Are you posting this as opinion or as fact?
"Some of our friends pumped and dumped this stock. Others (some of the same) quietly sold positions while telling us ALL IS WELL. Some of those same people moved on to other pump and dumps. All that I'm trying to expose is the dishonesty."
I don't doubt that you could be right. If you're posting this as fact, I thank you for the information and would like the aliases of those individuals. How is it that you weren't in on the truth long ago?
I seem to remember reading your earlier posts that always ended in a note encouraging readers to follow a link to a board of yours which described a religious camp you planned to build which you had a 'vision' of and I always wondered if you were trying to get (or would accept) donations for that camp idea. Do you think it is fair of the readers of your board to consider you a liar for not seeing that camp through to fruition? Maybe it will be 'soon'? Will you ever see it through? Will you come up with another idea? Will the next idea you have be pooh-poohed because the first one was scrapped and you now have a track record of not doing what you said?
I can't help wondering why you announced that you were going to become a trader from now on, then set about bashing this stock. Why didn't you just say "I'm selling" and go away? Traders don't make as much money that way, do they? Just a gut feeling, but to go from a board monitor who wouldn't allow a negative thought on this board, to a trader who countered any positive thought on this board (just after a bunch of 144 filings) just adds up to certain things. I imagine you know what it is that it adds up to, since you're so good at adding things up. I realize from your posts that you think you've got things all figured out and you have put everyone in their place, I just wonder if you realize where you have landed in the process?

Step Into Liquid Jet-set for Non-theatrical Release in US; Blooms Abroad; Surf Adventure Film Charms Film Buffs in Spain
November 19, 2003 07:05:00 (ET)
SAN DIEGO, Nov 19, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NV Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of New Visual Corporation (NVEI, Trade), and Top Secret Productions, LLC jointly announce today that "Step Into Liquid" has been released by Artisan Entertainment to non-theatrical markets, including the airline and pay-per-view hotel markets in the US. Artisan is also gearing up for the domestic home video/DVD release, which is slated for March 16th, 2004. The special-feature rich, all DVD release is currently in production at Artisan's award-winning home entertainment division in Santa Monica.
Films in the US that are released by major distributors such as Artisan follow a sequential distribution strategy, which defines the dates that a title will enter various distribution "windows." Films typically run theatrically for three months and then move into airline and pay-per-view hotel windows, which are part of a film's non-theatrical release. "Step Into Liquid" was released four months ago and is now tapering down in the first-run theaters. To date the film has grossed $3,681,803 in theaters as of November 17th 2003. The airline and pay-per-view hotel window typically runs two months, and then the home video and DVD window opens. Artisan has selected March 16th, 2004 as the release date for the film.
Making its European debut, Liquid has also picked up its first foreign film festival crown, winning the Docu-sport Group Award at the Third Edition of the Festival of Seville, Cinema and Sport, in Seville, Spain. The festival awarded a small cash prize to Top Secret Productions. The badge garnered in Seville marks the second award for Liquid in the documentary category, which will help with the film's foreign sales.
"We have always felt that this exciting film would have worldwide appeal," said Ray Willenberg, Jr., President of NV Entertainment. "And now we see that the Spanish market will be just as enthusiastic as that of the United States."
According to www.indiewire.com, "Step Into Liquid" had the highest per-screen average U.S. revenues of all independent films during the Summer 2003 season. "Step Into Liquid" has now been viewed by greater than 600,000 US theater-goers. With over 5 million hits to the website and more than 3,000 congratulatory e-mail messages received by the Company to date, "Step Into Liquid" has been embraced by enthusiastic audiences. For more information on play dates and theater locations, please check the film's website at www.stepintoliquid.com.
About Step Into Liquid
By using up-to-the-minute technology, sharp editing and awards-caliber cinematography to present extraordinary subjects in mind-boggling locations, Step Into Liquid embraces and celebrates the global surfing culture while managing to also deliver moments of real intimacy. The film takes viewers from the truly terrifying monstrous waves of Oahu's North Shore to the Texas waters of the Gulf of Mexico (where waves are created by massive oil supertankers) to the shores of Ireland and Rapa Nui. Along the way, viewers discover unforgettable human stories, from a man who's surfed every single day for the last 27 years to a young, inspirational surfer just getting back in the water in spite of a surfing accident that's left him paralyzed from the neck down. A true audience-pleaser, Step Into Liquid is at once profoundly moving and profoundly entertaining.

