Which direction?
Not me, but good luck, and it will definitely be going lower short of surprise positive news. The occasional "be patient" tweets aren't positive news.
Maybe never, this is a purely speculative play based on very limited information. It's all tied to a couple of broad 'be patient' tweets from the CEO and his connection to another energy related company. It's not surprising based on no information that the stock has only one direction to go right now. I'm in for 1.3M shares and am down on paper over 50%. We have to hope for some real rumors/actions to cause a run. In the meantime, I'm not spending another nickel on this play no matter how low it goes. I'll just sit on what I have.
OZSC didn't use a clean shell and yet they turned out fine. It took several months but many of us eventually cashed in.
Glad you won't lose any sleep, nor will I whether you're in this stock or not.
I sent him a message through his website days ago and I got the same response that you will get...crickets.
It would be nice, but not sure how much money will continue to be pumped into a stock with absolutely no solid news, just hope. I'm in for 1.3M shares but I'm standing pat.
Oh really? That was the year ended 2.5 months ago. Pumpers have been touting all the major projects that Viper was allegedly already in on in recent years, e.g. Chicago Smart City and others like it. They obviously weren't despite all of the pretty pictures they posted unless they only made $10K over two years. Now that all of that turned out to be false you want to dismiss it and call me the problem? Credibility is the problem bud. And it's lacking big time with this stock.
December 2020 is old?
Excuse me if this has been addressed but I'm just looking at the financials for the past couple of years and there's effectively no revenue. What happened to all the major contracts (like smart city projects) that Viper was rumored to be involved in? Looks like they've been doing nothing based on financials.
Stimulus checks on the way: "A recent Deutsche Bank survey found that 37% of Main Street investors, some of who could be members of the Reddit community, will plow a “large chunk” of stimulus money, about $170 billion, “directly into equities.”
Very few posts at this point and no news. Guess I'll tuck away my holdings in this stock for the long haul and wait for some real news.
There's nothing like accumulating at these low levels and then watching the climb into multiple pennies!
So, how did those buy limits work out for you? LOL
Not quite sure about this one but I threw a grand at it for a million shares. Could payoff big, if not, no biggie.
Honestly, I'm not sure what their level of involvement was/is in Chicago. That's why we need full disclosure.
IMO, the financials and formal disclosures on what smart projects they've actually been contracted for could just as easily send the stock to half a penny as propel it. There are a lot of ifs involved, and I don't care what anyone says, no one will know the truth until the filings.
Crickets from the company. There's nothing to keep it from going down.
I own COWI, but I see them at risk of joining many other non-information stocks on the SEC suspension list if something doesn't change soon.
Wow, BLSP is one of them, glad I sold that a while back.
Absolutely no news?
Down about 60% on paper but don't have a lot invested at this point. Have to decide if I trust this enough to go in heavier and average way down, or just sit tight. And if I decide to average down, at what price point, because it's dropping every day?
I'll be right there with you.
I'd love to see proof that Viper did Chicago. I personally haven't seen any. I guess the financials and other disclosures will settle that matter once and for all.
Agree. I suffered through many, many grueling months with ozsc, and although it finally took off, there were countless times that it fell to well under a penny after disappointing financials, no PRs after tweets promising them in a given timeframe, or flowery PRs that said nothing and delivered nothing. The people who believe that upcoming financials and PRs are going to propel this stock may find just the opposite in the shorter term. That's no reflection on the company long-term, but there are a lot of people who want to be instant millionaires and thus think unrealistically. Personally, because of my experiences with ozsc, I cashed in my holdings on vper in the low five cents range and took my profits before anything formal comes out. I'll either buy back in if this dips further following financials or will move on. Good luck.
Only if they win some. Having a DUNS number just makes them eligible to bid, like scores of others companies.
Yes, it's funny that so many are still trying to make a connection between VIPER and Apollo Metro Solutions. Viper instead states that they have a connection to Apollo Smart Lights, which is simply themselves at the same address. The Apollo Smart Lights website address redirects you to the Viper Networks site. A far cry from Apollo Metro.
That's when I'll get back in, glad I sold in the 5's
I actually put a power pack into the cart and took it as far as the page to enter billing information. No where there did it say that your billing/personal information is secure and again, it's an http, not an https site, so I wouldn't take any chances. I saw Woo Commerce listed as the shipper, but they weren't mentioned under the billing section.
I clicked on the website link and it's hilarious, there's no description of the power pack and when you click on specifications, you get nothing. Other than seeing a picture of a solar panel superimposed on to a stock camping photo you have no idea what you're getting or what it really does. And what reputable company doesn't use an https secure site? Please! I wouldn't enter my credit card/personal info on to an insecure site like that.
I'm only commenting on posts by people on thsi site like sharpsmillions who are clearly trying to connect Viper with Apollo Metro. Look at his and other posts on ihub and Stocktwits. I never said the two were connected, in fact I'm telling people like sharpsmillions that they're not.
LOL, the company I listed is posted by holders on this site and many other sites multiple times per day as having a partnership with Viper, look at sharpsmillion's posts as an example. The partnership Viper lists is with an "Apollo" that has a website redirecting back to Viper. Real company? HMMMM. If you're going to respond to me at least get your facts straight.
Really? Where? Link/quote would be nice because I don't see any confirmation. Best I saw was some guy named Steven asking about a relationship (company didn't respond) and writing "Go Viper" a few times on their page...I hope that's not what you're referring to.
Second that, 2012 doesn't cut it. In fact, I recall another poster on here a week or so ago stating that the head honcho at Apollo Metro confirmed that there WAS a relationship between the two many years ago, but no longer. Either way, the truth on may things will come out soon...we shall see.
Yes, Apollo Metro Solutions is a real company, but show me anything recent that ties Apollo Metro Solutions to Viper Networks. When recently asked on Twitter about a relationship, the Viper CEO talked about partnering with Apollo Smart Lights and giving a website address of apollosmartlights.com, which redirects you to vipernetworks.com. That is not Apollo Metro Solutions, which has their own website. There are so many cloudy issues surrounding Viper that I cashed out in the fives at a huge profit and won't look back. If I'm wrong, oh well, still made out great. But I wanted out before the financials and other disclosures hit public view because I'm not sure people will be celebrating the news. Anyway GLTA, hope you make your fortunes.
You all realize that the DUN number means nothing other than the company can begin bidding on government contracts like hundreds of other companies? Winning bids on contracts is all that ultimately matters, and that's very difficult. There are actually posters on multiple sites stating that Viper may already have winning bids on government contracts, which is impossible since they couldn't have bid on anything yet.
Nine years old, my friend. Immaterial.
But it hasn't gone up at all, in fact, it's plummeted, right? Isn't that what you predicted multiple times already (but...it didn't happen, did it)?
I owned a significant stake in ozsc and made a great profit, but I sold out way too early and lost out on huge money. Not making that mistake twice. Long and strong on vper!
