When did Rory say that?
Actually, he said this on public official records back around 2019ish I think it was.
Check the transcripts on sec edgar, it's on their unless somehow Rory was able to pull the files somehow and edit them or delete them.
Which we all know Rory has a history of deleting evidence documents (shac videos for example)
He started ranting saying people have no idea what they are doing if they think our stock can go below a dollar a share LOL
Weeks after he said that comment or so, it went way WAY down past a dollar per share.
I am convinced that Rory is truly delusional.
I still can't tell some days if he's delusional or intentionally lying.
We all know Rory is notorious for lying to his shareholders, as that was proven with massive comments like a "no reverse split" or the post offering share price comment he made.
This ship is going down and will continue to sink and drift around under water until someone fires Rory.
But who's gonna do that? The board is almost just as questionable. They are making massive bank off this little stock, they're just gonna keep quiet. Especially with someone like Nancy Heinen on the board, she got busted by the SEC a few years back over sketchy stuff.
This whole thing is just a mess anymore.
Really wish someone was brave enough in that company to just tell Rory to leave for the love of God, itll help everyone.
But Rory is so good at manipulating people into thinking he's gonna make everyone rich, blah blah blah, so people just keep their heads down.
The guy didnt even know his stock can bleed down past a dollar a share.
That crap still makes me laugh out loud. A ceo does not know that?
Yeah, you need to go buddy.
Very very sad to watch.
How can he put this out?
What an embarrassment.
A - I honestly can't tell anymore if Rory is just incompetent and truly believes his own poop he spreads out to us.
B - or if he knows and is just lying.
Both options above he has done before.
In addition, Rory will continue pointing fingers at everyone under the sun but himself on the company's performance.
True narcissistic delusional behavior.
Don't worry folks.
global warming that is tanking share price. Only temporary.
These new abortion laws may be suspect to Verb share price tanking.
Rory did mention last time events like global warming, the war, etc was a concern.
Eye opening, never knew that.
I'm talking about Mitch Allen. The guy that did all the video editing or whatever he was doing.
But for some reason, everyone lets Rory get away with his money greedy grabbing behavior by collecting millions for himself over the years.
Like seriously?
Hint - its literally public knowledge Rory is taking millions for himself.
Your Verb share price ain't gonna make you millions, its literally making one poor as time goes on.
It's a real damn shame no one stands up to this guy.
But let's just keep cheerleading because Rory gonna take us to the moon.
Jesus christ help us understand this.
Rory is no one special, he's a wannabe "ceo" playing dress up for a penny stock.
The guy didnt even know his stock could drop below $1.00.
Dude. How do you not know that? That's scary.
This guy will keep walking all over this situation bc for one, he can. And two, he knows NOBODY is doing anything about it. SO HE'LL JUST KEEP COLLECTING.
And does Mitch still work for Verb?
I've brought this up before but kept his name as more a mystery than anything.
But he questioned a public investor in the past about Rorys character (asked investor if they "trusted" Rory, etc).
Never was anything bad. But was questioning the investor.
Like dude, you work for Verb.
Mitch, I like him, really good dude and smart too but it's funny now that we look back at what mitch said to them.
It was blatantly apparent Mitch needed opinions other than his own bc at the time the share price was basically 0.00 or heading that way so the lack of confidence seemed to spread like wildfire.
And rightfully so.
Everyone should be knocking at the door of Verb or investor relation if it gets to a point where Verb employees are questioning things.
Has anyone ever kept an actual running list of lies and a list of misleads Rory had tried feeding us ?
Would love to know how big that list is back from 2016 to 2022 to date.
I can think of like 5 right off hand.
The 1st reverse split he lied about and the post offering share price lie are the 2 biggest ones atleast I can think of off hand.
Not the sharpest tools in the shed.
When is Rory doing the 2nd reverse split for Verb?
Another day closer to Verb share price approaching $0.00
Time for Rory to handsomely reward and accept a nice bonus check for himself?
All good here Uncle Ror Ror ! Were just in the soup kitchen cookin up a bun cake.
We sacrificed our lives and days like today for you Rory.
Rory Rory Rory Rory !!!!! Come on everybody, say it with me now!
Rory Rory Rory Rory !!!!
Short squeeze engaged !!!!!
So it goes in penny land
Wow. Can you imagine being hustled by Rory from his manipulative lies over the years just to have an investment at the end of it all worth only pennies or fraction of pennies?
Someone touted else where that they took money out their 401k to invest in Verb too.
This stock just gives me nightmares anymore.
This stock is now around $0.04 cents a share if you take out the reverse split Rory lied about.
4 CENTS...... sad
What year do you all think Verb will go bankrupt?
I'm hoping Verb does not do that, but it looks more and more inevitable at this point.
