I do not see it anywhere but by clicking on the link as well. Strange.
I expect a newsletter e-mail gets sent this morning detailing the significance of the PR release as well as some forward looking statements regarding potential partnerships.

Perhaps stock compensation to get product development interests aligned.
It is quite funny to watch these trolls spend so much time solely posting negative comments on a micro cap stock.
Didn't think I'd see Oilin start souring on the stock. Patience my friend, these things take time.
It may be that NanoLogix has a partner and is working them through the EUA process. Once EUA is approved then everything will be announced.
Anyone notice these seemingly unending chains of low asks that pop up some days in blocks of 5000 shares? Is this normal?
It does feel like the stars are aligning no?
at $.105 a share NNLX is valued at $16.7M according to TD Ameritrade.
If they get one licensing deal that nets them $100M (conservative assuming licensing deal imo) and we value the company at only 3X earnings.
300,000,000/16,700,000 = 17.96
17.96 * .105 = $1.88 per share.
Regarding the end of Covid19:
https://www.newyorker.com/science/medical-dispatch/the-coronavirus-vaccine-is-on-track-to-be-the-fastest-ever-developed
"In early April, as COVID-19 cases and deaths in New York City were rising to horrifying numbers, Tal Zaks, the chief medical officer of Moderna, a Cambridge-based biotech company, was concerned about time. In just three months, his company had created an experimental vaccine to inoculate against COVID-19, and begun to inject the vaccine into humans, under the guidance of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, in a Phase I clinical trial involving forty-five healthy men and women. This kind of speed in vaccine development was unprecedented, and largely derived from the revolutionary—and yet, on a large scale, untested—biomedical technology behind the Moderna vaccine. Still, if there was any chance of getting the vaccine federally licensed, and then manufactured into hundreds of millions of doses, in twelve to eighteen months—as Anthony Fauci, the director of the N.I.A.I.D., has said is the fastest possible timeline—Zaks knew that the company would have to be able to prove the vaccine’s potential, or an “expectation of benefit,” as he put it, by this summer."
Best case scenario is the vaccine provides herd immmunity-lite by the Spring of 2021. That is assuming we have the fastest vaccination schedule ever.
Even when the vaccine comes out many Americans don't want to get Vaccinated.
https://www.mdlinx.com/article/what-happens-if-some-americans-refuse-the-covid-19-vaccine/5Yqy3Q84Wt27BQktRnhGnD
"This is not a theoretical scenario. According to the authors of one preliminary study, about one-quarter of adult Americans (23%) said they’ll refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccination when one becomes available.
For this study, which is currently undergoing peer review, investigators recently surveyed a demographically representative sample population of 493 US adults. They asked the participants about their views of vaccine safety and whether they plan to receive a vaccine against COVID-19.
Nearly one-fifth (19%) of respondents characterized themselves as being skeptical of vaccines. Of these, 62% said that they would not get the COVID-19 vaccine.
About one-sixth (16%) of all respondents specifically self-identified as anti-vaxxers. Among these, 44% said they won’t get vaccinated against COVID-19."
I wonder what the likelihood of a buyout is, and what a fair price would be...
" their sub 1-hour COVID-19 Point of Care modified-ELISA detection test."
I am not a lawyer but does this imply the product is already made?
Anyone know how fast EUA's get approved or what the process is like?

I am guessing PR will be once Nanologix gets EUA, which James Rogers is quarterbacking.
I wouldn't be surprised if staff visited this board but I am not sure why you think the date change is evidence exactly. I thought it was just an updated power point they uploaded.
Let's assume Nanologix has the gold standard test for COVID19. What is a fair value in your opinion?
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/MRNA/
Moderna has negative earnings but are currently valued at $22B in large part to the optimistic outlook on their vaccine.
What are potential profit margins per test and what might Nanologix get from those margins?
Moderna may have the gold standard for vaccine in the coming year, this company may have the diagnostic gold standard in a few months.

I am an owner of Walmart Stock. I am extremely proud of what they have done to handle this COVID crisis. In order for our economy to reopen we need testing. This microcap company may have the ticket.

Potential competition to Abbott labs COVID19 Test.

