Still too many sellers, flippers and daytraders. I hope they all get left behind.
I didn't say they would sell and sell @ 0.0005, I just used the average recent SP. I also wondered if maybe the company has been buying shares back to retire coupled with acquisition news that will shoot the price up.
True. 14 million @ 0.0005 is very little. But none the less, I thought I would post it. Could be to pay for some taxes.

Many of the longer term shareholders are let down with the fact the initial demo was suppose to be in August of 2006 and then moved to possible showing in October or November and now still no word on a demonstration. No demo, no marketing.
Looks to me like the company is really shaping up; becoming more professional and become more appealing for new investors like institutional.
I'd prefer a steady climb for a couple of weeks up to 0.10 cents and then the big bang.
Yeah, and daytraders can have a detrimental effect on a stock too I suppose. I'm still holding and know greater things are coming our way.
How long did there last acquisition take?
New Board if anyone is interested.

Inspite of todays price decline, the volume is green. All or most Tech Ind. are going back up. This eases my queasy stomach a little.
Another scenario is that it is accumulation by way of MM style trading.
Every time I see this happening, we tank. I think institutional investors are dumping. If they are dumping, then they have no faith in the company. Right?
What does it mean when there are an equal block of shares going through on the ASK and then the BID? It easier to tell when a regular investor is buying or selling because they aren't usually whole rounded numbers. Anyway, this action worries me. It seems sneaky to me and I can't find any info on this.
YES! This is pretty good news and not fluff. Actual numbers this time. This is a nice start for the new year.
You're right, I got the two separate announcements crossed.
Who knows, I expected to see some selling today. How does one take into account the true on-balance volume if the company has begun buying back 70 million shares. Who is really selling? I will let it ride awhile longer.
I'm a little shell-shocked. This is the first pinkie/bb stock I've owned that has done/will do the positive things they are. Things will be very interesting for the next two weeks.
Does that reduce the float as well?
So that is what the large volume was Friday. Would really like an update on their progress for retiring stock.
Why is it dropping on good news? Dilution? Sounds like a profitable company though.
Descent buying pressure today. I hope we break 0.60 today
Retail Paint Stores
NAPLES, Fla., Sept. 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrial Nanotech (Other OTC:INTK.PK - News) today announced that the company will be distributing its Nansulate line of nanotechnology based coatings through independent retail paint store members of the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association (PDRA). Retail distribution of Nansulate will begin with six retail stores in Chicago, followed by eight stores in Louisiana.
'Anybody know about the Louisiana distribution progress? I would like to check out these outlets. There is a lot of growth in Central Louisiana and rebuilding in Southern Louisiana. Mississippi too. People have suffered devastating mold damage.'
Others will disagree. I too, would like to believe that they are not diluting but, we don't know that for sure. Anyway this is the last post that I can make today. Good luck to all longs.
I am and have been long term with this company. If I said something that you didn't agree, why make personal attacks?
I think not.
For whatever this may be worth to you or anybody else, here is a little info I found.
'The market maker may show a big offer of say 10,000 shares. Brokers see this, think that the market maker is looking to unload a big block of stock, and quickly sell their shares at the bid price.'
Liberal. You know how I know that you are a liberal? Liberals are very defensive and start of any dialog with personal attacks.
And you do? Enlighten me.
The price is coming down a lot faster than when it went up. Quick buy more so it will go back up. Also NITE had 10,000 shares on the ask and bid. Could be they didn't want the price to fall too fast and too much. You fill in the blank.
Nite was on both sides jerk.
Competition
In Europe, Smart Fuel Cell GmbH has developed a methanol fuel cell with cartridges to power a 15 Watt notebook computer for 10 hours. The company is anticipating sales of about 2,000 this year and in 2004 is looking to produce 100,000 fuel cells. Back in Pacific region, Samsung, Corp. and Casio Computer Co., Ltd. also see promise with their fuel cell development for this market.
They have 3 distributors in the USA.
Are we falling too far behind in the race?
Yeah, but I have yet to see that with any of my OTC BB stocks and even with some fortune 500 companies.
I guess the show in Japan didn't go over too well for DMFCC/VSPC, because if it did, wouldn't we have heard something about it by now?
Looks like NITE is the axe. Large blocks. The company must be dumping. Just a guess.
INTK (Industrial Nanotech) does this too. A buy at the asking followed by what looks like a sell at a lower price of equal quantity.
does anybody here watch real time level II? Ever notice the buys and or sells of equal quantity at different prices immediately following the other. What is that about? That to me looks like that is big reason why the SP doesn't climb.
Looks like we are off to a bad start today.
That's a good point and I thought about that too, but supposedly they are buying stock back and will retire those shares. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt.
I just think they could do pretty good by forming a good base starting with regular consumers. I hear a lot of good things but don't see anything tangible. I will still hold a little longer. I am not much of a day trader and still look for long term growth.