Rory’s need to dilute is way beyond the growth of the business.
This won’t end well.
Rory would disagree with this statement.
Don't you remember what he said a few earning calls back?
We all tried warning Rory that the share price of Verb would go below $1.00, and he said anyone that doubts that or anything about this company has no idea what they are talking about / no idea what they are doing.
This is really not looking good for Verb.
I honestly see bankruptcy happening one day. That or a very deflated share price which has already happened.
But not sure which is worse, the cheerleading or the manipulation of reckless comments over the years by Rory and some of his team.
Handle the traffic..? I don’t think there is a lot. Showing 112 followers on Market and you can bet a majority of those are Verb shareholders
For Verb especially when its run by Rory, any quantity over 10 people is a gamechanger.
As Jeff Clayborne used to say (during public night out events)....
"SHORT SQUEEZE TIME" !
Verb going to go bankrupt?
Does anyone remember the reckless quote Rory gave us some time ago about how he was gonna make us millionaires.
Or we just brushing that little oopsie under the rug like the rest of the crap he spewed to us?
This Verb CEO took millions for himself with this company while shareholders got roasted.
And no one is gonna stand up to this man and confront him?
Do you all think we short squeeze when global warming gets fixed?
Rory seemed concerned about that being a challenge for his company Verb on earnings call.
I recommend you go back and replay or read the transcript of the earnings call.
Rory said global warming issues among other economy issues slowed Verb down a bit.
Did anyone join in on this lawsuit that was put against the Rory and his Verb company?
If anyone has updates, share them please. Rory mislead and lied alot when spewing bs info to the public.
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/07/10/1880989/0/en/VERB-TECHNOLOGY-COMPANY-INC-INVESTOR-ALERT-Wolf-Haldenstein-Adler-Freeman-Herz-LLP-announces-that-it-filed-a-securities-class-action-lawsuit-in-the-United-States-District-Court-for.html
How is the lawsuit against Verb going? The one where Rory Cutaia, CEO of VERB kept lying and misleading investors about Oracle fluff.
I still think Verb can be very successful. We just need to be more positive.
Go Verb.
So has Rory always been a POS prior to his Verb company or did this ignorant and lying, money grabbing behavior of his start during the creation of this poor performance company Verb ?
Rory loves his shareholders.
Together guys.
I love collecting these huge pay days for myself.
AHAHAHAAHHAHA
I'm not sure why everyone is concerned about Verbs price tanking.
Remember what Rory talked about on earnings call.
Global warming and covid did this to Verb.
Once global warming starts to heal. Then Verb will go to the moon.
WOW. Been a while since I've even cared to point out Rorys nasty lying habit and misleading behaviors.
Rory will go down as arguably the biggest narcissistic failure on a public traded platform.
Grow up Rory ! Quit being a coward and stop with the monsterous bonus collecting for yourself while your shareholders lose everything.
You're what. Like 70 years old?! And you're still on conference calls calling out critics from what I see.
You still calling the public community bedwetters at 70?!
You still lying days on end still like you used to at 70?!
This man have no soul or brain in relation to helping others, other than himself?
Quit pointing the finger and acting like everything is sunshine and rainbows.
You drove this company into the f****** ground while you enriched yourself handsomely as CEO taking bonuses.
Biggest POS to ever come across that can never have a backbone to own up to anything.
This last earnings report was EMBARRASSING.
Hey all, been a while. Wow. Rory needs fired.
When will one learn this guy knows nothing about a public stock in relation to his shareholders.
He sure knows how to collect bonus pay though.
This guy has 0 clue what he's doing.
Its days like these where you have to appreciate the incompetence of what comes out of Rorys mouth.
As he said in a earnings CALL "our stock will never go below a dollar, people that say that have no idea what they are doing".
Lol Rory. Misleading the public again I see.
But hey, Rory wants you all to know something:
"Okay look. Were in this together. Always together"
lol
We all still wonder if Rory just has almost 0 clue (98% crash from ATH'S) about what a public traded company does
Or
If he is intentionally operating this way due to his massive avenues of cash that comes to him
I personally think it's a bit of both.
Just when I thought I've seen all the inept reckless stuff Rory can mislead and lie to us about.
Wow.
This stock is a joke anymore.
Hey, someone obviously bit the bait at the end of the verb fishing pole.
But aside from that, having a new CFO replace Jeff Clayborne was the 2nd best decision Verb made.
The first best decision verb can make is to fire Rory.
I don't know if you met Jeff, but dude talk about a shady guy as CFO. Going around to us public investors at a public meet and greet type event and telling us, not just telling us, the guy started touting how a short squeeze was coming.
It was messed up to hear that. There were about around 10 other investors around outside of me that also heard.
The guy was a joke.
