IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)----Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Pink Sheets:PGPM), an independent oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Fanning has joined the Company as Vice-President of Operations and been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Fanning is an expert on field services; he worked as an operations manager for American BNP Resources LLC and General Energy Corporation, and for the past 15 years has been self-employed as a consultant.
