So you're thinking 1:1 on the share exchange is fairly likely?
I get the feeling the business model for Emergent Health Corp is being completely revamped and that past announcements can be disregarded at this point. Something new will likely emerge, it's just difficult to say when.
I'm beginning to wonder if the reverse split is even happening at this point.
I've not been able to locate this PR. If possible, please provide a link. Thank you.
It should be about time for a quarterly report.
Morrison taking over as President/CEO of Apollo Biowellness is a positive move. He's shifting to Chairman of the Board at Emergent and this involvement with both companies places him in the perfect position to coordinate with Boustead going forward.
Having never owned shares of a stock that executed a "spin out," I'm going to defer to those here who may have some experience with the process. In general, and I'm sure it varies, what type of timeframe are we looking at for completing this? Thanks in advance!
The company has tweeted that "exciting news" is on the way. I hope whatever they announce can actually attract some real volume and get this moving north. I suspect it's going to take multiple positive announcements to get EMGE back to pennies, but it can happen.
That's a lot of volume right out of the gate. I'm wondering if someone knows something.
From what I can gather, that acquisition did take place. Like so many other aspects of the EMGE story, this has a lot of potential.
It will be interesting to see where EMGE's PPS is at this time next year. IF management is able to execute their plan, we could see a price significantly above the current 52-week high. We shall see.
There was some talk back in August of EMGE moving up to the OTCQB. If that's still in the works, it's another factor that could push the PPS.
I must confess that I did not expect the company to remain silent this long. I believe they will eventually communicate with us, but when this will happen is hard to say at this point.
I posted a similar thought to this previously, but with the right news and a few days with volume several times what we're seeing now, we'll be looking at .10 in the rearview mirror.
Given that viewpoint, you should not purchase shares of EMGE and should sell any shares you might currently own. It's quite simple really.
It does look good! This company is just getting started and big things are coming.
Thanks for keeping track of the SS. Yes, that market cap is way too low. There are stocks with much bigger floats and far less going for them trading at 20 times where we are right now. We'll get there.
I agree. Breaking .02 would start to place EMGE on the right path and it wouldn't take much volume to do it.
When a major catalyst comes along - something big enough to increase this light volume by a factor of 5 or 10 - EMGE could run over .10 in very short order.
I was also impressed by what I heard in the video and took a position today. I don't believe the share price will remain in the current range for much longer.
I've just become aware of this company. What a fantastic product line! I may have to buy some shares here.
I've been looking into this one and like what I see. I may pick up some shares early next week when funds become available.
I have a question for anyone who might have knowledge and experience in the area of spin-offs. What might be considered a typical pro rata ratio for number of shares in the new company issued to shareholders vs. number of shares held with the parent company? Thanks in advance.
CTXR has been dead in the water for a while now. I'm wondering if the right news can push this one into the $2.50-3.00 range.
Depending on the nature of the partnership, this could be quite beneficial for both the company and shareholders.
Yes, it's starting to look like $10+ could happen here over time. There are a lot of positive catalysts.
Yes, these rumors have been making the rounds. I hope there is some substance to them.
Thank you so much for providing this information. These developments could have a very positive impact on CTXR going forward.
CTXR is looking stronger and stronger. I would love to see this stock make it into the $3 to $4 range over the next couple of months.
A pullback of some sort is likely inevitable over the next several trading days, but it might not go as low as 1.30. Maybe somewhere in between that level and the current price, but I'm just guessing. We shall see.
I've been holding shares for a while now and have seen nothing like this. I get the feeling someone knows something.
I believe .10 is doable here, but it's going to take a LOT more volume.
I was just making light of the frequency with which the term is being used of late. I like to think of myself as being on the "Delayed Profits" plan. :) Anyway, yes, patience is key.
Oh, I have no particular reason to exit 3 cents from now (should the price get there) if things look good for a run to higher levels. I'm just watching for now.
People keep referring to "bagholders" on this board. Well, I resemble that remark! Ha ha! I hold a grand total of 18,000 shares that I purchased back in early October - yes, horrible timing, I know. Anyway, if the PPS goes up another 3 cents or so, I'll be even! I was beginning to wonder if that would ever look remotely possible. Maybe, eh?
I agree. I'm going to hold some shares just to see where this goes. $2 or $3 is conceivable, but that's going to take a substantial catalyst.
The scenario you describe for CLSI would be extremely positive, and not just for company shareholders. I hope it comes to fruition.
Liz is free to do whatever she chooses to do in that regard.
It will happen when it happens. This is not a "watch it every day" kind of stock. Tony can only move as fast as the process allows him to.