I reached out to Bret regarding the coming Press release. He said he couldn't give me the contents or date of it, but that he "can state the release will not be a simple “shareholder update” as have been many of the recent releases."
direct quote from the e-mail.
Regards.
Kind of weird to see almost no action in 50 minutes of trading
Anyone notice the powerpoint for COVID19 on the main page is dated March 25, 2020? They had that prepared two months ago.
I am guessing they were selling this to companies all the way back then, and have a contract pending EUA/FDA approval.
Reality could be that Coronavirus doesn't go away even w/ a vaccine.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2020/05/27/coronavirus-endemic/
The disease could be endemic like HIV, measles, chickenpox. Imagine owning stock in the ompany with the gold standard of diagnostics.
Anyone in contact w/ Nanologix personnel (BB) get any indication of when the next update might be? Someone mentioned website refresh later this week.
They are probably either working on a contract or buttoning up some items to get the most mileage out of a formal release.
Demonstrated interest.
"“Someone who does this technology needs to approach it and be able to bear all the marketing costs, all the production costs,” he said.
Although Barnhizer won’t say much more about that, he’s beginning to hear from others.
“There’s demonstrated interest,” he said."
Still processing this. People whom would license the tech are aware of it.
I know I am beginning to sound like a brain washed disciple, but James has to know all the ins-n-outs of the FDA... and every other step of getting this product to market.
When do you think we hear more about this "demonstrated interest"?
Demonstrated interest.
A professor. A scholar of the field with 15+ years of biotechnological experience on the highest stage relating to diagnostics joins the company... The CEO has an interview saying there is "demonstrated interest". That is huge news. That is an extremely small cap company saying they will potentially provide the solution to maybe the problem of the decade. I am floored.
Agreed. The company feels more professional and attractive to outside sources.
The test provides a method for rapid, highly specific and sensitive detection and quantification of a virus by observing viral substrate binding to its host receptor protein. It also provides a method for rapid, highly specific and sensitive detection and quantification of a virus in an individual suspected of being infected with a virus. The technology further provides a test kit for rapid, highly specific and sensitive point-of-care detection of a virus in an individual. The surprisingly rapid, specific and sensitive method of the invention provides a point-of care test capable of diagnosing individuals suffering from COVID-19 by observation of a color change in the assay, in about five minutes. The full lab version of the test can be completed by a user in just under one hour, while the home-user abbreviated version is projected to deliver results in about 30 minutes.
While the initial focus for development was for the COVID-19 virus, it became obvious that the technology is not limited to one virus, but can be configured for many different viruses, such as HIV, HPV, Hepatitis, MERS, SARS-1 and others. As per the patent filing, the description is “Without Limitation”.
The surprisingly rapid, specific and sensitive method of the invention provides a point-of care test capable of diagnosing individuals suffering from COVID-19 by observation of a color change in the assay, in about five minutes.
5 minutes!
Is the website "under construction" for others?
My best argument for this stock is as follows. I have done some digging into Dr. James Rogers. His resume includes 15+ years at Battelle LEADING research projects and getting innovative products to market. This guy is leading these sorts of projects on one of the highest stages there is. The guy knows a whole lot about creating value within the biotech field.
His expertise is barely broached stopping there. The man has 60+ Scientific publications in his name with some of them award-winning. He is associated with many colleagues in the field that include scientists, business personnel, and academic figures alike. He himself has taught at universities. He currently works for BioMotiv a company specializing in bringing to market innovative biotechnology.
Why would he put his reputation with his peers and his students on the line with a hail mary or a scam? People that smart and competent just don't. The man sees extreme potential, and he has the expertise to know what he is doing. He was a monumental addition to the company.
He wouldn't join the company as it was making huge bold claims like it was engaging in some 'ploy' to pump their stock and sell.
There are many reasons to own this stock, but the outline above is my number one indicator for future success.
Hardcore manipulation.
That was actually fun to watch and see some major stock manipulation this morning.
I'd argue that be it a buyout or license deal: name recognition and professionalism are huge pluses.
We are kind of in a horse race. Having name recognition in a timely manner is important. Nothing should be rushed to the point of looking incompetent but these two matters don't seem to fall in that category.
NNLX has not posted their update on their website. Any thoughts why they may hold back. Also they said they would hold an official PR. Did todays message count for that or will they formally do a PR on this soon?
