You must be new to NDOL...They are a RUSSIAN company...do you know of a lawyer in RUSSIA?? I have been long for so long I don't remember...then I got out...but my heart still belongs to NDOL....Stupid huh?? This soap opera has been going on and on and all the while I imagine a funny cartoon with fat Russian guys in suits smoking Coho's saying with a caption saying "Stupid Americans, they have so much money they will buy anything...hey is the IPO ready for the bridge builder in AZ??"...I lost a lot in this stock and we all are struggling to make sense of what is happening and what might happen...

IMHO...This is the equivalent of a "protest vote" that stockholders and Hedge Funds don't like mgts' new vision and want to see a more agressive approach to cash generation... I bought back in on Friday...I never thought I would see this stock in the 9's again...I am just hoping I don't see it in the 8's ...7's....etc...

I have been in and out of LMRA and am now back in. I like the company's product and you can swing trade this or go long...either way there is $$ to be made here.

I believe that whatever legal channels are available they should be pursued. I have recently also been part of the ECFL and LITL and AAGH pink fiascos as well as a long time holder of NDOL. I am out of all but LITL at this point. I continue to follow and would be back in the second I heard ANYTHING that led me to believe that there was any hope in NDOL...I think everyone with enough energy left should innundate the offices with emails, certified letters and demands in any and every manner possible. For me, I have just chalked it up to an education and for the most part, I am left with a real bad taste for Pink Sheet stocks...

I really want to thank everyone and say I have never seen a board work harder to find and uncover every scrap of info and go above and beyond to share with others their results. It is nice to see the solidarity behind NDOL...I hope the mgt gets wind that they have staunch stockholders and will soon come forward and release the appropriate PR.

Google Results for Francois Colbert...Looks real to me...I also spoke with one of the directors of the company and he assured me it is a real company. I think people on this board are trying to discredit this company for their own nefarious ends. I am real. Mssr. I have been buying LITL which is restricted to a broker only placed order...Scottrade charges me the same $ 7.00 as if I bought it online...They are screwing you...I only hope you have a BIG fat account and take your money elsewhere...You are nuts for putting up with this crap dealing with your OWN money...

Has anyone familiarized themselves with their product line. I just bought a few hundred more shares on the dip...I am really impressed with their screens...I have a son who is into dungeon games (he's 34) and I can imagine how awsome those games would look on the Panorama screens...I think they have a great product.

I would call the broker..not email them...Also, I think the high hit since the split is .11....I think you could make an argument that you would have sold if the shares were there...I would also contact SEC to find out if this is the kind of monkeying around this firm has been doing....Sounds like something is REALLY wrong with them.....

Yes, my AM screening includes that site for an opinion (and a link to news). Also I use Stockscores.com and http://www.stockta.com and http://www.americanbulls.net I look for agreement or similarities of opinions...I have found the Stockta.com very useful...Does anyone else use helpful sites?? Litl isn't on every site's radar yet....Thanks

I use Scottrade and the shares were there Fri. AM at open. Has anyone ever used "TradeKing" they are 4.95 flat for internet or BROKER order...I have an account there as well but have not started using them.

HOWEVER...Wednesday was a buy "Confirmed" from the same site...Stockscores also showed Wednesday with stronger numbers and Thursday with mildly deteriorating #s...I agree we need to see some news and/or ##s

I think the company has a lot of potential...and it is a great concept...this doesn't prevent me from being a bit concerned that this might not go through like the last time. I just wanted to make sure that brokers not just investors were on the same page...

I just spoke with one of the brokers with Scottrade. They show the X date is tomorrow. Even though Reuters says today, their source shows it will fund tomorrow and stock price should adjust tomorrow not today....

With no news out about the split I am nervous...What would happen if they don't fund our accounts??

The lack of PR from the company that they are DEFINATELY going forward with the split and those on record 9/18 will be getting 1000:1 shares...If there was this kind of confirmation I would feel better and maybe people wouldn't be buying at this price...I have seen a lot of "stock" sites pumping the stock with no mention of the split.

I admire the amazing information folks on this board post. This list is a hard working info sharing group. Thanks to everone for all the effort and sharing of information with us all. I really appreciate the work that goes into keeping us up to date with info. I am long NDOL or whatever the new ticker will be and I do believe it will take off once all the issues are resolved.
