www.pinksheets.com lists PGPM as having 89,000,000 outstanding shares......if we were lucky enough for Pilgrim Petroleum to purchase 1.5 mil dollars worth right away (I know, I am dreaming), then they would take about 35 - 37 million shares off the market, bringing outstanding shares to 52,000,000.
I know that price will go up and they won't take that much off the market, but it would make a nice dent in outstanding shares.
I also realize they don't have an obligation to do this.
Is there a minimum stock value that PGPM must attain to qualify for entry into the Canadian Stock Exchange??? If so, this buyback may have been approved to drive the price up to meet qualifications....just a thought.
I am remaining optimistic....actually, I am hoping that another company will eventually buy this one (nothing to base it on, just a hope)....I am averaged in at .11/share and have to joke about it or cry....and I don't cry :)
I'm making a ton of money!!!! Wait....who is on the hundred dollar bill???? &*#$%, I put Jefferson on mine....well, got to start over....now, where did I put that green marks-a-lot?????
Not much of a PR as no numbers except that 20% increase over last month in production.......kinda silly to put this out without other news.....with other news it is icing on the cake....but when I eat cake, I usually skip the icing part....
I am still long on this stock though...so it can be taken as all is going according to plan with pgpm....

Panzer6,
hope you don't mind, but I posted your dd on www.equitygroups.com
Very good dd and gives me hope with the current pps.
well, to play devils advocate,
he didn't pr that for the next two to three years he expected 25% increases per quarter (I may be wrong on this), but that next quarter would increase 25%.
Not trying to pump this stock, just trying to take emotion out of valuing it. Maybe some wells are projected to be in service 6 months from now that are not in service now and could see another 500% increase....
LOL..that's funny!!!
Oh, darn...my new boss is watching....
If they increased 25% a quarter, it would take about 15 quarters to hit 50mil, or 3.75 years...doesn't sound so bad, but I am not an accountant....can't expect 500% increases every quarter....
Hey Jimmy!
I ended up selling my stake in June....wasn't much of a stake...invested just $100 and sold for a good deal of $35...lol
I just got frustrated with not being able to get much info in a while, so figued I'd bail...
Wish you better luck with this one than I had....let me know if you find anything interesting....I might jump back in at a later date!
Okay, it may be that I am from Louisiana, but what is the IHub jail, how does one get put into it, and how does one get out when put there?
Never mind....Surfer just pm'd me an explination :)
What does everyone mean when they are talking about a poster being in jail????
Here is part of what KayH is referring to I hpe I am wrong, but I sure doesn't sound like possitive news:

LOLOLLOLOL!!!!!!
I would think a 500% increase in earnings is great news in and of itself.....
LOL! You're all right Catty!!!
Hope you had a great b-day!
LOL!!!
Catty, your on!!! I'll take your 500,000 shares of HISC in exchange of 500,000 shares....do the shares I give you have t o be HISC or can it be BKMP?????
Hey! You give out presents for your birthday, too!! I love doing that!
I always say it is better to give than receive, but harder to receive than give....so if you want to give me a million shares of HISC I'll do the Christian thing and take them. :)
Happy Birthday Catty!!!!
As a birthday present I ordered the board of HISC to buy soooo many OS that the pps goes sky high!!!!
I hope they do it...they should...as you are a shareholder...right?....right???
I haven't noticed any Pumpers on this board (I may just be blind), but I have noticed three other groups that visit this board:
1. Bashers - not those who are in doubt, but those posting negative assumptions as fact.
2. The DD people: those who post new "ideas" and post info on what the company is doing based on their own dd.
3. Those who don't have anything interesting to put out. They are lonely people who must think low of themselves and either make personal attacks or just spend time analyizing the behaviors of others on ...the...board....darn...I guess I know what group I am in.....
It was inside information, until it reached the Depends....then it was public information...so you are in the clear :)
Dirt Poor,
I think the problem is that you are blaming Jersey for "misleading" information. He had to have intention to lead us astray for him to be misleading us.
And we don't know the whole story of ActSoft....we are assuming a lot because we are disappointed in the pps.
Jersey, thanks for all your contributions. You have been very unselfish and some of the board appear jealous because others respect you for your sincere attempt to share dd and help everyone. I personally hope you continue to share your thoughts.
Great News Jersy!!!! thanks for the updates!!!!
Oh, you posted some of the conversation of the telephone conference, thanks for that. Can you share what you impression is of Mr. Wicks and HISC now that he is leading it?
Like everyone else, I am really excited about the possibilites with HISC. This will be an interesting time as the company evolves!!
Jersey,
Will you be the only broker participating in the phone conference, or will there be others.....just curious. Kudos if it is only you, as that is one impressive pull off....Great if it includes other brokers because that gives HISC more exposure....Thanks for all the dd!!!
A few large orders being placed (800,000 +)
The site is much better than the old version. Two thumbs up!!! :)
Schlots,
yes, I accessed it at www.hissusa.com (just at 12:01 est). May still be a few bugs getting into the site as it has just gone up.
Hopefully the stock will now bounce up (or go down to .01 so that I can buy many more shares without my wife having a fit)
I don't see how a PR firm winning an award is pertinent.....unless you hope they replace BA :)
LOL!!!
I don't know what you are putting in your alcohol, but you should market it if it is legal :)
thanks manti!!!! :)
I don't know much, being a newbie, but isn't shorting a stock when you sell shares you don't own with the hopes it goes down in pps so that you can buy it cheaper and make a profit?
If this is so, a stock buyback would hurt people who short stocks because it would cause the stock price to go up.
What I am confused about is that I thought you couldn't short pennystocks. Can someone edumacate me?????

