This particular sub-penny is a lawless wasteland, lol.
First "BIG SHAREHOLDERS MEETING!" Nothing happened. No information. A pointless meeting. Now it's "STATEMENTS COMING IN 10 WEEKS!" To show what? The $5 the company has in cash on hand and no operations or assets? So what?
Someone buy my outstanding order so I can finally get rid of this bullshit.
Seems so, admins must not have liked the dissent and questioning, someone changed my alias lol. Real mature.
Amazing how quiet it gets when you start talking figures and simple logic.
That's a peddly $21.2k in actual capital traded. Of the 18.4 bil shares oustanding, it's 1% of total volume. Woopdie-doo.
This literally means nothing. I could copy and paste half the BS on this board and put it on Facebook, to the same effect.
These guys are sitting on millions of shares and can't dump 'em, because now no one is buying. Of course they're going to talk up IDGC lol.
There would be no reason to gag a TA about share structure in anticipation of a buyback. The TA wouldn’t even be informed.
There is never a good reason for a TA to be gagged by its firm.
I’m beginning to think you don’t interpret financial statements. The numbers don’t lie. Though if I were a flipper sitting on 8 mil shares, I’d be on my stoop with a megaphone, too. Read and interpret “son”,
It is high-risk, but I tend to agree. License suspension =/= revokation. The company's well-established with very healthy agreements, the suspension notwithstanding. I'm in on high risk, cautiously optimistic 2020 will be a boon for CTST and the industry.
$CTST is a risky buy, but a buy nonetheless (if you're willing to wait it out in Q1/Q2 2020). This is one of only 4 pot stocks with wholesale agreements. They have a well-established operation and Health Canada is reportedly working with the firm to ensure compliance is met (https://www.stcatharinesstandard.ca/news-story/9787747-can-t-grow-or-sell-pot-small-staff-remains-at-canntrust-s-pelham-site/).
Forget all the other hooplah, "chart analytics", etc. This isn't penny stock DD. This is understanding the industry, the regulatory body, and whether the company's leadership has the ability to keep it compliant and earn its licensing back. Everything rests on Q1 2020 projection of that compliance being met. Personally, I don't care if the company falls off NYSE. It'll hit OTC and trade as a penny stock. We may have to deal with more of the loud, annoying, utterly uninformed dump-n-dumpers. Oh well. I will be buying on risk, knowing I can lose it all. But I believe it'll recover, and everyone knows 2020 is going to be a steamroller for pot stocks.
I don't find an Instagram post of two individuals with little to no audited connection to the firm to be an indicator to buy shares, lol.
100% agree. A company giving away its capital by loaning more capital is never a good sign. Especially a sub-penny stock with few verifiable assets.
Lol... Am I inside an echo chamber? You should read the entire 1A, my guy. Most of my trading is in regular ole' exchanges, so listening to some of the banter (and quite honestly, the sheer lack of real research, or as you like to call it "DD", is astonishing). Might this company do something? Sure. It may. It's incredibly unlikely. Revenues of $116k in 2019 with a net loss of around $7.8k. Promissory note for acquiring CAH LLC of $200k due, oh, I dunno, TOMORROW. Net operating losses of $4.8 mil recorded as of fiscal year-end 2019. Capital raised through only the sales of sub penny shares and a deficit of $200k+. It's entirely speculative with few to no assets, and no indication of its ability to perform. In fact, fixed assets account for $12k in equipment (lol?) with $185k in goodwill! These statements are also unaudited, of course. They have zero weight. Never mind the dozens of other verified hemp and flower start-ups all vying for licenses and zoning in CA.
Again, let's enjoy the possibilities and dream the dream, but the Belfort tone in here is amazing to me. I encourage everyone to read through the entire 1A and carefully consider this co's balance sheet, cash flows, "acquisitions" and obvious context, rather than pick apart Twitter posts from flower growers and PRs.
Lol you mean *this* 1A (https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13813979&guid=MU1jU6RzK-09dZh)? Perhaps you should consider its contents more carefully. "Aw he's new", sure bud. I know it can be tough reading these loooong statements.

I certainly that -- and that involves finding actual, audited statements and proof from the firm, not this board. Perhaps you've come to the wrong conclusion (one that is too confident)
That follower was me, an extremely unconvinced spectator who just joined the forum (but has been trading for quite some time). I'm following this board in the very, very small off-chance something legitimate comes out of this black hole (like some audited statements or real proof of all the claims that are too many to list). Don't be so confident.
"up 9900%" That's only because the price tanked to literally 0.000001 for a few days. It's back at *oh gosh* A regular ole' 0.0001. To be expected considering half the trade platforms only let you *buy* at 0.0001. And why are you such a mascot for this sub-penny, anywho? The pump is strong with this one, it seems. I'm all for speculations and risking some small cash now, in the very small chance it actually moves somewhere. But your posting sounds like classic boiler room banter.
All I see are pump-n-dump boiler room shouts. Until we see a website, legitimate documents, or SOMETHING concrete, I'm at a neutral. Holding a few shares, but will not buy more unless it's more than smoke n' mirrors. And this "Soil King", I don't see any connection whatsoever between this entrepreaneur and $CNNA. Where is it?
Bought on speculation and DD into these supposed holdings. Keeping this triple 0 smoke in my pocket until January. "New CEO" and team have one opportunity to convince @ shateholders' meeting, otherwise it's getting dumped.