Hi neighbor! Mine too. It's not quite a year old. Some friends own property less than 5 miles away with a cell phone tower on it. I can't understand the sub-par service.
Spokeshave, so glad you're posting again. It is hard to keep the different technologies in perspective. You should be an instructor if you're not already. You have a talent for clear concise descriptions. Not kissing your fanny, just appreciative.
Wireless is so reliable that I have to face south in my car to talk to my husband on my cell phone when he is at work 13 miles away. I can't walk from my kitchen to my den without the signal breaking up. Sometimes the only way I can keep connected is to walk outside with my cell phone. I have had my cell phone go from no signal to having it display "Now entering Sprint territory" when I open my front door. Wireless has a long way to go.
Can guardedly optimistic coexist with being a realist?
Have a nice vacation. Three weeks? I'm so jealous! Hope your 1.50 gets here before you get back. (No, this isn't a subtle pump, just a wish.)
Thanks for your answer WHP03. The wording of a missive- PR or board post- can cause trust issues, but it doesn't mean the speculation is right. And there's actually some truth behind the PR also.
I'm glad you won your suit against ML. We had problems with them years ago also, although not the unauthorized share selling. I'm surprised it took a lawsuit to have them pony up. Etrade is doing some odd things in our online account now and I'm wondering what to do about it. With electronic delivery of trade confirms, and since I didn't make hard copies of all trade confirms, I'm wondering what proof I have of what I have done. Our trading history record all of a sudden has no exercise prices pre mid-last year, and some of the transactions from this year are wrong. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem?
The person expressing his trepidation to cucopper is not doing it on RB, he's doing it personally. Cucopper has been trying to get people on RB to buy his 144s because of something he heard from one of the "longest longs", or so he says. I had a feeling he was talking about you. Sorry if that wasn't the case and I apologize if you were offended by my questions. You were nice to answer them in such a polite way when it was really none of my business. (I'm glad to have people see what your experience was with that particular broker though.)
I'm referring to the filings posted on the board recently after which there was the usual denial of selling necessarily because "the filing only represents a desire to sell, not an actual sale", which was countered by Spokeshaves's research into the matter with the subsequent consensus that the shares were required to be sold or an amended filing was required. Didn't see that interchange?
What does not "voluntarily sold" mean? Is it something like what NVEI has been accused of in regards to the most recent PR?
Do you know who cucopper has been referring to on Raging Bull as the "long" who has lost faith which persuaded him to try to get someone to buy his 144s?
Excel, I don't live in Hawaii or California or New York or any of the other states where it has shown so far. Step Into Liquid won't be shown in Michigan until next week at the earliest, so I could hardly have posted a review. I'm sure that's the case with others as well.
Patience is a virtue?
Dana's getting better at interviews. I wish there were more showings in Michigan. Thanks for the post.
Congratulations to Alberto on finishing his doctorate and thanks to NVEI for letting us know he's presenting his paper at an international forum. Of course we should all be proud of our contribution in sponsoring him. I hope his research helps Rim Semiconductor.
It's sure getting deep around here. You think that management's track record makes them hard to trust? Nobody thinks it's odd that some "longs" have all of a sudden become impatient and distrustful right after all the filings to sell 144s?
There is only one theater in my area that screens digital films. I can't remember what the last movie was that was advertised as digital, but it was a Spielberg movie I think. Or Lucas. A big name anyway. People that watched both versions said there was no comparison.
By gosh, you're right! *g*
Cheboygan is in Michigan.
Thanks spokeshave. I appreciate your posts.
Can't you accept that you could treat your fellow posters a little better? I'm not trying or wanting to tos you. I thought maybe you could see that you're (and not just you or mostly you) offending people who don't deserve it. You don't need to be so worried about your job here. I'm sure no one else wants it; it sounds like you have your hands full. I just couldn't stand by and watch any more.
Maybe our idea of personal attacks differ. Lets try this...
You say something you believe in and I'll say, 'wow, this war must be really getting to you'. Not a counter to what I said, but a personal reading of my psyche.
You defend yourself against someone saying 'read and you might learn something' by assuring them you have the ability to read, and I'll say 'you lost so now you're bragging'. How is that a meeting of minds or a discussion of the topic at hand?
