$SESN - I was telling people to buy this when it was between .60 - .80 but no one listened at the time lol. I have a ton of money betting on Vicineum approval in various ways. I own some SESN but own a ton more of $ENZN which has $48 million cash and will get royalties from the worldwide sale of Vicineum. ENZN could get like $200 million over the next 10 years. I own even more of $MYRX which owns 1.4% of ENZN. The CEO of $MYRX owns over 10% of $ENZN along with his buddy Carl Icahn
People on Twitter are saying that TDA has extended the deadline for buying dark stocks. Good if true
Someone bought around 300k of the 400k ask at .035 yesterday.
Thank you. I think Mike or someone told me about that one on this board. I will give them a call to see if they will continue to allow buying of dark stocks after end of September.
What broker are you guys using to buy these kinds of stocks?
Does anyone know of any brokers that will let you buy dark stocks? TDA and others will stop allowing buy orders after next week
I’m hoping to get some below .10 next week before it becomes a “sell only” stock through most brokers till its fully reporting.
There are going to be a lot of great deals on dark stocks over the coming weeks...
$ENZN - The amount of money they could make off Vicineum is quite impressive. Around $200 million over the next 10 years. Also, I believe that ENZN has the option of buying back the preferred shares if it wanted to. They could use the Vicineum royalty revenue to do so.
This would bode very well for ENZN in my opinion
I like how someone keeps taking out the .04 ask when it shows up. Just happened again this morning.
Glad to see someone took out the .04 ask and made it the new bid. OTC markets are backed up at least 6 weeks as of last week. It doesn’t cost much to make $AFFY current through OTC basic pink current.
I’m really sure he already knows but I emailed Couchman to let him know that filing through basic OTC is a fraction of the cost of regular SEC filings that have other requirements attached to them.
$MYRX .05 You should buy some while you can. It has a tiny $1.7 million market cap and would have to run from .05 to over $2.00 to have the same market cap as other $GVSI or nearly $3.00 to have similar market cap as $SRNW!
The CEO Jonathan Couchman is well known for past merger deals. His two directors are also well known. One of them is also on the $COOP board and was involved with its huge Washington Mutual/ Mr Cooper merger.
MYRX has $147 million in NOLs, some cash, and recently bought a 1.5% stake in Enzon Pharmaceuticals.
Couchman owns 20% of MYRX and with the directors on his board right now, there is no doubt it will be pink current soon. If/when it does we could easily see $1-2 per share.
Bottom line... MYRX could be one of the biggest gainers out there if when filings drop
The stock trades really thin. Very hard to buy large blocks.

$GVSI - should be interesting to see what assets it has. I can’t wait for $MYRX financials to drop. It only has a $1.5 million market cap and will truly go ballistic! It’s a .05 stock that could be trading at $2.50 if it reaches the same $75 million market cap that $GVSI currently has!
$ENZN - Wonder who is selling lately. At least we know it’s not the major holders or we would see filings drop.
People are foolish to sell ahead of the August FDA decision on Vicineum!
$TRAE market cap only $5,000 now lol.
UNG...seems like puts would be a good bet here. Another heat wave coming to northern half of the US next week should bring down prices yeah?
Oh wow, I wouldn’t be interested in finding out either lol. Don’t know why someone would want to use them for anything trading under .10 or so. And a lot of OTC stocks trade below .01
Hopefully we will be able to find a broker that will trade stop sign otc stocks after September
What brokers will let you buy stop sign stocks after September? Ameritrade stops August 13th
$MYRX .048 (only $1.6M market cap). $1+ is possible if/when we see updated filings. They already have well known directors in place, one of which is on the $COOP board as well and was involved with the huge Washington Mutual / Mr Cooper merger. Steven Scheiwe would not waste his time on MYRX unless he knows it has huge potential.
MYRX now owns over $420,000 worth of Enzon Pharmaceuticals. It’s cash was valued at 1.1M in 2013. MYRX also has $147 million in NOL’s and there is a chance they could have got a tax refund under the jobs act.
I’m excited for updated financials to come out. I think a lot has probably already over the last several years that we don’t know about yet.
CEO Couchman is well known for merger and acquisition deals in the past. He has a good reputation and also is in with Carl Icahn in owning a large 17% of ENZN. Icahn owns 50% of it.
Couchman owns 20% of MYRX so it’s in his best interest to utilize it like he has started doing by buying life sciences assets.
Insane potential for $MYRX especially since no one but me is talking about it.
$MYRX .05 - under $2 million market cap. This will seriously rocket higher if/when filings are updated. The Form 4’s it uploaded last year show that $MYRX has $420,000 worth of ENZN stock along with $147 million NOL’s. CEO is well known for previous merger deals. Steven Scheiwe who is still a director at MYRX is also a director on the $COOP board and was involved in the huge Washington Mutual / Mr Cooper merger to utilize Washington Mutuals massive NOL’s.
