will not make a success.
It looks like another failed acquisition with Woosender. Nash just puts shareholders and on ignore rather than mentioning anything as though we don’t notice. Nothing changes.
One more CBD muscle rub on the market already saturated with products is no game changer here. Isaiah has to come up with something more otherwise it is just another long slog barely keeping the doors open.
It is definitely easier to be pessimistic based on Nash’s history. Acquiring a company that is revenue producing seems to be a bridge to far especially without the funding he is unable to obtain. Companies are probably very skeptical of Xalles just based on its history.
Even so someone has been buying a lot of shares down here. They must be anticipating some upward movement. Could it be they see something we don’t? Or is it just pure speculation?
All the shareholders can complain about Nash’s lack of integrity and use of deception but without any leverage there is nothing to stop his conduct. So much of what has happened just seems to be one failure after another leading to where the sp is today. Not just lack of integrity but lack of successful leadership.
There is no getting around the fact that Nash has deceived shareholders for years, whether intentionally or simply really bad management. Is it possible he could start holding himself to higher standards? Would really like to see more positive results.