All I'm saying is it is demeaning to the person you're addressing and to yourself to resort to the little mind games. If you don't agree with a poster, say what you do think, don't call them names or pretend they must have PMS or shell shock or whatever. Maybe you might even persuade them to your way of thinking if you're reasonable enough.
This is an exact validation of spokeshave's post and the reason I have kept to the Raging Bull board instead of this one, despite the nastiness that pervades it. Both spokeshave and Brady have been measured and reasonable in their posts and the attacks on them have been preposterous. Where this board started out as a place to escape the mikeygold and Circus Pigs, it has become a place that reminds me of the book burning zealots and McCarthy clingers. Because spokeshave's posts are intelligently written and reasonable, he shouldn't have had to defend himself, but I can see why he felt the need to. Spokeshave lost nothing. You and others are losing respect with the personal attacks. Please stop it. We don't all have to agree, but we should be able to say what we think without the posse bringing 'round the rope.
I like your attitude and agree with most of your posts. I bet you have a lot more than a few friends you can count on. You are a voice I feel I can trust and I understand about your feeling you need to back up spokeshave. Thanks for your voice of reason.
Well stop dumping them then. eom
Well said! eom

OnLine Power Supply Awarded U.S. Patent for Advancements in AC/DC Power Supply Technology
December 19, 2002 07:00:00 (ET)
CENTENNIAL, Colo., Dec 19, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- OPS - OnLine Power Supply, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OPWR), has received notice of allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a patent entitled "Power Factor Controller." This patent (6,493,242 B1) was issued on December 10, 2002 and is a "divisional" of a prior patent entitled "Individual or Distributed Non-Saturating Magnetic Element Power Converter" (6,272,025).
The new patent covers improvements in converter strategies, circuit design, apparatus, and processes that enable OPS to produce AC/DC power supplies with ultra-high efficiencies that do not thermally derate. These combined improvements translate into higher system efficiencies, higher power densities, lower operating temperatures, and improved thermal tolerance, which reduce or even eliminate the need for forced air cooling.
Additional advancements covered by the patent state that the non- saturating magnetic properties are relatively insensitive to temperature and allow the converter to operate over a greater temperature range. This makes the Company's power supplies ideal solutions for harsh environment applications. The patent is the second for OPS.
"We have robust products that provide critical advantages for our leading- edge customers," said Glenn Grunewald, CEO of OPS. "With the addition of our second patent, we're well positioned in preserving and protecting the competitive advantages that set us apart from competing products."
OPS holds two U.S. patents for the process of producing AC to DC power supplies that provide efficiencies of up to 97 percent, extended operating temperature ranges and unparalleled power densities, all without thermal derating. This innovation is called Distributed Power Magnetics (DPM) and is the first significant breakthrough in AC to DC power supply technology in over 23 years. The sophisticated DPM products also boast impressive MTBF statistics, all in the lightest and smallest footprint available for their particular configurations. Benefited industries include telecommunications, data communications, networking and industrial. For additional information, visit www.powersupply.com, or call 1-800-445-4824.

Jim,
Are you hearing anything about prototypes being tested? I hope we don't have to wait 'til the next quarterly report to hear any encouraging words. Feeling kind of lonely here....
By the way -do you have a link to download flash? For some reason I can't access the website anymore. I keep getting an error message that says Internet Explorer has performed an illegal function and will be shut down, or something like that. I don't have any problem with most websites and wondered if it's because of all the bells and whistles on the Home page. Thanks!
Thanks to everyone for responding about the 144s. I appreciate it.
Do you know who holds them? At what prices are they exercizable? or are you saying they will expire soon?
Me too! Hope you're right. I've almost forgotten how to grin.
Oh yeah....:)
I think it's epidemic. *L* eom
Thanks emiliano. It is so frustrating to see someone get a better trade than you offered and not to see your bid listed when it is better than what is posted as best bid. I wish I could get out of bulletin board stocks.
There's a new technical article on the website you might want to read entitled "Selecting Thermally Efficient AC/DC Power Supplies". The one entitled "Advanced Power Supply Technology Pushes the Efficency Envelope" is a really good description of OPS technology.
You're welcome. Thanks for posting all those filings and PRs. As we start to sell some power supplies, someone new will be glad to find them.
Nice sub! Is that Australia in the background?
