LGBS .0018 NEWS>> Legends Business Group, Inc. – In Process of Applying for Restorer Charger (RC) US Patent
Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), today has announced that they are in the process of applying for a patent for their second product in the Zombie Chargers line; the Restorer Charger (RC). This will now become the second device for which Legends will have submitted an application for a U.S. patent.
“The Restorer Charger patent is one of the last few steps in preparation before we accept preorders for our Zombie Charger product line,” said Rudy Sablon, LGBS’s President and CEO. “With the promising results from our Restorer Chargers (RC) performance testing, we feel that we must protect our intellectual property rights.”
Back on November 28, 2012 Legends announced testing had been completed on the Restorer charger by a third party testing facility. Overall, the RC findings showed that eight out of the ten batteries taken directly from a junkyard were able to be restored having passed a final load test with cold cranking amperage ratings which were at or above the manufacturers represented value on the battery. This is a huge achievement for our green energy aspirations.
According the US Patent and Trademark Office, a patent is an intellectual property right granted by the Government of the United States of America to an inventor, or owner of patent, the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling the invention throughout the United States or importing the invention into the United States.
Additionally Legends wants to acknowledge that the company has been extremely focused on testing, certifying, and preparing our products for manufacture. This preparation has led to delays in other areas such as the Zombie Chargers website and revisions on the logo. The company is in the final construction of its new homepage and would like to advise all shareholders and the public alike to please check in soon and see our progress. LGBS .0021 NEWS>>> Legends Business Group, Inc. – Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC) On Solar Powered Golf Cart Currently Being Tested At Save The Chimps (STC) Sanctuary In Florida
Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), today announced the company has continued testing the MFCC on a solar powered golf cart; an experiment announced back on August 07, 2012. The MFCC’s next level of testing was administered on a utility golf cart at Save The Chimps (STC), the world’s largest chimpanzee sanctuary located in Fort Pierce, FL (www.savethechimps.org).
On October 15, 2012, STC contacted Legend’s Business Group inquiring about an article in their local paper regarding the MFCC testing press release; Legends Business Group, Inc. Independently tests Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC) on solar powered golf cart. “Save the Chimps uses electric golf carts almost exclusively for transportation of staff and supplies to the 13 chimpanzee islands and buildings that make up our 150 acre chimpanzee sanctuary,” said Jen Feuerstein, Save The Chimps Sanctuary Director. “I was excited to read about the possibility of solar powered golf carts, because such an innovation would be both environmentally friendly (something very important to us at STC) as well as a savings for our organization on our electric bill.” STC, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1997 by Carole Noon, PH.D, to provide and build support for permanent sanctuary for the lifelong care of chimpanzees rescued. It is now home to nearly 300 chimpanzees rescued from research laboratories, entertainment and pet trade, and they are now permanent residents on a beautiful 150 acre rescue sanctuary.
“The ability to test the MFCC and at the same time help a wonderful organization like Save The Chimps is one of the best real worlds tests we could have asked for,” said Rudy Sablon, LGBS’s President and CEO. “It was an eye opening experience visiting the STC, they an amazing sanctuary and Legends is proud to be part of this experience in any capacity.”
Legends main goal at the STC site is to independently test and record the MFCC’s solar charging abilities on a third party’s golf cart using real world conditions while not using a conventional style charger plugged directly into any power outlet. “The sanctuary’s off road terrain and around the clock use is the perfect test ground to push the MFCC’s solar power golf cart kit to its limits.” Said Sablon. Legends found during a tour of the sanctuary and installation of the MFCC, that the golf cart was in the prefect setting for extreme testing. The STCs environment was extremely dusty, humid, and had an overall rugged terrain; which are just some of the conditions the MFCC will be subjected to everyday while providing care for these Chimpanzees.
