So 200,000,000 shares. Currently there are 35,000,000 outstanding. That's dilution of about 6:1. So the share price instead of being a lofty .003 will probably go to .0005. That's just great. It will still be higher than the share price of GOIG at .0003

I am going to start a company, create a glitzy website and a Facebook page. Maybe I can scam a bunch of dumb bastards out of their money.