Dear Joseph
Canada and China acquisitions will take more time since are overseas, many factors a due diligence is pending for a final closing. Our acquisition's in Texas are very fast. On the Gustavson issue, a final report will be deliver to us on the next few weeks, this report will contain items necessary to complete our financial audit required for our filing with SEC. I also anticipate a significant increase on the calculations for the reserve report. This will be a good surprise for many. We like to be out of PinkSheets a soon as possible, we are moving as fast as we can on that Q3 maybe?
Q2 ends on June, we release results on July 15 week.

Mr. Pinedo,
Great PR’s today! I’m sure you will be receiving numerous emails today. I have a few questions I would GREATLY enjoy answers to if you will:
1) Can you tell me when you plan to finish and release your audit to shareholders and become fully reporting? I know these things take time. I fully realize it’s a tedious and involved process and delays can happen. However, you must at least have a tentative plan, a current timeframe in which you plan to complete this. Can you tell me when you think you will achieve this? Q2 2006? Q3? Q4? Next year sometime?
2) Will Q2 results be released sometime in June? Preferably very early in June?
3) Is it possible to inform me when you there might be some announced developments involving Canadian and Chinese ventures?
Thank you very VERY much for your always expeditious and courteous responses. Your candidness and responsiveness has made this a refreshing investing process. I have not sold a single share in spite of the recent downfall in pps. I hold strong and believe in PGPM’s potential.
Regards,
Joe

Week of July 15th for financials.
IMO final Gustavson delayed possibly because of new well activations and well service company aquisition. Thoughts? I am hoping for this report sometime in July as well.
Both of these items will give us a good idea of where this co. is headed. Hopefully up up and away.
IMO, I don't buy any foreign deal with china for PGPM now. Canada maybe.
End of Wonka's Post.

OT: Congrats Sniperflea!!!
Don't forget to put a cybertracker in your spouse's car!!!! :)
Seriously, I hope you have a great marriage!!!!
I hope the pps goes down to .01 or below....then I can become a million share owner too!!!! :)
I really have good feelings regarding this company....I just read Peter Lynch's "One up on Wall Street" and he stated that it doesn't pay to think : The stock has gone up so I must have made a good decision.....or .....the stock has gone down so I must have made a mistake (unless of course the stock reaches 0.00). He invested in companies in similar situations as HISC. I am not saying he would buy HISC, just that it seems to fit with what was successful for him.
I just cannot wait until they can set it up so they can implant a cyber tracker inside a person so that we can depress a tooth to talk to our home computer....of course, it would be powered by excess fat cells so it would also make us healther...oh, and can monitor our pace makers and other implants!!!! This thing has unlimited potential!!!!!!
Sorry, I had a caffinated drink after being away from them for a few months :) Got a little carried away...

Hey!!! Did everyone give up on this one? It's kinda lonely here :)
Thanks for the summaries JQ and emilson!!! One question...did Frank say it was his decision to step down as President of the Board??? And did he make it clear if he was off the board or just not president anymore? I know he said he would be presiding over EVSI.
Hey DD,
Sorry to hear about the bell's Palsy. It is a really aggravating condition to go through. They used to call it the traveling sellsman's disease (even though it isn't a disease but a condition) because of the cold night air hitting their face while driving (remember those small triangular windows at the front of the driver/passenger side that directed air towards you while the larger window could be open or closed?). Just a bit of useless trivia.... Hope all goes well and it finishes it's course quickly. Most people I have known took between 1 month to 1 year.
Sounds like you are handling it with the right attitude...you are okay in my book:) FWIW
Lace,
It sounds like many are more hopeful than trying to delude themselves.....the fact is that most are very disappointed that the ActSoft deal didn't go through....those who bought for just the merger and dreams of hitting the big one are very dissapointed....Others are just licking their wounds and trying to look on the bright side.
Doesn't look like it, but not too down :)
