This stock is completely dead. I abandoned my shares via my broker so I will be able to take the capital losses on my taxes. Coblin was convicted of securities fraud. He never dissolved the company. https://www.sec.gov/files/PartialJudg12-cv-80599Coblin.pdf
I've been trying to sell both my UDSG and DTSL holdings to no avail. My broker said I can't take the tax loss until they delist. Any chance of that happening at all?

Great stuff. I heard he is being sentenced in a couple weeks.
I just got a letter from the US DOJ office in Orlando. A guy has pleaded guilty to a pump and dump scheme of UDSG. I don't want to put the guys name. The case number is 2008R00503 docket number 11-CB-00104 http://www.justice.gov/. The sentencing hearing is March 26 0900 in Orlando.

At least my DTSL/UDSG stock didn't lose any money this week. Everything else I had got killed. Maybe this wasn't a bad investment any way. LOL. Of course I'd rather have my money in my sock and underwear drawer than this company.
You are 100% correct, gmoneypenny. My 3,0000,000 shares of UDSG are now 60,000 shares that I can't even sell. I guess those will turn into about 1200 shares in the next version of this scam. After the next inevitable round of dilution my investment (????) will be many decimal points less than a penny. I just wish I could sell it all and take my tax loss. How do these people look at themselves in the mirror?
Because anything they say may/will be used against them in a court of law. I've been with this thing for four years. Averaged down, etc. I've read more fluff PR's than I can handle. Don't really need any more tax right offs right now so just riding the unmanned missile.
Yeah, they will be a prominent advertiser at the SuperBowl. At about $1.5 million a minute. They may have to dilute our shares just slightly more to pay for that! ;)
Don't get discouraged Sully, I for one will take a weeks break from looking at DTSL. I bet not much changes in the week to come and I'll have a lot less heartburn to deal with. You've been great on this board. I have also talked to Coblin numerous times, still have his cell number unless it's been changed. He always sounds stand up to me. Maybe he's a great BS artist, but I'd like to think that he's being honest. I don't get that latest filing for more shares however, it goes against the PR.
kyfl. Is your penny per share based on 1.5 billion shares? I'd love to see that myself.
Cantor Fitzgerald was the firm that experienced a huge loss of over 600 employees on 9/11. There has been a book written about their experiences which I've not read.
I've been in since '06 also. Huge 6 figure investment. Kept averaging down on UDSG. I have a substantial stake in DTSL now also. Still wondering what will happen to the converted shares that I have. Sitting on about 100,000 of those, I'd like to know what my cost basis is for tax purposes. If you are still offering hugs I could use one! :)
gorlock, I have felt that way about UDSG/DTSL for years. Trouble is it's been a tough economy for start-ups. They've had to revamp their business model, deal with a fraudulent hijacking of the UDSG symbol, and a myriad of other problems. Through it all they are still here. I have a fair position and will be holding it for a while. It is agonizing to watch the manipulation of the MMs. Looking forward to getting on a better exchange.
The Amex relationship was started when they were UDSG a couple years ago. Sorry can't find the specific PR. I have save a few but not that one.
Been a long term holder from back in the UDSG days. This is the most positive PR ever, the HP quote lends a lot of weight to the legitimacy. One small thing. Wasn't this event supposed to take place on Black Friday not Grey Wednesday.
Looking forward to share structure also. Hope it is tomorrow.
As far as their site, it is not impressive but that can be fixed pretty easily. Ohiostate, a dollar! that would be something but that would put the market cap at 1/2 a billion. What kind of earnings would it take to get to that? At least 25 million a year, that's a lot of deliveries. As far as patience I'm getting frustrated but have no other choice. I'm going to have to watch the day traders and MM's mess with this for a while. Got to get off the pinks.
In for the long run. Long time UDSG holder who just got his cost basis down to a reasonable level. Maybe not retirement but definitely a chunk off the mortgage.
It would be nice to see them announce a deal with one of the major pharmacies for delivery services. Maybe this will lead to that. Ryan told me it is a goal to get with CVS or Walgreens. That would be huge.
Did he say that they made 50,000,000 subs a day? If DTSL could take 1% of those orders it would be a half a million subs a day. That would be big.
So you will not listen because you don't believe what they say, but you read a BB of anonymous posters who's agenda is totally hidden? I say get as much information as you can, verify it and make your decisions. As readers of this BB we are obviously buyers of this stock. Listening to this call does not have to influence if we buy more or sell what we have but I'm happy that they are talking to us. It shows some attempt at transparency.
Thanks for that answer, takes a bit of the sting out of it. Been listening to the sunshine pump from Coblin for almost four years now. Pretty much wiped out any working capital I have without even enough left for a decent night on the town.
Does the membership of this board see any bright side to this latest transaction?
So 200,000,000 shares. Currently there are 35,000,000 outstanding. That's dilution of about 6:1. So the share price instead of being a lofty .003 will probably go to .0005. That's just great. It will still be higher than the share price of GOIG at .0003
I am going to start a company, create a glitzy website and a Facebook page. Maybe I can scam a bunch of dumb bastards out of their money.
If you call they answer, it may be someone in their house for all I know. I'm not even sure why you need a physical call center. My cousin used to work for a mail order place, she just logged into work via the internet and they routed calls to a discreet phone line for her to process orders.
New symbol to be DTSL.pk according to IR at Itracker.
Doh! Good catch sorry.
Investigations over, no action by the SEC.