$MYRX is unnoticed as I am the only one talking about it. Insane potential here
Last reply lol. Couchman has the ability to loan MYRX the money it needs to acquire life sciences assets like royalties and whatnot though his Couchman management LLC if he wanted to. So many possibilities here that could make $MYRX worth anywhere from $1 a share to multiple dollars per share IMO
And compare shell companies like $GVSI that has a $71 million market cap and no real assets that we know of. $MYRX has less than $2 million market cap. $MYRX would be trading at $2.05 to have the same market cap as $GVSI. We know for sure that $MYRX has $420,000 worth of ENZN shares along with $147 million in NOL’s. I’m sure MYRX has cash on hand still. There is no way Couchman would put all of its cash in one single investment.
And what does $GVSI have for assets? I don’t think nearly as much as $MYRX does.
Here is a link to an article written about MYRX from about 2 years ago about it’s possible value considering it’s NOL’s. It says around $1 per share.

I’ve been doing quite a bit of dd on MYRX from the tidbits of info that can be found (and further researched) from the form 4’s from last year when MYRX bought shares of ENZN. The two directors (Steve Scheiwe and Michael Pearce) are still currently with the company. Steve Scheiwe is also on the $COOP board of directors and was involved in the huge Washington Mutual/ Mr Cooper merger. Mr Cooper utilized Washington Mutuals huge NOL base.
There is no doubt in my mind that Couchman will bring this Pink Current. Steven Scheiwe is also a SEC certified audit committee financial expert. He has the people in place to make big things happen. The potential is actually pretty insane here. I just don’t think many people realize it. It seems like I’m the only one talking about this stock anywhere which goes to show it’s unnoticed.
I think we could see multiple dollars per share IMO.
Hopefully Couchman got the notice too. It’s definitely in his best interest to bring this one current. That alone could add value to the stock since we would know how much cash it has left on top of the $420,000 worth of ENZN it owns. That doesn’t even include the value of its $147 million NOL’s.
It’s possible that MYRX bought other assets that we don’t know of. I believe it doesn’t have to be reported as long as the transaction is under $10 million
I got it too. I really do think Couchman will bring it current. He has the right people on the board of directors still that has handled this type of stuff many times in the past. He recently renewed MYRX with the state of Utah last month. He owns 7 million shares (20%) so it’s in his best interest to bring it current.
It doesn’t cost that much either as long as you go through OTC pink basic and not through SEC Edgar filings.
It would probably cost $35k at most to get 3 years of financials including current financials up to date and everything set up. After that it doesn’t appear to cost as much
Since MYRX has a credited SEC guy on the board, I bet it would cost less than $35k
All I know is that I’m sure there will be lots of people selling the next 30 days. Not just MYRX but probably all non reporting stocks. Great deals could be happening very soon.
Breaking - TDAmeritrade will now only let you buy non reporting stocks till August 13th. You can only liquidate them after that.
Need to make a list of non reporting stocks to buy right before they get slaughtered in August!
Any ideas??
Yes, I would wait to add. I think most OTC stop sign stocks will drop the next month or so till financials are updated. I’m assuming early August might be a good time to load the boat.
OTC markets has a huge backlog of filings to approve. We may not find out till September. I have a feeling that till then, people might get nervous and sell. I own 100k of AFFY and own 1.6 million of MYRX. I can’t buy anymore MYRX but I can buy more AFFY. If it gets taken down more in coming weeks, I will add more
I’m highly confident that Couchman will bring both $AFFY and $MYRX current. He just did the annual renewal for both of them in their residing states. Also, I’ve been looking at filings for companies that recently went pink current and it only costed them around $35k to do two years worth of financials to be current. Not much money at all considering
I just wonder what will happen with FRAZ, MNII, and other non reporting stocks after September 25th reporting deadline
FRAZ - Holy crap! I used to own a decent amount of that. What’s causing it to run like that?!
Super low OS that’s for sure
Thank you for the heads up on that one. I added to my watch list. Do you know what is causing it to go down currently? Looks like it could bounce soon regardless
$MYRX .06 - I hope there is follow through today. Highest close since 2017 on quite a bit higher than normal volume. The buys started coming out of the blue mid day yesterday and kept going the rest of the day. I am the only one talking about it anywhere so I’m very curious where this buy volume came from yesterday.
$MYRX .0625 at a 5 year closing higher that normal volume for the stock. Buy orders started going through around mid day and continued. Maybe something leaked? Not mentioned anywhere. Market cap is only $2 million!
Big volume and gain day today and no one is talking about it. $MYRX
$AFFY .051 someone wants out. Big sale. Just picked up more at .051
HGEN - That’s awesome that you have 1.6 million shares of it! I have 1.6 million shares of MYRX buts only a .05 stock lol. I couldn’t imagine having that many shares of a stock trading around $18 with the potential of $100+!
You just might make $100 million this year!
$MYRX - only 1.5 million market cap. CEO has a history of reverse mergers. Could go from .04 to over $1 on financials release this summer. $MYRX owns 1.4% of Enzon pharmaceuticals. So much potential this year. Could be well over $2 once Vicineum is approved in August!