Super nice, but as CFO. Yeah no, it's too much power for him.
So this new management decision was definitely good thinking. Verb may have caught wind of Jeff talking recklessly finally of what he said some time ago, or maybe he did something similar recently??? Who knows. He's gone, and that's a win for Verb.
Or Jeff may have finally been able to understand how poorly Verb is doing in the books (only took like 3+ years to read a financial report and know how bad Verb is doing to finally walk) and he didnt see a future with Verb doing much?
If only Rory can be replaced now, it would be a game changer for Verb.
Lmao.
Rory gets credit for that, sure.
Did he do shady stuff to get ahead with Telx for himself as far as payout or whatever was going on? I would be willing to bet the house he did. But who knows, don't care (Seems that way the way some investor(s) spoke out and called his a** out). (This refers back to my post about how its extremely easy to be wealthy if one has a toxic agenda / inept mindset of recklessness). To get wealthy the CORRECT / ETHICAL way is extremely tough (obviously Rory has no issue collecting bonus pay for himself -> what a slap to the face of the public investor).
Lying and misleading people is no way to become wealthy. But hey, some people just don't care. The afterlife for us all is coming and everyone will serve their time for what they did.
I know Rorys character now (stopped caring over the last year bc it's too toxic to follow), well he may have changed over the last year but I highly doubt it based off his lying and misleading behavior over the last several years. And what he did to the public community here is unacceptable and reckless.
This is a different game now.
And unfortunately, Rory has no clue how to play it.
This is the same guy who got on a earnings call and told everyone his share price will never go below a dollar. Unfortunately he got schooled with that and now he seems to keep quiet after he kept being wrong time and time again over the most fundamental things with being a public company.
Also nice to know all the significant stuff mentioned in my prior post got pushed under the rug.... once again.
lmao
VerbComedy coming to a theater near you.
All this "gamechanging" (yeah no) stuff and Rory is is still all bark, no bite -> look at the share price.
Its hideous and Rory should be ashamed of this.
Rory crippled alot public investors here long term
For all the lies and misleads he pedaled over the years (intentionally or unintentionally, it still happened time and time again, that is unacceptable)
Anyone can become wealthy if a dirty inept (funny how that works) agenda is in place.
But, after all this being said, something needs to be touted so one can sleep comfortable at night. All while the hard truth continues to get pushed under the rug.
P.S - The share price crashed almost 100% from ath's long term.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE INVESTMENT IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY.
TOUGH PILL TO SWALLOW.
No need…Rory’s got this.
Rory sure does, collecting those bonus checks and such at the expense of shareholders.
Give me a R !
R !
Give me a O !
O !
Give me a R !
R
Give me a Y !
Y !
What's that spell ?!
RORY !!!
LOUDER !!
RORRRRRYYYYY
Who knows, Jeff was not fit at all to have that type of position of power.
So many of us seen how reckless he was with his mouth at that night out conference when he began bragging telling public investors a short squeeze was coming.
Then he walked away like he was big and bad.
So I wouldn't be surprised if he began running his mouth again recklessly when he shouldn't be as a CFO, if you base it off his past behavior.
Now the only person left that needs to go is Rory.
Jeff was shady as a CFO.
This is a good thing he is gone.
I was there with Jeff some time ago at a night conference where he began running his mouth telling the public about how a short squeeze was gonna happen soon (2 weeks as he stated or so).
We have a CFO (sorry. . Had) who had control of powerful documents telling the public those kinds of things? It's sad but ;
This is positive news he is gone.
Jeff Clayborne is not fit for a high position of power like that. If you read my prior post, he has 2 sides to him.
One on screen where he seems humble and nice.
Which don't get me wrong he is nice atleast from what I saw in person.
Then his other side he runs his mouth alot in places where he shouldn't have.
Glad to hear Jeff be gone. Rory next?
WOW.
Just saw the news article on the other CFO.
About time they got the ball rolling with Jeff Calyborne.
I remember some time ago, as I stated it on this board many MANY times that Jeff began running his mouth unethically and arguably violating SEC rules that a "SHORT SQUEEZE" was coming in the coming weeks to public investors at a night out conference.
Everyone involved there began "wowing" him as if it was something to brag about.
That's embarrassing.
Remember that Jeff ?
I sure do.
You're quite the quiet humble man on those conference calls, but you speak a different tone around areas where it isn't "official" and alcohol was being served.
Oh, and when the share price at the time was artificially inflated by people like the ceo running his pumping SHAC videos among other things. And of course, your mouth when you began telling the public community that a short squeeze was coming.
A true shame but hopefully Jeff leaves the company for good as it would help Verb being that a CFO thought it was perfectly okay to tell the world about how a squeeze in the share price was coming soon.