Kind of like the last scene from "Animal House" where Kevin Bacon is screaming "all is well, keep calm." just before he gets run over by a parade float.
At least they filed a Quarterly Report for first Q 09. Any comments on the numbers?
I got the same information a few months ago. I hope the launch of the catering division was not the big summer roll out announced in May. UDSG has been long on promises but short on delivery. At least they did publish their financials for '07 and '08. The trading of this stock baffles me. It traded 100 shares last week dropping 34% to .085. Who buys eight and one half cents worth of a stock in one trade? My guess is someone who wanted buy a much larger chunk the next day at a discount. My Christmas wish is to be listed on a more legitimate exchange so this crazy manipulation will be curtailed.
UDSG has finally posted some financials. Here's the link.

At least the last few PR's have had some substance and less hype. They've got to continue to build some credibility with the investment community. I think they are working hard with the powers to be at the top of Subway to get the individual franchises on board with the service. I would love to see the franchise documents that govern a Subway franchise. I wonder if they can be compelled to use the UDSG service?
I wonder how the meetings in the UK went? Or maybe it was just a shareholder paid holiday shopping trip.
I wonder how they are paying for this "second" firm this year? My guess is they are working for a small fee or free with a promise of stock. We still have a long road aho.
They do have a relationship with Subway and Salad Creations, I've seen the 1-866-SUBS2GO number at at least one Subway. The question is how are they progressing on their predictions of joining the OTC, stock buy back etc. There has been a lot of talk and very little walk so far.
They will hit the OTC about the same time they start they long touted stock buy back program. I think they've run out of BS PR's to publish. There has been nothing but talk by this management team.
That has got to be a total scam. But why want to trade for UDSG shares? If you want them they are cheap enough to buy. My guess is you would have been roped into buying into a bong/vodka company. The fact that someone got your number to call is a bit scary. Who even would have that information? The way UDSG is going we all may want to start smoking a lot of dope and drinking vodka.
Puffyk. I finally stumbled across some notes I had of a conversation I had with Mr. Mitchell from investor relations. This conversation took place last winter I think right before the announcement that they would become fully reporting. He said there were 171 million shares out, which jibes with the web sites I've read. He said the float was 80 million which also makes sense of something I read that said insiders hold 60%.He also said at the time they were concentrating on revenue first but going to the OTC next. He expected them to be off the pinks in 7-8 months. Assuming that conversation was in December they are still on track.
He said the beta tests increased sales by 25-30%.
He also tried me to buy 1,000,000 restricted shares for 1/2 that days price of .08. Glad I took a pass on that.
According to this web site there are 170,770,000 outstanding.
http://www.marketwatch.com/quotes/udsg
I've seen that number in other places. I remember reading that insiders have 60%. I can't find the reference to back that up though. How much is restricted is anyones guess. Can't wait for full disclosure.
Rough couple of weeks. I guy I know called the company yesterday and they put him on the line with Ryan Coblin. Coblin said there would be some news in the near future and they are still working on being listed. I guess that's better than working on Chapter 7, :(