Legend’s real world solar golf cart test consists of taking an ordinary utility golf cart, replacing its roof with a custom solar panel, and then testing its durability and off the gird functionality. Installed on the cart was a custom frame enclosing a 170 watt solar power panel, the MFCC, and an externally mounted volt meter to record resting voltage twice a day for the next several weeks. Legends plans to announce the MFCC solar cart results periodically as the testing data is collected and analyzed. During the initial installation the golf carts batteries were recorded resting at 49.5V. Within the first half hour of the solar panel installation, the batteries were already displaying a resting reading of 49.9V volts. The MFCC utilizes complex charging algorithms in association with bi-directional feedback to attain the optimal charging sequence for each charging session. Unlike conventional chargers, which tend to use only one method and one direction, the MFCC digitally and thermally continuously adjusts throughout the charging cycle. The net result is more energy stored along with higher resting voltage and longer battery life. Pictures will be soon posted to the website. Please visit http://www.legendspower.com
Save the Chimps provides safety, privacy, lifetime care, freedom from exploitation, and the best captive care possible to the 300 some chimpanzees that live at its Sanctuary. Donations provide the necessary funds to feed the chimps three fresh daily meals of fruits and vegetables; provide first-rate medical care for all the chimps; and help STC’s maintain the 12 three acre island homes that allow the chimps the space and freedom to wander to their hearts content. Please help by visiting https://www.savethechimps.org/donate and make a donation today.

LGBS .0038 NEWS!! MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 28, 2012) - Legends Business Group (PINKSHEETS: LGBS), today announced the Restorer Chargers (RC) has been undergoing performance testing over the last several weeks. Testing has been completed by a third party testing facility and they have submitted their preliminary testing report for review.
Legends is pleased to disclose the performance testing results on the company's second product, the Restorer Chargers (RC); to be added to the upcoming Zombie Chargers product line. On November 15, 2012 Legends announced it had authorized their main manufacturer to research and obtain a third party testing facility thus keeping the company at arm's length of the testing.
The Restore Charger's performance test was expected to verify the claim that the Zombie Battery Restorer is capable of reconditioning common discarded lead-acid batteries used mostly in the automotive industry. The RC is designed to recover 12 V lead acid batteries ranging from 4 Ah in capacity and above. The RC's primary function is to restore mostly older, non-functioning batteries, which will no longer take a charge using the standard chargers available on the market today. Using proprietary programming and pulse-charging techniques, this technology is claimed to overcome several of the limitations of existing technologies; the inability to reverse the negative effects of early failure due to sulfation on a battery's plates and thus the inability of restoring a battery to a like new status.
Based on the results of this investigation, the data shows significant improvement in the capacity of restored lead-acid batteries after being subjected to the Restore Charger. Overall, the findings showed that eight out of the ten batteries taken directly from the junkyard that were restored and tested, passed a final load test with cold cranking amperage ratings, which were at or above the manufactures represented value on the battery. While it is outside of the scope of this investigation to determine the long-term effects of the Zombie Restorer on the test batteries, a qualitative third load test, conducted about two weeks later, showed that the batteries still retained a substantial quantity of their charge, and continued to give acceptable cold cranking amperage values.
"Testing results from the Restorer Charger were over and above with what the company expected," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. "We can't wait to show our shareholders and the public the independent testing report itself." Legends will post these final testing results for the Restorer Charger on the website in the next week or so. Please Visit: http://www.legendspower.com/current_projects.php
Initially performance testing was expected to be conducted on the company's first announced product, the Multi-Function Charger MFCC. Due to delays in finding and negotiating with an independent testing facility, the MFCC's performance testing started after the Restorer Charger. Testing has now started on the MFCC and the company expects the test results will be out soon.
During the process of reviewing information for our audit, it was found that there was an error in the Freely Tradable Shares (Public Float). This information was corrected in Item VI of the 2012 Third Quarter Narrative; Freely Tradable Shares (Public Float) for Years 2010 - Current as posted on November 14, 2012 and we would like to further clarify this change.
The company found that an error had occurred during the Annual 2010 report, which disclosed the Public Float at 1,124,215,000. During the Public Float calculation prior management applied the issuance of shares purchased from Intercontinental Systech, Inc. merger and the majority ownership change to Rolando Sablon as belonging to the public float figure in that 2010 Annual Report.
This calculation was found to be incorrect as these shares were restricted at the time of issue and still are, and should not have been reflected in the Freely Tradable Shares (Public Float) figure for that year. This item was discovered during the company's current ongoing audit, and has now been corrected going forward. Please see the company's financials and narrative for more information.
